And also 10 teachers they have been trained in countries of the European Community: three teachers of the Business and Marketing specialty (in Poland, Malta and Holland), four teachers of the institute management positions (two in Poland, and two in Malta) and three teachers of Informatics and Communications specialty (two in Poland and one in Holland).

Technician in Administrative Management: 1 students in QIAGEN BUSSINES SERVICES in Poland. Technician in Commercial Activities: 2 students in the company BUFFETTI in Italy. The number of grants used has been 8. - On the other hand the training of the teachers has been in the following companies: BRIDGWATER AND TAUNTON COLLEGE in the United Kingdom, BUFFETTI in Italy, MOBILITY CONNECTING EUROPE LIMITED in Ireland, HEMMERSBACH and QIAGEN BUSSINES SERVICES in Poland. In the end the number of grants used for staff has been 9.* The teaching methods used were the following:- On the side of the students that take part in the mobility: Use the knowledge acquired in the institute in their Company, moreover, the student will acquire work experience related to the knowledge already acquired.- Regarding the teachers: The training took place in companies, doing some activities and obtaining the knowledge and the skills the companies request, in order to teach that knowledge to the pupils.* The results where the following:On the side of the student: Carry out their training in the companies acquiring professional knowledge and skills and improving their level in languages that will help them find a job related to their studies more easily.On the other hand, teachers have obtained the knowledge of the skills requested by the companies from the destination countries, in order to share their knowledge with the other teachers in the institute.* The benefits obtained were the following:That the students who took part are satisfied with their work experience and can share their experience with the rest of the students in order to encourage them to do their work experience in a foreign country.That the teachers who took part are satisfied with their training and can share that knowledge with the rest of the teachers of our college. They can also teach that knowledge in their teaching classes.That the institute can teach the students in the best way possible so that they acquire the best skills, knowledge and personal development for their future job.That in the companies the knowledge and experience that our students and teachers, who take part in the mobility have acquired, could be used.* Students have obtained the following skills:Commercial Activities: organize and control the operations of storage of the products; Carry out the activities of the point of sale; Perform the operations of the sales of products and/or services;Administrative Management: record, process and transmit information; carry out administrative formalities of purchasing and selling products or services; carry out administrative formalities of personnel; carry out administrative formalities of treasury and accounting records; inform and serve the customer about products or financial services and insurance;Microcomputer Systems and Networks: install and maintain network and Internet services, equipment and computer systems, office and corporate applications;

