Then ignorance, prejudices, fear, scorn and exclusion will no longer be right. It is also to educate others to be able to overcome anything that can lead them to racist behaviour. This youth exchange project aims to involve 40 young participants to promote mutual understanding and solidarity through cooking. We want, through food, to reflect cultural diversity and European citizenship. The participants will cook together for 8 days, exchange their own traditional recipes and share their best practices on intercultural management and ways to fight against racism. The objectives sought during this exchange are the following:• to promote exchanges between young people from different social backgrounds and cultures• to promote the expression of the young audience through the cuisine• valuing the work of those who are easily blamed or discriminated against and who often come from elsewhere• to transform the image of neighbourhoods and its inhabitants• to enrich the diversity and contribution of migrant populations• to fight against racism and discrimination• to share the cuisine<< Activities >>Thanks to the cooking workshops and the moments dedicated to the exchange, it will be possible to think about European citizenship and to cross the intercultural barriers. We also think that through cooking we will succeed in creating a common space of goodwill and listening, a ""safe space"" in which participants will feel comfortable and confident enough to share experiences, sensations, traditions and skills. All activities will be facilitated with methods and methodologies of non-formal education. This pedagogy will stimulate another important thing: nonverbal communication through which young people will be able to go beyond language barriers. This project will require an exchange of knowledge and culinary traditions on the part of young people. In addition, the interventions of experts from associations will enrich the debates and allow young people to know the local associative fabric. Friendly highlights are also on the agenda (International Coffee, cultural theme evenings). At the end of the exchange, the young participants will prepare a dinner for the inhabitants of the city who will be able to benefit from this experience. As part of this project, we want to work with young people from so-called sensitive neighbourhoods. These young people have the following profiles:- school or student failures- unemployed, often long-term workers or young workers- living on the margins of society- often victims of racism and discrimination- issues of migrationThis project will take place in Hamburg from 10 to 18 MAY 2020 with 5 partner associations.<< Impact >>This project will enable partner associations to develop their field of activities outside their national borders and to promote youth mobility, as well as to become familiar with what is being done at international level on this theme (eg. No Hate Speech Movement, Council of Europe campaigns).Young people may develop attractions for a foodservice sector: if necessary, we will connect them with restaurant managers for a first contact or advice. This project will also allow young people to experience a first European experience, which may lead to another mobility project."

Developments in the fields of production, information and transportation that has been had after 1980, have affected the labor market, creating adequate number of jobs for the increasing population, the improvement of the business quality ofthose who have job, the development of the non-standard business models, the unsecured employment and the employment of young people have become more important. It is estimated that the number of unemployed will rise to over 201 million in 2017 by adding about 3 million unemployed while it is over 197 million in the global dimension, in 2017, adding about 3 million unemployed in 2017. Of course, the youth unemployment problem has become one of the most important issues that the global world should face with its level of 13%. As the level of education increases in the 15-24 age group, the unemployment rates increase. Based on the period of 2016, unemployment rate is 13.4% for illiterate, 15.8% for primary graduates, 21% for high schools their equivalents vocational high-school graduates and 30.8% for high school graduates. Looking at these results, the weight of the workforce whose level of education is low in terms of labor market is evaluated negatively in terms of growth and productivity.” Looking at the datas above, the employment problem of young people all over the world is one of the most important agenda items. So what does the increase in unemployment with the increase in the level of education tell us ? The youth who thinks that he saves the whole future and it is all done when he wins the university is sorely mistaken. In fact everything just begins.Young people's biggest problems are to stop imagining, to lose their ideals and to try to find jobs just to guarantee themselves and make money. The basis for the problem stems from here. Young people can not find a job or be happy in their work as they stop imagining and sway in an idealless way. Moreover, this anxiety emerges in young people at very young ages. The way to prevent this, to enable young people to move with an entrepreneurial spirit is to remind them of their lost dreams by solving the test, to allow for improving themselves and working hard in order to realize their dreams and ideals. Whether it's an entrepreneur like Stive Jobs, or a farmer in a seaside town if they like. Because success is not only money and status, as opposed to being plant in young people; one must work to achieve an ideal that he will be happy. If we tell our goals from here, To enable young people to discover themselves and their ideals by raising the imagination capacity that decreases due to certain molds as they grow up To help the growing of creative, equipped and idealist young people To tell participants that success comes from dreaming, and efforting to realize that dream To show that success is not just about status and money By increasing their beliefs that they can realize these ideals, to encourage them, to bring out their potentials, to enable them to face their fears, and to provide them to take concrete steps of their future, by nurturing their inner world. Our project is not a vicious project that tells entrepreneurial stories, these stories are additional information that we will give to our friends. This project, as it is understood from its name, is a dream shop full of fairy tales, stories, movies and dreams that will help participants to discover their ideals by nurturing their imagination and enable them to be encourage for implementing. This is a fun educational process with movies, paintings, and a serious process as well. At the end of this process, it is expected our participants to develop themselves as much as possible, to produce creative and productive ideas, and to have results to take steps to ensure that these are not just at the level of ideas with the activities that we will carry out. For this, these activities have been planned, acting together with our partners at every step.