"Through the projects contracted under the KA1 Action, our university aims at increasing the internationalization of the study programs by stimulating international mobility. Therefore, we actively encourage as many students as possible, from all the faculties, study cycles, years of study and specializations to benefit of mobility periods abroad, especially in the European area. Our university aims at assuring a large offer of mobility agreements in order to cover the existing demand by encouraging the development of partnership agreements with prestigious European universities, that provide compatible programs with those existing in ASE. We also encourage staff mobility to partner universities - either for teaching or administrative staff - in order to facilitate professional development and strengthen inter-institutional relations.Although their number is very limited, these mobilities allow us to create tighter institutional networks, with a perspective of further developing the existing partnerships. The activities undertaken within the framework of the project are:- student mobilities for studies - SMS: 200 participants (7,5% progression reported to the past year);- student mobilities for placements - SMP: 21 participants - students and recent graduates;- staff mobilities for teaching - STA: 16 participants (45% increase);- staff mobilities for training - STT: 8 participants (double the number as compared to the previous year). The activities undertaken supposed support activities related to the outgoing mobilities (correspondence with the partner organisations, advertising the mobility program, selecting applicants, preparing mobilities, monitoring and reporting), as well as activities designed for the incoming participants. We are particularly interested in supporting the development of the local Erasmus Students Network and strengthening the cooperation with this organisation.Compared to the total number of students of our university, the number of participants to international mobility remains limited. It is directly determined by the financial support offered by the European Commission and the grant levels established at national level. The number of applications reported to the number of available places has reduced during the last 5 years and the trend continued for the current year. This dynamic is determined by economic constraints, on one side, and by the decreasing student population and lower academic performance. In spite of this evolution, our university chooses to favor quality of the study mobility by maintaining a minim standard of academic performance for the student applicants for mobilities.Regarding the student mobility for placements, their number remains limited. Taking into account the applied nature of economic studies and the intensive promotion campaigns within the student population, we estimate that this type of mobilities will increase significantly in the near future. The dissemination of the information regarding the Erasmus+ program is done through the institutional website, the International Relations Department Facebook page, online groups, presentation materials and posters, as well as through information sessions for students and Erasmus faculty coordinators. We are particularly interested in spreading the Erasmus ""stories"" as means of creating an organisational culture favorable to mobility. These stories are included in the Erasmus student guide and are part of the presentations of the program. The local section of the Erasmus Students Network plays a special part in developing an Erasmus spirit within the student community: the volunteers organize social, culturaland information events both for potential outgoing students and incoming students. We consider that the objectives of the project were reached, especially the qualitative ones - the degree of satisfaction of the beneficiaries. We consider that all mobilities, both students' and staff's, have a multiplication effect within the academic community and play an important part in the internationalization of our university. We should also mention that they contribute significantly to the development of the participants, by developing unique language, multicultural, professional and social competencies, that enrich the organisational learning after return. On a medium a long term, we aim at encouraging the diversification of international programs as well as their financing (including applications for KA1 - mobilities with the partner countries and KA2 projects - strategic partnerships)."

"Through this project, our university aims at increasing the internationalization of the study programs by stimulating international mobility. Therefore, we actively encourage students and staff to take part in international mobilities, thus strengthening the cooperation with the Moldavian, Russian and Uzbek partners. We have used the staff mobilities as as preparation and monitoring of new student mobilities. Although their number is very limited, these mobilities allow us to create tighter institutional synergies, with a perspective of further developing the existing partnership. The activities undertaken within the framework of the project are:- Student mobilities for studies - SMS: 9 participants: Republic of Moldova: 1 outgoing mobility, 2 incoming mobilities; Russian Federation: 3 outgoing mobilities (2 zero grant), 1 incoming mobility; Uzbekistan: 2 incoming mobilities;- Staff mobilities for teaching - STA: 2 participants: Republic of Moldova: 1 incoming mobility; Russian Federation: 1 outgoing mobility;- Staff mobilities for training - STT: 4 participants: Republic of Moldova: 1 incoming mobility; Russian Federation: 1 outgoing mobility, 2 incoming mobilities. The activities undertaken supposed support activities related to the outgoing mobilities (correspondence with the partner organisation, advertising the mobility program, selecting applicants, preparing mobilities, monitoring and reporting), as well as activities designed for the welcoming and integration the incoming participants (with the other exchange students from the programme countries and participants to other exchange programs) . We are particularly interested in supporting the development of the local Erasmus Students Network - ESN ASE Bucharest and strengthening the cooperation with this organisation.Compared to the total number of students of all the partner institutions, the number of participants to mobilities remains limited, but it represents an important step in developing the inter-institutional cooperation and calibrating the training / teaching activities on both sides. For the next years, we intend to maintain the mobility flows at similar levels. The dissemination of the information regarding the Erasmus+ KA107 program is done through the institutional website, the International Relations Department Facebook page, online groups, presentation materials and posters, as well as through information sessions for students and Erasmus faculty coordinators. Both our university and the foreign partners are particularly interested in spreading the Erasmus ""stories"" as means of creating an organisational culture favorable to mobility. These stories are included in the Erasmus student guide and are part of the presentations of the programme. The local section of the Erasmus Students Network plays a special part in developing an Erasmus spirit within the student community: the volunteers organize social, cultural and information events both for potential outgoing students and incoming students. We consider that the objectives of the project were reached, especially the qualitative ones - the degree of satisfaction of the participants. We should also mention that they contribute significantly to the development of the participants, by developing unique language, multicultural, professional and social competencies, that enrich the organisational learning after return.Given the positive experience so far, on a medium and long term, we aim at encouraging the diversification of such international programmes as well as stimulating bilateral mobilities with partner countries."

