Through the international mobilities realised in the project an added value in terms of HUMAN CAPITAL GROWTH, ACQUIREMENT OF NEW LIFE AND WORK EXPERIENCE, INTERNATIONALIZATION (THE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT FOR BUSINESS TO OR FROM EUROPE) has been produced. The project operated in territories in which the infrastructure investments for the port and for the river navigability yet allow the promotion of a SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC INTERREGIONAL DEVELOPMENT, that is obviously very interesting for the most important national and European logistic sector organizations. AIMSThe objectives individuated from the beginning of the project are:TO LET YOUNG PEOPLE ACQUIRE TECHNICAL and PROFESSIONAL SKILLS IN THE FIELD OF LOGISTICS AND INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT in order to facilitate their entry in the labour market, with a European approach based on sustainability and inclusiveness;TO ENHANCE LANGUAGE SKILLS of participants, considering that the logistic industry is based on the international trade; TO ENHANCE THE INTER-CULTURAL AND ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP AWARENESS,TO RECOGNIZE AND CERTIFY THE NEW SKILLS ACQUIRED DURING THE INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY, TO IMPLEMENT INNOVATIVE AND QUALITATIVE PRACTICES IN THE INDUSTRY,TO HELP THE VET SYSTEM BECOMING MORE INNOVATIVE AND INTERNATIONAL,TO PROMOTE SYNERGY BETWEEN FORMAL AND NON-FORMAL EDUCATION, BETWEEN EDUCATION AND LABOUR MARKET,TO TRANSFER SKILLS LINKED TO THE PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL MOBILITIES TO SCHOOLS OPERATORS TO EXPERIMENT THE CERTIFICATION OF TECHNICIANS IN THE LOGISTIC SECTOR, THANKS TO THE COOPERATION BETWEEN REGIONS AND THE TECHNICAL PARTNER AILOG. PROFILE AND NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTSIt was necessary to make changes in the distribution and number of mobility foreseen in the application phase. The high profile of young graduates has led many of these to choose a university course, not compatible (even for mission) with this Erasmus + experience. For this reason, the nominations of new graduates were lower than expected and 25 new graduates participated in the project instead of the 32 hypothesized. This has ""released"" budgets that - with INAPP authorization - has been made available to students - who instead had participated with enthusiasm and in numbers much higher than the available mobility. 91 STUDENTS left in place of the 80 planned (they should have been 92, but a girl retired a few days before leaving due to serious personal problems).ACTIVITIES AND METHODOLOGIESThe project has been implemented following activities, phases and methods indicated in the application form: START UP of the project, with the definition of the communication flows, procedures, management and administration tools, techniques of collaboration and the definition of a referent for each partner. The Applicant has been the centre of communications with the partners and it coordinates the timing, supervises the implementation, shares the specific goals and tools according to the EQAVET principles.LINGUISTIC, TECHNICAL, PEDAGOGIC AND CULTURAL PREPARATION of participants, even through the OLS system, group meetings and individual assistance.IDENTIFICATION AND START UP OF INTERNSHIPS: through the MATCHING between the participant and the hosting company, in collaboration with foreign partners.MOBILITIES of participants with the support of ACCOMPANYING persons, TUTORS and company MENTORS who allow to make efficient and effective logistics support actions. Accompanying support during the internship, assessment of skills acquired. A constant monitoring has been realised.SKILLS EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION through the ECVET application.FINAL DETAILED EVALUATION and final report (outcomes of the project, good practices)DISSEMINATION AND ENHANCEMENT, in order to share good practices in the application of ECVET tools in mobility experiences and to facilitate the matching between job offer and demand. RESULTS AND IMPACTAcquiring and reinforcing participants’ TECHNICAL-PROFESSIONAL SKILLS related to the logistics industry, with particular attention to LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT, ELECTRONICS, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MECHANICS, MECHATRONICS AND AUTOMATION,DEVELOPMENT OF GOOD OPPORTUNITIES TO ENTER IN THE LABOUR MARKETAPPLICATION OF ECVET SYSTEM TO MOBILITY EXPERIENCESINNOVATION IN CURRICULA AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMSINTERNATIONALIZATION of High Schools and PartnersSOCIAL NETWORK – the mobility of the participants has an impact on families, enabling to disseminate the use of processes and tools (Europass Mobility) by creating a new generation of European citizens."