<< Implementation >>Fairy Tales for Grownups: Participants will learn fairy tale methods with this activity. They will gain awareness that these literary genres are not just for children. Think Limitless: Participants will share their biggest dream including their careers and ideals with their friends, and talk about their reservations about realizing this dream. Dream Workshop: Participantswill bring their life, dreams and ideals together with the children at the kindergarten level, and inspired by children's daring dreams, they will realize a mutual shopping. Dreams of Flying: Our participants, by watching the animation movie, learn that good and bad can’t come into existence in the same body and that bad ones can have good aspects as good ones having bad aspects. Our Entrepreneurship Story: With this workshop, our participants will experience the idea, implementation and planning phase of entrepreneurship and learn how to transform a dream into a real entrepreneurship. Two Entrepreneurship Stories: Participants will present their own dreams and ideals by examining two different entrepreneurs. Dissemination Activity (Dream Street): They will decorate the street arranged by our supportive institution with the fairytale characters and cartoon characters. They will give information about Erasmus+ program and our project to the local people. Participants The age range of our project is between 18-30 years of age, including our participants with fewer opportunities. While the participants were selected in the project, the equality principle of Erasmus Plus was taken into consideration and the participants were selected equally from both sexes, 3 males and 3 females from each country. Gender discrimination is still one of the most important agenda items of todays world. Many Erasmus Plus projects are being carried out within the scope of this matter. In this respect, together with our partners, we have shown the necessary sensitivity to this issue and we chose our participants equally as 4 females and 4 males. This issue will be paid attention to in the activities and group works we will perform during the project period. The general profile of the participants, including the above information, is as follows: 7 people from each country between the ages of 18-30 / 3 females 3 males / 3 participants with fewer opportunities with geographical, economic and social limitations / 3 young people without any experience in Erasmus Plus At least 2 young people experienced in Erasmus Plus / At least 2 individuals searching for job, University students, graduate unemployed or employed participants.<< Results >>Expected Effects on Target Groups The groups we set as targets are mostly our youngs. It is aimed for them to find their dreams again by expanding their imagination world and horizon, and to work for these ideals and get rid of them before they are too late. With these activities that we will carry out with our aims, the effects we expect on the target groups are: To have their beliefs back at the point of realizing the ideal To listen to entrepreneurship stories and participating in Workshops to internalize entrepreneurial spirit and concepts of entrepreneurship's fifty subjects To develop hands-on skills with the Imagine House and reveal their individual talents To not to have difficulties finding the ideals of the young people discovering their individual talents. To have working consciousness together with group work To have intercultural interaction with people from different cultures To use and develop their imagination skills through our participation and following activities of young people who are closely involved in our project. To just take the messages that are meant to be given in the stories with the fairytale activity that is supposed to appeal to children and apply them in their livesExpected Effects On Participants As it can be understood from the name of our project, it is a project designed to help our participants reach their ideal by raising the imagination capacity falling with various patterns they encountered during their growth, to be successful and happy in life. The increasing number of unemployed, young people working in jobs that are they are unhappy, and the inability to use some kind of capacity are the biggest problems of our time. And the emergence of this problem is the drought of youngs imagination, their inner world, the absence of their ideals. Young people who act in order to guarantee themselves and make money only feels dissatisfied after a while and fall into a void. Based on these problems, the anticipated effects of the project on participation are; To become conscious individuals To create social awareness by reflecting this awareness to their environments To stay away from prejudiced, racist and discriminatory behavior To reveal their courage that is broken from the negative experiences they had. To gain knowledge and experience in developing and implementing their ideas and dreams To enrich the imagination of the participants with the activities to be realized The emergence of potentials To discover new things by learning to think creatively and productively To become entrepreneurial and active in both business and social life To become young people who will pursue their dreams and work to realize their dreams To become self improving individual that self renews, reach that path by being aware of what they want Being young people respecting different ideas and cultures.

