"PROJECT CONTEXT / BACKGROUNDThe Mobility Consortium that promoted the ""LET'S IMPROVE IN EUROPE V"" Project aimed to continue with the application of the internationalization strategy undertaken in 2014. It is a highly consolidated Consortium that is committed to the Erasmus + Program and thanks to the granting of the VET KA120 Accreditation will continue to work in this line in the long term. The VET schools that have participated in the execution of this project are:- IES San José de la Rinconada. Coordinating entity (San José de la Rinconada, Seville)- IES Los Viveros (Seville)- IES Antonio Ulloa (San José de la Rinconada, Seville)- IES Juan de Mairena (Mairena del Aljarafe, Seville)- IES Camas (Camas, Seville)- IES Pablo Picasso (Seville)- IES Burguillos (Burguillos, Seville)- IES Santa Aurelia (Seville)The last three centers, joined the consortium when the project was in execution. The objective was to gain experience in the field of mobility project management. The founding members of the consortium decided to admit the new centers unanimously, considering that they were ""obliged"" to share their experience and promote internationalization in VET Schools that did not have sufficient human resources to carry out this strategy alone. In each edition we have opted for INNOVATION and INCLUSION, which is why we include novelties that were adapted to the evolution of the detected needs.* In 2014, 41 90-day mobilities were carried out for second-year students of the CFGM and Recent Graduates.* In the 2015 Project, mobilities for Staff were introduced.* In the 2016 and 2017 calls, the profile of the participants was expanded, including first-year CFGM students* The execution of this project (2018) has been affected by the pandemic and by the need to adapt to the circumstances of the virus. Thus, we define two execution periods:a) Before the pandemic:- The duration of short-term stays was extended, from 15 to 20 days, and 11 mobilities were carried out in June 2019- The number of shipping entities that made up the consortium increased.b) During the pandemic:- In March 2020, all the mobilities that were already fully organized and prepared for execution (expenses paid or committed) were canceled and a period began in which mobility was not possible.- In November 2020, call bases were published with the hope of being able to carry them out in March 2021, but it was not possible- In March 2021, bases were published for the organisation of short-term mobilities in the summer of 2021 (attending to the needs of our students and the maximum period of execution of the project). 22 mobilities of 15 days (+2 trip) and 9 of 60 days (+2 trip) were successfully carried out.OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES 1.- At the level of the Consortium Member Centers: - Maintain, promote and give continuity to the international dimension. - Continue to maintain the network of VET Schools and organisations for European cooperation and transfer of knowledge and project results. - Improve the learning outcomes of the participants. - Increased employability and improvement of the professional prospects of students. - Improve and reinforce those aspects suggested by the National Agency in its evaluations.- Increase the number VET Schools (sending organisations) participating in the project 2.- At the STAFF level: - 10 mobilities for Job Shadowing of 5 days have been carried out in FINLAND (3), GERMANY (3), POLAND (1) and ITALY (3) - Improve the qualification of teaching and management teams - Influence the degree of motivation of the teaching staff. - Identify efficient initiatives to promote inclusion and diversity management in educational centers - Improve the digital skills of teachers (process accelerated by the pandemic)3.- At the level of the STUDENTS and RECENTLY GRADUATES of the CFGM: 3.A.- FIRST YEAR STUDENTS of the CFGM AND RECENTLY GRADUATES.VET SHORT training stays executed: - 11 mobilities to ITALY, 21 days (+1 travel) and a companion in June 2019 - 22 mobilities to ITALY of 15 days (+2 travel) plus two companions in July 2021 - 9 mobilities of 60 days in the months July - August 2021. The destination countries have been POLAND (1), GERMANY (2), ITALY (6)Sanitary conditions improved in May 2021 and it was then that the mobility consortium met and decided to request authorization from SEPIE to change PRO mobilities to SHORT mobilities to start them up in the summer of 2021. 3.B.- SECOND YEAR STUDENTS of the CFGM who have pending the completion of the FCT and RECENTLY GRADUATES. - 18 Erasmus PRO Mobility of 90 days of duration MARCH 2020 - CANCELED by the declaration of the state of alarm."