more_vert assignment_turned_in ProjectPartners:IES UNI EIBAR-ERMUA BHI, IES UNI EIBAR-ERMUA BHIIES UNI EIBAR-ERMUA BHI,IES UNI EIBAR-ERMUA BHIFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-1-ES01-KA103-046825Funder Contribution: 29,850 EUREl proyecto 2018-1-ES01-KA103-046825 ha consistido en la realización:Por una parte de 11 movilidades de alumnos de Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior, del módulo Formación en Centros de Trabajo, enpaíses de la Comunidad Europea, concretamente de las especialidades: Administración y Finanzas (1 alumno en Polonia, 1 alumno en Malta y 1 alumna en Italia), Comercio Internacional (1 alumna en Malta y 1 alumno en Italia), Actividades Físicas y Deportivas (2 alumnos en Italia), y Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma (3 alumnos en Polonia y 1 alumno en Irlanda). Así mismo dentro del proyecto 14 profesores han recibido formación en países de la Comunidad Europea: 1 profesores de la Dirección del instituto y 2 profesores de la especialidad Informática y Comunicaciones en Holanda, 1 profesor de la especialidad Informática y Comunicaciones en Malta, 1 profesora de la especialidad de Comercio y Marketing y 1 profesora de la especialidad de Administración y Finanzas y 1 profesor de la especialidad de Actividades Físicas en Italia, 1 profesora de la Dirección del instituto y 1 profesor y otra profesora de la especialidad Informática y Comunicaciones en Polonia, y por último 4 profesores de la especialidad Informática y Comunicaciones en Alemania (entre ellos un profesor con Beca Cero).Las actividades realizadas por el alumnado han sido:- Los alumnos del ciclo formativo en Administración y Finanzas: realizar contactos con clientes y proveedores, facturación y archivo.- Los alumnos del ciclo formativo en Comercio Internacional: realizar ventas a clientes de otros países y facturación.- Los alumnos del ciclo formativo en Animación en Actividades Físicas y Deportivas: realizar actividades de monitor en un gimnasio y en una piscina.- Los alumnos del ciclo formativo en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma: diseñar programas de aplicaciones informáticas multiplataforma.Las actividades realizadas por el profesorado han sido:- Formación en las competencias exigibles en los puestos de trabajo relacionados con los estudios que se imparten en el instituto.- Visitas a empresas relacionadas con los estudios del instituto contrastando las exigencias en los puestos de trabajo.Los resultados conseguidos han sido:- Por parte del alumnado:o Conseguir las competencias relacionadas con sus estudios.o Conocer qué exigencias tienen las empresas en el puesto de trabajo que está estudiando.o Realizar prácticas laborales utilizando un idioma diferente al de su país de origen.o Una vez finalizadas las prácticas, firmar contratos de trabajo en la empresa que se han hecho las prácticas.- Por parte del profesorado:o Conocer las exigencias laborales en las especialidades formativas que se imparten en el instituto.o Recibir formación por parte de empresas de otro país.o Poder impartir esos conocimientos al resto de profesores del instituto.o Poder impartir esos conocimientos al alumnado del instituto.o Poder contrastar sus conocimientos con profesionales de otros países.Los beneficios a largo plazo son:- Que el alumnado que ha realizado movilidad pueda encontrar trabajo más fácilmente que el que no haya realizado.- Que se haya incrementado la creatividad y la innovación en el alumnado, fomentando el espíritu emprendedor.- Que el alumnado por medio de movilidades reconozca la importancia de vivir en un país que pertenece a la Unión Europea y sus ventajas. - Que se haya aumentado el interés del alumnado en el aprendizaje de otras lenguas.- Que los estudios que se imparten en el instituto se adapten a las exigencias laborales de las empresas.- Que se mejore la calidad de la enseñanza en el aula, gracias a que se haya incrementado el desarrollo profesional del profesorado del instituto.- Debido a la experiencia del alumnado y profesorado que ha realizado movilidad, poder animar cada curso escolar a más alumnos y profesores a realizar movilidades.- Que se haya mejorado el prestigio del instituto de cara tanto a la comunidad local o regional, como a nivel de otras instituciones europeas, gracias a que se han difundido de forma efectiva los resultados de estas movilidades.- Que se hayan sistematizado las tareas relativas a la internacionalización y sentado las bases para progresivamente aumentar el número de movilidades realizadas en siguientes convocatorias.

About 160 teachers from vocational training centers work hand in projects coordinated by IKASLAN innovation. The projects are grouped into several areas that are considered strategic for improving the system of vocational training of the Basque Country. In all student mobility and internationalization are thus pillars.1) There technology innovation projects that pose anticipate the needs of the labor market as far as possible. Focusing on renewable energy projects, biomass, photovoltaic, thermal energy, mechanization projects of unconventional materials, 3D printers and additive manufacturing, carbon fiber, drons technology, etc ..2) There venture projects. A strategy that has led to the creation of 450 actual companies by vocational students with a success rate of 78%. In the field of enterprise mobility experiences of these students they are really important because they add both projects as the CVs of the students.3) There are projects that have to do with innovation in training and development of methodologies, internationalization is basic.4) There are projects that have to do with leadership in VET schools, with educational marketing, the management of innovation in schools.6) In the field of ICT student mobilities require us to develop systems for remote control and monitoring ..Is required to identify IKASLAN s strategic points concerning who the European level that can help improve the quality of our projects and in other cases to transfer our knowledge after working in them.