When people face risks in their home country, they tend to migrate seeking a safe place and shelter where to settle down. Yet, they face new challenges such as adaptation and integration regarding language, culture, social norms, social values & attitudes of the recipient society towards foreigners. There are various social policies which target to facilitate the integration process of the latter and contribute towards an inclusive society. Social integration is obviously the aim of the policy-makers when it comes to migrant issues, but sometimes is not ample as it has many different levels/pitches. We believe that, by encouraging and supporting migrants/refugees to start-up a business can make it easier for them to get adapted/integrated, to cooperate with locals and make them have the sense of belonging, participation and inclusion. We chose to jot down such a YE Program together with our young beneficiaries (refugees/migrants/ and youth with fewer opportunities) who will contribute to the activities, by sharing different ideas and mindset as well as by disseminating the outputs of the multi-cultural group working. Through this Youth Exchange we intent to bring together group leaders with youth work background on entrepreneurship and 3 facilitators experienced on migrant/refugee issues and entrepreneurship, young people without and with fewer opportunities (migrants/refugees) regardless of their gender interested in the topic or who might have an entrepreneurial idea but do not know where to start from 18 to 30 years old, youth without and with fewer opportunities (migrants/refugees) already involved in entrepreneurship businesses making a total of 36 participants (8+1). Moreover, we as a consortium deem that this intervention is pertinent to the situation (pandemic) which has worsened the position of migrants/refugees all over the world including here Europe. The countries involved in this project are: Sweden, Germany, France, and Spain. This youth exchange will be a space for all the above mentioned groups to explore, discuss, share, get inspired, identify the problems and reach any possible solutions. The main objectives of this project are: • To facilitate the interaction and cooperation between youngsters without and with fewer opportunities by implementing common entrepreneurial projects • To encourage the spirit of entrepreneurial initiative among migrants/refugees of age 18-30 years old; • To raise awareness on the importance of social inclusion of people/youth with fewer opportunities in EU countries complex societies • To promote the importance of entrepreneurship on integration process of migrants in countries part of this project as host societies of migrants and refugees; • To create space for exchanging methodology approaches about entrepreneurship • To disseminate and spread around the project's results & and bring into the light issues that unprivileged groups face and faced notably during the lockdown. The overall aim of the project is to foster social inclusion of people (youth with fewer opportunities migrants/refugees) through means of entrepreneurship. Partners have been selected through an open call and from previous collaborations working in the field of youth and entrepreneurship. We tried to bring together in one “table” countries which have faced internal and external waves of migration, countries that have been from time to time generating migrants and those which have been hosting them, participants will have the chance to look at things in a range of angels. The venue-city is Barcelona, Spain as a place affected by migration and due to this it has turned out to be more and more diverse.<< Implementation >>The main activity to be implemented will be the youth exchange which will last for 11 days (including travel days) and will guide the participants through a journey of discovering what actually entrepreneurship is about, understand its context and explore possibilities in the different countries in the EU. Free space during the YE will be offered in order for the participants to brainstorm and finalize on ideas that will boost entrepreneurship chances in their local communities, as a tool that will foster migrants' integration and social inclusion. As the activity itself, is a non-formal education tool to raise awareness and tackle certain issues, the activities to be carried out within the frame of the Youth Exchange will be also non-formal education methods such as: discussions, debates (House of Parliament format), video presentations, study visit, social games, Human Library, working groups, team building activities etc. Apart from the main activity, follow-up activities will be implemented at least 2 per partner (participants will be largely responsible for them) that will be info-session, workshop or video. A detailed plan of the activities, is shown in the timetable of the activities, attached in the annex section. The total number of participants will be 36, respectively: (8) participants and (1) Group Leader per each partner. The total number of partners is 4 partners. Four of participants will be with fewer opportunities (migrants/refugees) and 4 of them without, inside the group we will make sure to respect gender balance by having an equal number of males and females. This goes not only for Youth Exchange but will be valid for follow-up activities to and notably for info-sessions and workshops.<< Results >>The activities that will be taken under this Youth Exchange will reach certain results: Boosted the level of confidence and competence working on migrant and entrepreneurship issues of 36 participants; - Encouraged the spirit of entrepreneurial initiative at participants of the Youth Exchange but also, youth part of follow-up activities, One brochure created and published online, - At least 10 follow up activities conducted, 12 awareness raising and sensibilisation - Participants expanded their knowledge on entrepreneurship and migration issues- videos produced _Expanding their network since they will be cooperating with other people while working on their social or business entrepreneurial activity;- Expand the network of organizations working across borders of the country where the project will be implemented, - Create space for building international and cross-sectoral partnership using social resources for future cooperation and contributing to a better and more inclusive European society.
