Strengthening and extending the partnerships with non-EU countries is one of the objectives of the Internationalization Strategy of USV.This goal has been achieved also due to the Erasmus+ program Mobility with partner countries. Within the framework of Erasmus+ 2016-1-RO01-KA107-023274, implemented between 01.06.2016 - 31.07.2018, study and staff mobilities have been organized in order to strengthen the bilateral relations with institutions from ENI East and South countries, with which there had been previous mutual activities, but also for initiating new partnerships (ex. the partnership with the university from Israel).There had been organized 36 mobility, out of which 17 outgoing (3 study mobility, 4 teaching mobility and 10 traineeships) and 19 incoming ( 4 study mobility, 5 teaching mobility and 10 traineeships), in fields like: Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, Computers Science, Languages, Political Sciences, Education Sciences.

"The Project no. 2016-1-RO01-KA103-023201 implemented by Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (USV) - Romania (RO SUCEAVA01) is part of the Key Action 1 - Mobility for individuals and it supported the following activities:- student mobility for studies (SMS);- student mobility for placement (SMP);- staff mobility for teaching (STA);- staff mobility for training (STT).The participants were USV's students and staff (teaching and non teaching). The total implementation period of the project was 16 months (01 June 2016 - 30 September 2017).184 mobilities were realised within this project, as follows:- 65 mobilities for studies (SMS);- 27 mobilities for placement (SMP)- 39 staff mobilities for teaching (STA);- 53 staff mobility for training (STT).Within the ""internationalization at home"" USV aims to valorize the international experience of its outgoing students and staff in order to create an academic community capable to adapt to the continue and rapid global changes. USV aims to train future employees competitive on the international labour market.Among the long term benefits of the project we can mention:- incresing the international character of the curriculum for all levels of study: Bachelor, Master, Doctoral;- transfer of good practices in teaching and training;- improving the quality and relevance of the higher education offered by USV, through enhancing the professional experience of it's students and teaching staff and this will lead to the enhancing of the employment rate of USV graduates on the labour market;- increasing the international cooperation in education and research with partner institutions all over the Europe;- extending the Erasmus+ agreements to other types of cooperation activities, research partnerships and projects, joint or double degree programmes s.o;- improving the quality of the campus life through enhancing the quality of administrative services for students."

The Project no. 2017 - 1 - RO01 - KA103 - 036005 implemented by Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (USV) - Romania (RO SUCEAVA01) is part of the Key Action 1 - Mobility for individuals.Project objectives- increasing the level of professional and linguistic competences of participants;- strengthening the international dimension of the study programmes offered by USV;- strengthening the international cooperation of Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava;- promotion of linguistic diversity and multiculturalism.Financed activities:- student mobility for studies (SMS);- student mobility for traineeship (SMP);- staff mobility for teaching (STA);- staff mobility for training (STT);- organizational activities. The participants in this project were the USV's students and staff (teaching and administrative). The total implementation period of the project was 16 months (01st June 2017 - 30th September 2018).196 mobilities were realised within this project, as follows:- 77 student mobilities for studies (SMS);- 28 student mobilities for placement (SMP);- 33 staff mobilities for teaching (STA);- 58 staff mobilities for training (STT).In the context of rapid and continue global changes, USV aims to valorize the international experience of the participants in this project in order to train future employees competitive on the international labour market.We can mention some of the long term benefits of the project:- increasing the international character of the curriculum for all the three levels of study: Bachelor, Master, Doctorat;- transfer of good practices in teaching and training;- improving the quality of the higher education offered by USV through enhancing the professional experience of it's students and staff, that will lead to the enhancing of the employment rate of USV graduates on the labour market;- increasing the international cooperation in education and research with partner institutions all over the Europe;- extending the Erasmus+ agreements to other types of cooperation activities, research partnerships and projects, joint or double degree programmes s.o;- improving the quality of the campus life through enhancing the quality of administrative services for students.
