"<< Objectives >>The entities that participate in the project ""TEATRADAS - The theatre gives us wings to fly"", dedicate our daily work to ensure that people with intellectual diversity can enjoy the same opportunities, dreams and aspirations as the rest of people without diversity. The road to full inclusion is achieved step by step, with small actions that have an incredible impact on our people. A small achievement in appearance is a great challenge and a huge achievement for a person with diversity, who has to triple his or her efforts to achieve what he or she wants, when the same person, without disability, would have it at his or her fingertips without great difficulty. This is intensified if we talk about young people with disability with great support needs, for whom the options for learning, interaction and enjoyment are even more limited, and the resources available in our organizations are really scarce to be able to offer them the right to have the same opportunities as the rest of the girls and boys. Each and every one of our young people with disability dreams of living experiences like other young people their age. They dream of travelling by plane; going to another country for the first time; meeting people who speak another language and being able to understand each other; making friends; sharing learning and unforgettable moments with other young people, etc... Something so simple and accessible for many, is for them a dream, an illusion. And as such, it deserves to be offered and lived. Fulfilling these dreams and responding to these needs is a very complex challenge, especially when it comes to young people with great support needs (severe intellectual disability, very limited degree of autonomy, very limited mobility, severe dependence, great communication difficulties). But that is our mission, the mission of our organisations: to build wings and help our girls and boys to fly, wherever they want to go. To infinity and back, if necessary. One of the biggest barriers that limit our girls and boys is communication. People without disability communicate easily through verbal language, supported by other registers, but it is the most natural and simple way for young people to understand each other, to relate to each other. This is a great difficulty for our girls and boys with disability when it comes to integrating, interacting with other girls and boys without diversity, making friends, ""being part of the group"", because many of them cannot communicate verbally, and others even have great difficulty in communicating non-verbally. Theatre, music, dance and the arts in general are excellent means of communication for our girls and boys, because of the spontaneity, improvisation, creative freedom, inspiration and beauty that they generate and surround them, and which leave no one indifferent. In this medium they are free, free to create, to transmit, to express, to manifest, to feel and be felt, to soak each other, to reach out to others and for others to reach out to them. In short, to share oneself. For this reason, the aim of TEATRADAS is to provide our girls and boys with intellectual disability with the opportunity to share an international youth exchange experience that is undoubtedly extremely enriching for them, allowing them to use theatre and the arts as a means of communication, without physical, intellectual, sensory or linguistic limits, thus helping them to make their dreams come true, as other girls and boys of their age can do.After having lived an incredible experience through the project ""TEATRICARTE- Theatre and Arts communicate us without limits"" in which a group of young people with disabilities and great support needs were able to overcome all barriers and enjoy such an enriching experience as they deserve, we hope to be able to offer opportunities of this kind again through ""TEATRADAS- Theatre gives us wings to fly"".<< Implementation >>The activities to be carried out are 2 mobilities, a youth exchange for young people with intellectual disability in Italy and a youth exchange for young people with intellectual disability in Spain, where 2 groups of Italian and Spanish young people will develop a work program based on the use of Theater and the Arts as a means of communication, with the support of group leaders, facilitators and their accompaniers (necessary figures given the extensive support needs of the participants). The exchanges will last 6 days (plus 2 travel days) in which different sessions of joint work will be carried out, with the Theater and the Arts as a communication and expression tool. The youth exchange to Italy will take place from March 18 to 23, 2023 (plus 2 travel days) in Ostuni (Brindisi), at Masseria La Luna nel Pozzo, and will have the following program and number of participants:There will be 6 interactive and participatory theatrical laboratories, one each day of mobility.Participants:Number of people responsible for the group: 2 (1 Spanish and 1 Italian)Number of facilitators: 2 (1 Spanish and 1 Italian)Total number of young participants: 27 (17 Spanish and 