"The Bucharest University of Economic Studies aims at increasing the internationalisation of it's study progras by encouraging participation to international mobility programs. Therefore, we want to create the best conditions possible for a larger number of students from all the faculties, all the programs and all the levels of study to benefit of mobility periods aborad, especially within the EU area. Our university aims at assuring a large offer of mobility agreements in order to cover the existing demand by encouraging the development of partnership agreements with prestigious European universities, who have compatible programs with those existing in ASE.We also encourage staff mobility to partner universities - either teaching or administrative staff - in order to facilitate professional development and strenghten inter-institutional relations. Although their number is very limited, these mobilities allow us to create special institutional cooperations, with a perspective of further developping the exiting partnerships. The activities undertaken within the framework of the project are:- student mobilities for studies: 171 participants;- student mobilities for placements: 5 participants;- staff mobilities for teaching: 2 participants;- staff mobilities for training: 3 participants. The activities understaken supposed support activities related to the outgoing mobilities (correspondence with the partner organisations, advertising the mobility programme, selecting applicants, preparing mobilities, monitoring and reporting), as well as activities for incoming participants. We are particularly interested in developing the local Erasmus Students Network and strenghtening the cooperation with this organisation.Compared to the total number of students of our university, the number of participants to international mobility remains limited. It is directly determined by the financial support offered by the European Commission and the grant levels established at national level. The number of participants has reduced during the last 5 years and the trend continued for the current year. This dynamic is determined by economic contraints, on one side, and by the dicreasing student population and lower academic performance. In spite of this evolution, our university chooses to favor quality of the study mobility by maintaining a minim standard of academic performance for the student applicants for mobilities.Regarding the student mobility for placements, their number was very low in 2014/2015. This is due to the fact that our university had ongoing projects financed by the European Social Fund - POS-DRU (28 projects, out of which 5 that included doctoral and post-doctoral mobility and 14 projects for supporting internships for bachelor's and master's students). Taking into account that all these projects will end by December 2015 and considering the applicative nature of economic studies, we consider that this type of mobilities will increase significantly in the near future. The dissemination of the information regarding the Erasmus+ program is done through the institutional website, presentation materials and posters, as well as through information sessions for students and Erasmus faculty coordinators. We are particularly interested in spreading the Erasmus ""stories"" as means of creating an organisational culture favorable to mobility. These stories are included in the Erasmus student guide and are part of the preseantations of the programme. The local section of the Erasmus Students Network plays a special part in developing an Erasmus spirit within the student community: the volunteers organize social, cultural and information events both for potential outgoing studentsm and incoming students. We consider that the qualitative objectives of the project were reached considering the degree of satisfaction of the beneficiaries, even though the quantitative targets were not entirely met. We consider that all mobilities, both students' and staff's, have a multiplication effect within the academic community and play an important part in the internationalisation of our university. We should also mention that they contribute significantly to the development of the participants, by developing unique language, multicultural, professional and social competencies, that enrich the organisational learning after return. On a medium a long term, we aim at encoraging the diversification of international programs as well as their financing (including applications for KA2 projects - strategic partnerships, as well as mobility projects with third countries)."
