Through our program, we intend to improve the professional development of youth workers, which will lead to better outcomes in youth work and better support for young people's personal and social growth. Our project will help youth workers to develop their competences in green skills, innovative learning and teaching methods, quality and innovation in youth work, and other related topics. The participants will be able to understand new trends and apply innovative practices in their work with young people. This will increase their effectiveness and productivity, leading to better outcomes in youth work and a more significant social impact. In addition to individual development, our program also focuses on improving the institutional capacity of the participating organizations. The partners in the project will collaborate at the international level to expand their scope of work and offer better quality service areas to young people. They will be able to diversify their portfolio of activities and develop youth work at the local, national, and international levels. After the training course, our project will focus on dissemination and sustainable development activities. Initially, we will work in seven different countries where our partners are located, followed by expanding to other parts of Europe and the world to explore nature-friendly and innovative leisure activities and develop new projects. This will enable us to contribute to national and international youth policies and help build a more inclusive society.Through the dissemination and sustainable implementation of the project, we aim to reach young people with fewer opportunities, including those who have not previously benefited from youth services. By providing these young people with access to youth and voluntary work, we hope to add value to youth work in terms of inclusion and equal opportunities. By encouraging young people to develop personally, become environmentally aware, live healthily, educate themselves informally, volunteer, communicate, work as a team, and develop an awareness of many issues, we can foster social responsibility and social awareness among young people. Our project will also help to qualify future youth workers by discovering the potential of youth and creating opportunities for young people to participate in volunteering. By doing so, we can contribute to the interests and European opportunities of young people and disadvantaged youth groups who have not previously participated in volunteering. Through the dissemination of innovative research findings and their application in youth work, our project will achieve short-term impacts, while in the medium and long term, we hope to support the development of youth policy issues."

Acknowledging the diverse and uneven capabilities and levels of institutionalization of R&I foresight across Europe, our Consortium builds on the experience of its 17 partners in order to coagulate existing energies and amplify them. The project’s goal is to nurture and mature an R&I foresight community with expanding levels of inclusiveness (from foresight experts, to foresight beneficiaries, to thematic experts and the broader audience of foresight enthusiasts, including civil society and citizens) and progressive levels of integration (from mapping organizations and experts, to sharing results, to developing shared capabilities, towards a collective intelligence). To this end, the project methodology is aimed at (i) consolidating the mutual learning and sharing of practices among foresight practitioners and R&I policy-makers, (ii) harnessing the expertise of thematic experts for the benefit of the community, (iii) mobilizing stakeholders in joint pilot activities and (iv) engaging an active, broad audience in co-creating and deliberating future imaginaries. Operationally, the project will establish and advance an online platform as the strategic home base of the community, with its resources and capabilities; engage relevant stakeholders in tailored face-to-face interactions; and promote futures thinking through educational and inspirational materials.
