    Rural innovation ecosystems refer to the networks of individuals, organizations, and institutions in rural areas that work together to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development. In a rural innovation ecosystem, these actors collaborate to identify and develop new ideas, products, and services that address local challenges and opportunities. Successful rural innovation ecosystems typically have several key characteristics, including strong community engagement, supportive policies and regulations, access to capital and resources, and a culture of experimentation and learning. InnovationGUIDE objectives closely align with the European Commission Communication on a New European Innovation Agenda objectives by increasing the inclusion and interconnection of less represented regions and actors into a more strongly integrated European ecosystem. With this starting point InnovationGUIDE designed to pinpoint regional needs and possibilities for connecting them into international ecosystem which can be a driver of regional economic development, attract and retain talent, build local businesses, and create new jobs and industries. InnovationGUIDE will use 12 months to map the geography covered by the partners and design roadmaps and bi-annual plans for future to serve rural communities overcoming the disparities with proper services and activities compared to urban ecosystems. InnovationGUIDE will have a focus for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners interested in promoting sustainable, inclusive economic growth in rural areas. Connecting Dutch, Spanish, Maltese and Turkish experience and ecosystems InnovationGUIDE will enable information and knowledge diffusion from stronger innovator ecosystems to moderate innovator ecosystems.

Students in all study fields and cycles can take part in a study period or traineeship abroad. Higher education teaching and administrative staff can take part in professional development activities abroad, as well as staff from the field of work in order to teach and train students or staff at higher education institutions.

Students in all study fields and cycles can take part in a study period or traineeship abroad. Higher education teaching and administrative staff can take part in professional development activities abroad, as well as staff from the field of work in order to teach and train students or staff at higher education institutions.Mobility consortium description6 Universities (Biruni University, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakfı University, Işık University, Maltepe University, Bahçeşehir University and Altınbaş University, acting as coordinator institution), 1 Professional Chamber (Turkish Exporters’ Assembly), 1 Non-governmental organisation (Turkish Cultural Foundation - AFS) and 1 Municipality (Municipality of Bağcılar), 1 small-scale enterprise (KION Bilgisayar Bilişim Yazılım San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.) is to jointly apply for Accreditation of Higher Education Mobility Consortium. The project, which has already put into practice in terms of design and drawing up, will be carried out in a way to ensure all partners’ full and equal participation, allowing different institutions to benefit from each other's expertise and experiences. Within the scope of the objectives of Vision 2023 and EU Erasmus Programme goals of (2021-2027), our ultimate goal, is to increase the employment rate of the workforce and contribute to the development of cooperative culture, cooperation between universities and industry, which will bring great contributions to the modernisation of higher education. Within this context, the Consortium aims to(1)increase the quality of mobility activities through all partner institutions’ expertise and experience,(2)provide extensive support to help students build and develop effective communication, entrepreneurial and career management skills, easily adapt to international and multicultural business environments, be proactive and take initiative to plan for their own careers,(3)to produce employable graduates that fulfill industry requirements and expectations,(4)establish and develop permanent relations with businesses through training activities,(5)through mobilities for placement, render the relations established between students and industry permanent so as to update and revise the curriculum and/or develop new curriculum based on regular feedback from employers/students,(6)provide equal employment opportunities by implementing support processes for disadvantaged students and by taking measures to eliminate obstacles that prevent them from participating. It is envisaged to help Higher Education staff/students to carry out mobility activities within the scope of Key Action 1-Learning Mobility of Individuals. In this context, we aim to build greater focus on Student Mobility for Placement, and Staff Mobility for Teaching and Training.In line with the above- mentioned objectives of the Mobility Consortium, it is planned to visit organisations that may potentially hire trainees. Similarly, within the framework of Staff Mobility for Teaching it is planned to invite staff from non-academic organisations in Programme/Partner countries to teach at our institution. In accordance with this purpose, tasks will be divided among and conducted by the members of the Consortium Board on a voluntary basis. Activities envisaged are as follows:(1)Provide businesses world with the opportunity to take a closer look at Universities and their curriculum through the establishment of stronger ties between Universities and other partners. Accordingly, serving as a platform for knowledge exchange among institutions, the Consortium will contribute to fuel the workforce shortage, an essential condition to ensure economic growth and development, by combining academic curriculum with actual business practices so as to produce employable graduates that meet industry needs and expectations,(2)Ensure that newly hired graduates fulfil the requirements of global industry as individuals fully- equipped with personal readiness to meet the global business needs through the conduct of high- quality mobility activities based on partner institutions’ experience and expertise,(3)Strengthen bilateral and multilateral economic, commercial, sociocultural relations through mobility activities and effective communication between institutions, hence, positively contribute to world trade volume growth and increase the visibility of Erasmus+ within the business world,(4)Student contribution to the internationalization of the Receiving Institutions and relevant business environments where students carry out traineeship activities, and in a broader perspective, help individuals internalize cultural diversity into society’s behavior,(5)Through opportunities provided by Erasmus+ Programme, contribute to the creation of a high-quality internship culture, which are recognised as an integral part of students’ learning experience,(6)Opportunity for Sending Institutions to improve graduate employability rate both on a national and international level,(7)Sharing knowledge and skills between partners to accelerate the most efficient applications of the digitalization process(OLA).(9)We aim to promote intership mobility not only for training development but also for participation in cultural activities, including a 'European Student Card' structure.(10)Improve international visibility in global area.