10 Italian)Number of accompanying persons: 22 (17 Spanish and 5 Italians)Total participants in the activity in Italy: 53The youth exchange to Spain will take place from October 17 to 22, 2023 (plus 2 days of travel) in A Guarda (Pontevedra), and will have the following program and number of participants:There will be 4 artistic-musical workshops:- A musical laboratory ""XeRock and XeRock percussion"" (2 days duration)- A shadow theater laboratory (1 day duration)- A circus arts laboratory (1 day duration)- A laboratory of Urban Art and Graffiti (2 days duration)Participants:Number of people responsible for the group: 2 (1 Italian and 1 Spanish)Number of facilitators: 2 (1 Spanish and 1 Italian)Total number of young participants: 24 (5 Italians and 19 Spanish)Number of accompanying persons: 21 (4 Italians and 17 Spanish)Total participants in the activity in Spain: 49Both activities are aimed at girls and boys with severe intellectual disability and great support needs.<< Results >>With the project, the following impacts are expected:Impact on Participants:- They will realize many of their dreams, simple but fundamental and of great value for them: to live experiences like the rest of young people of their age; travel by plane for the first time; know another country; make new friends and understand each other by saving idiomatic boundaries; Share learning moments and enjoy with them.- They will exchange experiences with other young people with intellectual diversity who, like them, have the same aspirations: to live a life as autonomous, full and independent as possible, within their means.- They will expand their circle of friendships with people from other European countries, which is a great challenge and achievement for them.- They will improve their self-esteem, autonomy and self-determination by the experience lived.- They will have experiences to tell and share with the rest of their classmates, family, friends and close circles.- They will be an example of empowerment for the rest of the partners, who will want to live the same experience as them.- They will be a clear example of overcoming and that we set the limits, if you want you can overcome them.-They will have built resilience.- They will be sensitized towards the Erasmus + program and the democratic values of the EU (equality, equity, inclusion)Impact on participating organizations:-Internationalization of institutions increasing the mobility ratio.-To be part of a European network of related entities.-Know and improve the understanding of international and European social policies-Know the competency evaluation and certification models (EUROPASS and YOUTHPASS)-Share good practices allowing them to perceive the concept of active international dimension.-To know other systems and other teaching-learning methodologies (in European dimension) which will allow to improve the quality and modernize the entities.-Increase the prestige of the entities involved.-More awareness of the Erasmus + program and the democratic values of the European Union.-Establishment of a network of contacts that will allow them to develop new joint European projects.-Improvement of the knowledge and skills of the staff of their centers."

FRAMEwork is constructed based on the Farmer Cluster approach successfully implemented in the UK. FRAMEWORK will enrich and innovate existing Farmer Clusters by liaising with local and (inter)national stakeholder groups, and set up new, multi-actor, Farmer Clusters in different cropping systems in Europe, based on existing collaborations. The Farmer Clusters will be united in a European-wide self-sustaining network and linked with the Citizen Observatory and Information Hub that will facilitate farmer and citizen-based collection and sharing of harmonised, high-quality information on biodiversity and farming, and develop engaging online and offline activities to amplify awareness and understanding of biodiversity and BSF across different stakeholders in Europe. The scientific contribution to these citizen-based activities will deliver the following outcomes: 1) Advanced ecological understanding of the drivers of biodiversity change in agricultural landscapes; 2) a selection of best-practice biodiversity-sensitive management by farmers based on their local requirement; 3) validated methods for biodiversity targeting, monitoring and evaluation and 4) private and public incentives to foster biodiversity-sensitive farming as a public good. Furthermore, FRAMEwork will assess the effectiveness of the Farmer Cluster approach to develop and implement place and system-specific biodiversity-sensitive farming practices and evaluate the economic and environmental performance, delivering a permanent on-line evaluation tool on the Citizen Observatory and Information Hub. The TRL of the DSTs ranges from 3-5, where improvements are foreseen for the TRL5 DST, while the ones at TRL3 will be brought to TRL4-5 through testing and improvements in the Farmers Clusters. FRAMEwork will be innovative in the way in which it will implement EU ethics, data protection and gender regulations.
