The Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) was born in the 2008-2009 academic year as a 100% online private university, seeking to offer an educational solution adapted to the demands of today's society and with the main mission of providing a comprehensive and quality training to students and meet the expectations and needs of the various interest groups (teachers, researchers and administration and services staff).Seeking such comprehensive training in the skills demanded by today's society and having requested and received the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) the previous year, UNIR started its new Erasmus mobility project.Considering our distance teaching or virtual nature, UNIR launches its mobility plan, centered on Key Action 1 (KA1) and manage by our International Mobility Office. The general objectives that have been pursued with the implementation of the Erasmus + program havebeen: to favor the academic mobility of our students and teachers, consolidating the experiences previously acquired by them in the previous projects. Likewise, it was proposed to consolidate the interinstitutional agreements that we already have, and to expand them, favoring more and more our internationalization program. At a concrete level, the objectives we have set ourselves have been organicing and carrying out the secondErasmus week at the UNIR headquarters in Logroño, in order to create new inter-university alliances and shared educational plans. On the other hand, we have requested participation in the KA107 project in line with the demand raised by our students and teaching staff who asked us to have experiences outside the European context in order to learn more about the reality that surrounds us. We applied in 3 projects ÑA107: One as coordinador, two as memeber in a Consortium. With the aim to offer different opportunities both to our studentsand teachers/staff and to answer to the different needs, as well professional and personal ones. We are currently waiting to know the resultsRegarding the granting of aid, during this project 37 have been awarded, broken down into 17 scholarships for student internships (SMP) and 20 scholarships for teachers (STA). In relation to the results and impact of the project, it has been intended to help participants, especially inthe case of our students, to acquire more knowledge and enrich their training, which improves the development of social, personal and linguistic skills. It is hoped that the experience will have a decisive influence on their curriculum and their working lives in the short and medium term. Finally, it is expected that the project will serve to consolidate relations among the partners to continue working on future projects, both mobility and other actions of the Program.

Despite being a new University (2009) and the important determinant of our distance teaching or virtual nature, UNIR launches its mobility plan, centered on Key Action 1 (KA1) and manage but our International Mobility Office. As a goal for this new 2015 project, it was intended to reach a greater number of participants, ensuring for this the dissemination of the program among the entire university community, as a resource that all our students know in a generalized way and that allows them to benefit from it and live a mobility experience. With the increase in the number of scholarships awarded, not only a quantitative improvement but also a qualitative one was pursued, both at the level of students and staff, obtaining agreements with universities with a similar academic offer as us and offering stays of traineeships of quality, completely oriented to the professional development of the students. In total, the granting of aids during this project has increased to 40, which comprise 17 scholarships for student traineeships (SMP), 1 scholarship for studies (SMS), 21 scholarships for professors (STA) and 1 scholarship for staff training (STT).In relation to the results and impact of the project, it has been intended to help participants, especially in the case of our students, to acquire more knowledge and enrich their training, which improves the development of social, personal and linguistic skills.
