The volunteers will be part of the ADEGUA’s Europe Direct relay team; ADEGUA being an association located in Baena, Córdoba, in the Andalusian region. The four volunteers, and including one young person with fewer opportunities, will participate for 6 months, together with the relay’s staff, in the implementation of workshops for all the pupils on a regular basis. In addition to that, the volunteers will be involved in a wider dissemination of the Erasmus Plus programme, and EVS, participating in local media productions, informing the public of the Youth Houses and making presentations in other Schools. The methodology is based on the non formal education methods, promoting the initiative and autonomy of the team members in the framework of an efficient planning and coordination and a continuous support. The project foresees as some of its results the raising of the European Awareness among pupils and indirectly in the schools' communities (pupils, teachers, parents) and in the local society through the intercourse with the volunteers. In the long term, we think that the project will contribute towards a more open and diverse society in the context of a united Europe.

The program brought together 26 participants from 4 different countries to worktogether on the core themes of the program: Learning traditional wine production methods and about local products combined with the use of non-formal learning methods and the unemployment problem. The title of this youth exchange was totally related to the subject of change, the journey they were going through and the transformation that was being achieved in its duration. The idea of the exchange came from the fact that young people with fewer opportunities often lack the skills, skills and experience to enter or stay on the labour market and we wouldlike to give them an opportunity to develop skills and competencies in a primary field of work .At the same time, the non-formal learning process taking place in the context of the youth programs (under the Erasmus + program) provided valuable experiences for young people (eg communication and the ability to work in groups , developing the habit of remaining engaged in an activity on a regular basis or at least for some time, taking responsibility, etc.)The participants were youngsters who are interested in wine, tradition, mythology and theatre and they wanted very much to get involved in the project.Activities:Day 1 :1.Getting to know each other / Ice-breaking Activities 2.Fears/Expectations/Contributions: 3.Rules 4.Introduction to the Project: Επεξήγηση timetable και δραστηριοτήτων. 5.Learning about Erasmus+: team work 6.Presentation of YouthPass:7.NGOFair 8.Reflection Meeting:9.YouthLeadersMeeting: Day 2:1.Mythology&Wine 2.Let’sgetArtsy 3.ReflectionMeeting 4.1st Intercultural Night 4.YouthLeadersMeetingDay 3: 1.Visiting Meteora 2.Gettingtoknowthecity 3.ReflectionMeeting 4.YouthLeadersMeeting. 5.2nd Intercultural NightDay 4 .1.Visiting vineyards α .Vintage 2.Meeting in the vilage and traditional pressing grassing grapes 3.TraditionalBakingWorkshop4.MidtermEvaluation: Day 5 1.Visiting distillery: 2.FreeTime: Cycling 3.Reflection Meeting και YouthLeadersMeeting:.
