This action supports physical and blended mobility of higher education students and staff from/to third countries not associated to Erasmus+. Students in all study fields and cycles can take part in a study period or traineeship abroad. Higher education teaching and administrative staff can take part in professional development activities abroad, as well as staff from the field of work in order to teach and train students or staff at higher education institutions.

"One of the objectives of the internationalization strategy of Ovidius University of Constanta is to increase the visibility of the institution at international level, which is also the main objective in the implementation of this project.The quantitative objectives of the project were: 70 student mobility for study, with a total duration of 350 months; 35 student mobility for practice, with a total duration of 81.25 months; 16 staff mobility for teaching, with a total duration of 64 days and 31 training staff mobility with a total duration of 127 days.The qualitative objectives of the project were: to expand the number of partnerships with higher education institutions from the program countries, to increase the interest for placement student mobility, to organize several events to promote the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Program among UOC students and staff, events which were organized in collaboration with ESN Constanta and incoming students at Ovidius University of Constanta.The first promotional event for OUC students took place on 9th of December 2016, the second was organized on 24th of February 2017, on December 11, 2017 Erasmus+ Office organized the third event, and on January 26, 2018, the last information seminar was organized. The Erasmus Office also organized among the students the contest ""The most beautiful presentation of their Erasmus + mobility"" and a round table among the OUC staff on 16th of June 2017. All the events were promoted online - on the Erasmus Office and OUC web and Facebook pages.For the student mobility, 3 competitions were organized, and for the teaching and non-teaching staff of OUC, two competitions took place in October 2017 and September 2018.The selections were organized in the context of the Regulation on the mobility of students and staff participating in the European Programme Erasmus Plus, which is public on the university website.The quantitative objectives of the project were fulfilled as follows: 68 study student mobility, with a total duration of 359.5 months; 55 student mobility for placement, with a total duration of 118.25 months; 19 staff mobility for teaching, with a total duration of 57 days; 36 training staff mobility with a total duration of 108 days.The quantitative objectives of the project exceeded by 17.1% the expected indicator in terms of the total number of mobility (178 completed mobility compared to the 152 planned mobility). As far as the duration of student mobility is concerned, the result obtained exceeded by 10.8% the expected indicator (477.75 months compared to the expected 431.25 months). Regarding the number of student mobility, the obtained result exceeded by 17.1% the expected indicator (123 completed mobility, compared to the 105 planned mobility). As regards the number of staff mobility, the achieved result exceeded by 17% the expected indicator (55 completed mobility compared to the 47 planned mobility).During the period of the implementation of the project, the visibility of Ovidius University of Constanta at international level increased by signing new partnerships with higher education institutions in the program countries and by increasing the interest of students and staff for Erasmus mobility."

"Proiectul a fost conceput ca o continuare a eforturilor de stimulare a mobilitatii studentilor si personalului UOC in procesul de implementare a strategiei de internationalizare 2015-2020. Proiectul si-a propus atat obictive cantitative, cat si calitative. Obiectivele cantitative ale proiectului au fost: realizarea a 75 de mobilitati studentesti pentru studiu cu o durata totala de 375 luni; realizarea a 53 de mobilitati studentesti pentru practica cu o durata totala de 131 luni; realizarea a 35 de mobilitati ale personalului pentru predare cu o durata totala de 160 de zile si realizarea a 59 de mobilitati ale personalului pentru formare cu o durata totala de 261 de zile.Obiective calitative: cresterea numarului de parteneriate cu universitati din tarile programului, dar si imbunatatirea calitatii colaborarii in cadrul parteneriatelor cu traditie pentru UOC, cresterea accesului la mobilitate a tuturor categoriilor de personal si stimularea accesului studentilor la mobilitatile de practica. Pentru atingerea obiectivelor propuse, BEP a facut eforturi sustinute pentru a promova oportunitatile oferite de program, printr-o varietate de evenimente care au pus accent pe marturii ale studentilor care au beneficiat deja de o mobilitate dar si evenimente de promovare in randul elevilor, viitori studenti ai UOC. Cu toate eforturile depuse, indicatorii cantitativi propusi nu au putut fi atinsi in totalitate in ceea ce priveste mobilitatile pentru personal. Indicatori realizati:- 72 SMS cu o durata totala de 429 de luni- 62 SMP cu o durata totala de 160,25 de luni- 24 STA cu o durata totala de 98 de zile- 37 STT cu o durata totala de 134 de zileDesi nu toate obiectivele cantitative au putut si atinse, cele calitative au fost realizate cu impact pozitiv asupra procesului de internationalizare din UOC."
