It was already the 3rd KA107 project and with such a wide geographical representation of partner universities: 5 continents, 29 countries (2 more than in the 2016 contract), 73 partner universities (6 more than in the 2016 contract), 123 awarded mobilities. SUT’s participation in similar activities in programmes preceding the 2014-2020 framework (mainly the EMA2 projects within the Erasmus Mundus Programme) cannot be compared with the activities undertaken since 2015 within the KA107 scheme. Experience gained since the first KA107 call has been the base for further activities within that mobility scheme. It shall be stressed that thanks to huge personal and organisational involvement of coordinator and persons managing this project activities at partner universities, the SUT has successfully negotiated difficulties while facing such a challenge. Nowadays, there are further KA107 projects run at SUT, within even bigger and wider consortium what actively internationalises SUT’s academic environment. The SUT is awarded on yearly basis with highly ranked KA107 projects. The SUT has been active in the Erasmus Programme since its beginning in Poland, i.e. since the academic year 1998/1999, through all further editions of it, despite the formal name used. Main goals and objectives completed within the project are represented by encouragement for and realisation of incoming and outgoing academic mobility period abroad by students and staff members within all eligible components offered by the project: study, teaching assignments, trainings and job shadowing. We have succeeded to receive and send abroad number of participants not very different from the one foreseen in the contract – if only we number of the last-minute resignations and withdrawals (caused mostly by visa issues, health and family reasons), we would meet the planned number. However, continuous small interest and courage for an outgoing student flows shall be noted. Furthermore, the range of faculties actively involved in mobility has extended. A specific feature of the reported KA107 project, resulting from the geographical distribution of partner HEIs and the budget received in the contract, shall be noted: number of incoming beneficiaries is much higher than number of outgoings. In numbers: 23 incoming students vs no outgoings and 68 incoming staff members (34 STA + 34 STT equally) vs 9 outgoings (8 STA + 1 STT). Further goals met during the project include:- profile and academic background of mobility participants was similar to the ones presented in the KA103 projects. i.e. the biggest interest among students and staff was shown by our faculties offering regular full courses in English (computer science, electronics, automatics & robotics, civil engineering, chemical engineering, energy, mechanical engineering). It was noticed also that interest shown by representatives from faculties with more humanistic profile (Faculty of Architecture, including interior design; College of Foreign Languages) was not smaller than from those of typical engineering profile- our academic offer available for international students was made wider, mainly due to some new subjects and whole courses offered in English. Also keeping to the possibility to mix subjects offered by various faculties (max.3) within the LA proposal as a kind of tailor-made study programme implemented for the first time in 2015 has helped- thanks to some actions undertaken within the project and to better integration of the incoming participants and reintegration of outgoing students after their mobility period (with huge help and work done by the irreplaceable local ESN-SUT section), strengthening of internationalisation within our university society was continued, as well as generally, much more active participation in international activities and projects later on, including new partner institutions, regions, countries - academic mobility opportunity became to be perceived as a kind of an obvious and given to university once forever chance (not correct perception anyway) being more and more exploited by student and staff- scope and range of integration between Polish and international students have raised- thanks to activities undertaken within project, the local students and staff who for different reasons could not go abroad themselves, have indirectly participated in academic mobility = the internationalisation at home (IaH) idea took place (multicultural society, integration activities, lectures given by foreign teachers, etc.)

However, all actions were undertaken as the continuation of SUT’s long term international cooperation held in previous editions of the Erasmus (LLP/Erasmus and SOCRATES/Erasmus) – our university has been active in the Programme since its beginning in Poland, i.e. since 1998/1999. Main goals and objectives completed within the project include:1.encouragement for and realisation of outgoing academic mobility period abroad by our students and staff members within all eligible components offered by the project: study, practical placements, teaching assignments, training and job shadowing. Despite difficulties faced due to implementation period of the new Erasmus+ Programme, we have succeeded to send abroad even more participants than originally planned in the contract. Furthermore, the range of faculties actively involved in mobility has been made extended2.encouragement for and realisation of incoming academic mobility period by students and staff members from partner universities. We have succeeded to receive quite big number of students and staff members, coming also to faculties previously not very active in academic exchange. 3.the profile of mobility participants was similar to previous years. i.e. the biggest interest among students and staff was shown by our faculties offering regular full courses in English (computer science, electronics, automatics & robotics, civil engineering, chemical engineering, energy, mechanical engineering). It was noticed also that interest shown by representatives from faculties with more humanistic profile (Faculty of Architecture, College of Foreign Languages) was quite bigger than from those of typical engineering profile4.completed mobilities in numbers: for outgoings: 143 SMS, 86 SMP, 53 STA, 18 STT; for incomings: 98 students (SMS and SMP) and several dozen of staff, mainly for STA flows5.our academic offer available for international students was made bigger, mainly due to implementation of possibility to mix subjects offered by various faculties within LA proposal (kind of tailor-made study programme)6.due to actions undertaken within the project and thanks to integration of the incoming participants and reintegration of outgoing students after their mobility period, strengthening of internationalisation within our university society was noticed, as well as general much more active participation in international activities and projects later on, including new partner institutions, regions, countries and continents7.academic mobility opportunity became to be perceived as a kind of obvious chance being more and more exploited by student and staff8.scope and range of integration between Polish and international students have raised9.thanks to activities undertaken within project (multicultural society, integration activities, lectures given by foreign teachers, etc.), the local students and staff who - for different reasons - did not go abroad themselves, indirectly participated in academic mobility = the internationalisation at home (IaH) idea took place. 10.higher grants foreseen for students being in difficult material situation but willing to participate in the project gave them a real chance to apply and take the chance
