Mobilities in all categories were realized (although not 100% in each category). The target group were students of all departments and modes of study offered in the University as well as the didactic and administration staff of the University. All outgoing students were students of extramural (weekend-based) programs. 2 students went abroad to study, while 15 decided to take part in training mobilities. After return they declared that the participation in the Program contributed to the growth of their knowledge and development of skills, which will be useful in their future careers. Also the university staff confirmed that their mobilities contributed to the growth of the their professional competence and level of services offered.

Organizational changes of 2016 and wide information action of getting with information about the program to students and staff has led to more interest and candidates among students and staff. Our main quality and quantity goals are to adjust and increase the number of outgoing staff and students to the actualpotential of the University and students demand. It’s a long and multi thread process where we:- increase the number of partner universities abroad- work to create fair and regulated organized procedures- inform students about possibilities and rules of the program- inform students about history of returning students and their experience and how Erasmus+ influenced their lives- divide work between the Erasmus+ team to be efficient and to meet all formalities relevant to eachmobility both incoming and outgoing. In just one year we managed to significantly improve the statistics related to mobility. What initially was an agreement for 87 mobilities ended up to be 122 SMP SMS STA and STTmobilities in total, it was due to successful recruitment process. We did everything we could to increase the number of partner universities, train the dean office workers, teach the deans how to create LA, our job was to manage the process of preparing documents for SMS and SMP mobilities. In accordance with ECHE and EPS in the academic in academic year 2017/18 UoSS has made huge effort to reach higher level of internationalization and managed to reach goals recruiting students and gaining new partnerships.with HEIs, Icreased staff and student mobility are results of this efforts. The aim was to increase the level students mobility and thus, their theoretical skills, practical knowledge, foreign languages fluency and personal development. Thedevelopment of internationalization is possible due to staff and teaching staffmobility who are completing their teaching and training programs abroad and stay incontact with partners who are often more experienced and have more opportunities intheir fields of study. In the academic year 2017/18 the participants of the Erasmus + were 122 students and administrative staff members and lecturers. We have organised 28 mobilities for student study, 51 mobilities for practicaltraining,10 for teaching and 33 for staff training. Our activities are focused on recruiting by encouraging , creating and improving the procedures related to LA and recognition of the results. It's administration of Internet web page, information meetings, and creation the system of big TV screens on campus premises in the effort to reach the passive students that might not think about applying for going abroad, and making an effort to prepare each mobility the best possible, assuring quality, creating best possible LA, working together with deans and lecturers has resulted in no problems with recognition of study results after mobilityLong-term benefits for our students and staff are being more open, better self-esteem, that is noticeable after they come back, and what’s most important no language barriers, that will result in better utilization of their potential on job market while building their careers paths.. Our job is to ensure the quality of mobility at the highest possible level by focusing on preparation of mobility by creating LA, and work together with deans and lecturers to ensure seamless recognition ofresults from abroad documented in Transcript of Records. The result is increased quality of education, generally better motivation for learningand knowledge of foreign languages, Internationalization at home, or increasedawareness and benefits for students who have not been away , but participated inclasses with foreign teachers who arrived to carry out STA mobility.Lecturers of UoSS raised the level of teaching in their classes, through the exchangeof information and discussions with foreign partners abroad. Our administrative staff during training atother universities followed the work of their counterparts and talkedabout duties, work organization, got to know computer software and tools, andimplemented the changes at the home university. We know this from staff meetingswhich provide a platform to exchange experiences.Above all that our outgoing staff has presented our University and our offer abroad and encouraged foreignstudents and teachers to come to Poland and work together on increasing cooperation on all faculties.
