FishEUTrust represents a consortium of twenty-two organizations from fourteen countries, pooling their expertise to defragment the current food system to ensure sustainability and deliver solutions for a transparent and traceable seafood supply chain necessary to promote high-end, pan-European farmed seafood. The innovation at the heart of FishEUTrust is integrating different actors into a digital platform that links technology providers, supply chain stakeholders, regulatory/policymakers and consumers. FishEUTrust will establish five Co-creation Living Labs (CLLs) in diverse environments: the Mediterranean Basin, the North Sea and the Atlantic Sea. These CLLs will enable user involvement in innovation and development processes and act as demonstrators for the consortium to test and validate digital and non-digital supply chain solutions. Examples include creating sustainable business models, exploiting IPR strategies for aquaculture, e.g., protecting cultural and culinary heritage, short food supply chains, exploiting underused fish species, and innovative engaging activities to stimulate/nudge behavioural change. It will also develop tools for maximizing trust by guaranteeing the quality, safety, and traceability of seafood products based on smart control systems (sensors), a suite of tools integrating metagenomics, genetic biomarkers, isotopic techniques, and digital technologies (labelling, Product Passport/Blockchain). These tools will be integrated into a single cutting-edge digital FishEUTrust platform that will apply the latest in artificial intelligence, data science and human-computer interactions. Finally, an integrated impact assessment and life cycle analysis will be performed to quantify the environmental footprint, health sustainability, and socio-economic benefits of FishEUTrust solutions. FishEUTrust will be supported by a comprehensive scientific, public, policymaker and industrial dissemination plan to communicate results to a broad audience.

The LEONARDO Office Brandenburg is a consortium of research universities (except for the European University Viadrina) and universities of applied sciences in the Federal State of Brandenburg. It forms part of Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg and is maintained by the State Government of Brandenburg. It facilitates the placement of students and graduates into European host organizations abroad and provides corresponding financial assistance. There is a considerable repertoire of placement experience, expertise in project management and in the provision of placement grants as well as tight cooperation with a network of host organizations, companies and chambers of commerce, that make - in terms of task synergy and task sharing - the Consortium being the right place in the Federal State of Brandenburg where to pool work placements for students and graduates along with their corresponding financial assistance. From the beginning of its activity, the LEONARDO Office Brandenburg can refer to almost 3,000 successful placements of students and graduates within the COMETT, LEONARDO DA VINCI, LLP and Erasmus+ programmes. The main activities and objectives of the Consortium are - procuring work placements with the highest possible subject-related benefit for students and graduates and with reference to practicing and improving their academic skills on the job, thus enhancing the quality of study elements referring to real-world challenges,- supporting students and graduates with reference to improving their language skills and fostering their linguistic placement preparation,- raising the students’ and graduates’ intercultural awareness,- guaranteeing academic recognition and certification of placement qualifications by means of issuing job references, amendments to diploma supplements and the Europass Mobility as well as awarding ECTS credit points,- promoting the Erasmus+ Programme among project partners and target groups. The results of the previous work of the Consortium and their envisaged impact are- improving labour-market-specific and social competences of students and graduates,- enhancing the students’ and graduates’ linguistic and intercultural skills,- strengthening the European and international dimension of study programmes and their placement schemes,- promoting the dissemination and exploitation of Erasmus+ mobility project results between project partners, - facilitating open digital access to Erasmus+ project results,- transferring scientific findings and technological progress from universities into host organizations and companies, thus releasing initiatives for innovation and the increase of their competitiveness. With reference to the management of mobility projects the Consortium puts high attention to the adherence of upmost quality standards. Project results are subject to a continuous and comprehensive evaluation. As to the facilitation of European work placements abroad and the provision of corresponding financial assistance, the Consortium implements the principles of equity and inclusion in respect of students with disabilities and health problems, with educational difficulties, with economic or social disadvantages as well as with a different cultural, religious or migration background. For this reason, the Brandenburg member universities to the Consortium have declared in connection with the current call their deliberate intention to continue pooling with the LEONARDO Office Brandenburg the facilitation of work placements in Erasmus+ programme and partner countries as well as the provision of corresponding financial assistance for students and graduates throughout the entire period of the new Programme generation 2021/2027. It is the long-standing experience of the LEONARDO Office Brandenburg in mobility project application, management and reporting as well as in the provision of upmost quality standards and of a continuous and comprehensive project evaluation what makes the Consortium most likely to guarantee a successful implementation of the new Erasmus+ Programme generation with reference to work placements. And this is why the member universities to the Consortium have vested the LEONARDO Office Brandenburg with continuing to perform all tasks and to meet all obligations on their behalf.

CLEANHYPRO gathers some of the most recognised experts in Europe on the electrolysis field for clean hydrogen production and acknowledged facilitators of technology transfer, corporate finance, funding and coaching, making available (i) the most promising and breakthrough manufacturing pilots and (ii) advanced characterization techniques and modelling together with (iii) non-technical services through this Test Bed: while relevant improvement metrics can be defined, the potential network of reachable stakeholders counts thousands of businesses on an international scale. Key facts are reported below. Within the scope of CLEANHYPRO, several circular innovative materials and key components, four main electrolysis technologies and geometries will be covered, providing for the first time a single entry point for industrial partners, mainly SMEs, aspiring to answer their concerns but with minimum investment costs and reduction of risks associated with technology transfer, while opening-up opportunities for demonstration of materials and components (TRL7) and thus faster opening the market for these new products. The main KPIs for CLEANHYPRO: Technical: >20% cell productivity improvement, 30% faster verification, 27-58% and 22-79% cost reduction of technologies in CAPEX and OPEX respectively, 3-9% efficiency enhancement. Non-Technical: 4 Showcases, 4 certification schemes, ≥16 Democases, >100 reachable SMEs and > 300 reachable investors. INNOMEM stems from the consideration that the development of products based on key materials and components for electrolysis require access to finance and an optimised business planning, relying on a sound prior analysis of the market, of the economic impacts and capacity of a company. The project aims at developing and organizing a sustainable Open Innovation Test Bed (OITB) for electrolysis materials and components for different applications. The OITB will also offer a network of facilities and services through a SEP to companies.
