The first group of 8 students; study program Service and Economy of Transport was taken place in Olomouc: OL Trans CZ, ltd., ČSAD Logistik, ltd., FEE Transport, ltd. and Dopravný podnik Olomouc. The second group of 8 students; study program Technics and Information Services and Electrotechnics in Transport and Telecommunication was realized in car service centres taken place in Haviřov. Engaging students of the new study program specialized in electrotechnics of transport will contribute to higher interest of so much demanding study, but also very needed on the Slovak labour market. The internship abroad supported by Erasmus+ was offered to students who fulfilled certain criteria for the third time.Students did internship as a part of their compulsory operation practice training according to the school study program while their schoolmates did compulsory operation practice training in the Slovak companies at the same time. The goal of project was to increase the professional quality and skills of our students and lead them to higher applicability on the Slovak labour market. The core of this project was not to develop language skills and competences of our students but to ensure their professional working training with goal to be able to manage the whole process on the professional and communicate way with clear outputs. Within the scope of project, we defined units of educational procedures (ECVET – European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) with the clear fulfilment of practice and responsible evaluation system. The material is used during the realization of practical trainings on the school in following academic years. Due to realization of project, students obtained foreign training in their field of study as well as applied to operate their theoretical and practical skills learnt at school. Both groups were attended by teachers who monitored students in companies and organized continuous and final evaluation with the cooperation of employers. Engaged teachers acquired new social and working contacts and enhanced their teaching attitudes, which could be used in their professional pedagogic educational system. We informed our founding institution, teachers and public about experience of students from operation practice training in the Czech Republic. Besides websites, we used the alternative to public article in the Slovak broadsheet Pravda. We assume that the this project will be the acquisition for students, school rate, but the main reason will be the choice of primary school students to study transport on our school specialised in transport. We will continue to organize operation practice trainings abroad next year and attendance of students on this project contributed to their prestige.

The pupils lacked practical experience and skills during their studies. They needed to try to work in a real working environment, learn to use their theoretical knowledge, gain new insights from abroad, try to integrate into the team, get in touch with customers and gain experience in the field, especially to become more independent. In cooperation with the receiving organizations, we designed functional units ECVET of learning outcomes and how to validate them. These units are enclosed in the project annex. The project promoted cooperation with foreign partners, the transfer of new knowledge from abroad enables us to raise the level and prestige of schools. The output of the project was customary work skills of pupils who will participate in the improvement of the future study. The project will bring into the learning process the concept of linking theory to practice, elements of pupil creativity and increasing competition in the market for looking for a future profession. The training of specialized subjects is excellent and cooperation is developed in the exchange of professional experience directly from the business environment to the theoretical environment in the educational process.

Our school has been directed on the education of secondary school students for 49 years and is clearly profiled in the field of transport. Nowadays the school is one of the last industrial schools in Banská Bystrica Region. This fact is binding it to continue the tradition of high quality education and to progress all the time. The school slogan is ˇLife is movement, movement is transportˇ. It contains the dynamism of processes in the continuosly developing field of transport in all branches of economy. The school is increasing its good reputation beyond the borders of the region. The goal of the project was to improve the professional competences of the students concerning on their other growth. Within the fellowship abroad the students of third classes and one last academic year graduate gained the direct contact with a particular firm and had a perfect opportunity to compare it with a similar one in Slovakia. In the professional field valuable are new knowledge and skills and deepening of already gained competences. In the foreign companies the students met with the new achievements in their specializations and got new practical experiences. School is live, dynamic and permanently developing organism, which if it intends to develop must be in movement and put forward not only the students but teachers as well. The students of all school studying programmes were included into the project. The project was divided into two activities. The first activity was composed of three turns and lasted for two weeks. In the first turn five students from the studying programme Technics and Operation of Transport took work experience in the car factory Tatra in Kopřivnica. The second turn took place in Havířov and included four students of the studying programme Technics and Operation of Transport and three students of Electrotechnology in Transport and Telecommunication. The place of the third turn was Ostrava and the participants were twelve students of Operation and Economy of Transport, specializing on Logistics in Transport and Road Transport. The second activity was three-month fellowship in the car service ˇAutochodura Ltdˇ in Havířov and the participants were two students, including one graduate and one student of the third class of the Technics and Operation of Transport studying programme. The programme of the fellowship was modified according to the studying specialization of the participants. The grantees worked in small and middle-size businesses and big factories operating in different branches of transport. Each of the grantees had his/her individual work schedule covering not only their needs, but also the needs of the labour market and requirements of the employers. A preparotory course for the participants consisting of cultural, professional, practical and language part was given before going to the fellowship. It is necessary for our students to try their special, professional and character experiences in the larger environment, not only at school and the places of practice at home but in a foreign country as well. The students had the opportunity to acquire more complex view of car production, and functioning of the labour market. They had the chance to learn how to lead and communicate with customers and employees, to compare, evaluate and create own opinions. At the same time the students improved their social competences, became more independant, learnt new cultural environment and increased their labour mobility. The main goal of the project was the permanent improvment of quality, professional competences and general knowledge of the students. Nowadays it is impossible to educate students without the compactibility with the labour market. Only by the arrangement of the constant increase of the quality of students we can reach their unlimited placement on the international labour market. Slovakia is the member of the EU and thankfulness for it, obtaining the international certificates ""Europass Mobility"", the international labour market is opened for our students."
