    << Background >>This project is an excellent opportunity for teachers to share experiences and reflection on blended teaching methodologies. Get to know new “classroom” formats, where the digital environment is mobilized and the implementation of different models of Blended Learning. Plan learning activities in hybrid environments with application in a real classroom context with students. Make the curricular integration of ICT through Web 2.0 tools, using the (gamification) of game mechanisms aimed at solving practical problems or arousing interest in students, through the interaction of a game, between the student and the addressed content. The use of platforms and services available online to support the sharing and dissemination of information, resources and knowledge that can serve as a means of interacting with other people. Construction and analysis of data collection instruments. Collaborative construction of digital resources, as well as tools for communication and discussion of ideas.<< Objectives >>• Understand the principles and characteristics of the Blended Learning pedagogical approach;• Promote reflection on the technical-pedagogical dimension and on practices, in the use of different Blended Learning models;• Explore digital methodologies and tools to support face-to-face and distance educational/training contexts, thus aiming at expanding knowledge and developing methodological, technical and pedagogical skills using digital technologies;• Sharing of knowledge, experiences and resources within an educational community.• Reflectively analyze ways of implementing teaching activities with ICT, related to the integration in the teaching practice of the teacher;• Production, selection, evaluation and organization of digital resources for teaching/learning activities in the disciplinary and/or multidisciplinary framework;• Promoting student educational success and student inclusion through the mobilization of motivating and personalized teaching methodologies.<< Implementation >>Implementation of mobility actions to attend teacher training courses in a European country.Encourage the existence of moments of sharing and reflection among the teachers of the school grouping (the organizing entity of the project), making use of lectures and teacher meetings.Foster the creation of a digital space, on the platform of the school grouping (the organizing entity of the project), for dissemination to the educational community.Foster the creation of digital educational resources that can be made available for use by the group's teachers.Spread the results in the journal of the grouping, on a special disclosure page and on social networking sites to achieve a broader audience.This project and its results have a high level of sustainability, since all the activities carried out and the results obtained have a strong transferability and a great potential for exploitation, in addition to the end of EU funding.<< Results >>Lead teachers to implement new teaching methodologies, based on blended learning, more harmonized with students' skills for the 21st century;To promote the development and deepening of the digital training of teachers, in view of the 6 areas of the DigCompEdu reference;Train teachers to carry out activities with digital technologies in different teaching modalities, prioritizing blended learning;Promote inclusion and equity among students, involving students in creative and challenging collaborative projects;Train teachers to implement activities that promote meaningful learning for students, more harmonized with the skills for the 21st century and the development of students' digital skills, stimulating reflection, sharing and critical use of technologies in an educational context;Promoting educational success, inclusion and equity as social values ​​to be defended in society.Recognize the European dimension and the multicultural awareness.
