All bureaucratic and financial aspects of international projects are coordinated by the Research and Development Projects Coordination Office which reports directly to the Rector?s Office. The R&D Office also informs the teaching staff of cooperation and partnership opportunities. These opportunities are analyzed by the Rector?s Office and the appropriate units in the University are contacted and invited to participate in various projects. Erasmus mobility program in operation furthers the two-way process of student mobility by supporting activities designed to embrace short-term seminars or workshops with complementary analyses and projects from participating institutions. The program also reinforces the importance of high quality academic offerings in conjunction with partner institutions.we find that our partner institutions accepting the ECTS recognition without problem. With emphasis on language skills and global education, students are maturing and becoming active contributors to society through this educational experience. The organization of multiple inter-institutional assemblies: conferences, panel debates, lecture series which involve geopolitical and world-wide contributors and demanding cross border cooperation have become familiar items on the university agenda every academic year.Compared to 10 years ago, the enthusiasm among students for an opportunity to study abroad has increased and their knowledge of how the Erasmus programs works and the possibility of receiving grant money encourages them to study harder and be successful in their mobility.Good communication between partner institutions is essential to running a smooth study mobility program; staff members appreciate and learn from their time abroad and bring back enthusiasm as well as new ideas on how to get students involved.

The main objective was to increase the number of mobilities by developing new relationships. By spreading awareness of the program through organizing informational meetings, international day, short-term seminars, workshops, conferences, various social responsibility projects and activities increased the enthusiasm among the participants to study abroad. With the benefits of global education and improved language skills, students became more mature and active contributors to society. Also, receiving grant money encouraged participants to study harder and be successful in their mobility. Good relations between partners help running smooth study mobility program and adding new partners every year grows the contribution of the students. By inviting and sending either teaching or administrative staff brings new ideas of global education to our university.
