The lack of experts who help parents of disabled children, the lack of connection between the health facilities and the school, the limited school support, make that for some disabilities it is not possible to get any feedback on the progress of rehabilitation (learning, socialization, capacity building etc) and that these depend exclusively on the scrupulousness of the family, in direct proportion to the economic conditions, the socio-cultural context and the place of residence.this creates a dual speed support: those who have the means and who do not have them, creating inequalities in inequality. It just so happens that the same disability is treated differently in a family rather than in another, in a context rather than in another, in one country rather than another. In order to address this problem, all the parents and families are made aware of the solutions, methodologies and best practices. Moreover, the examples of good practice and good qualification, should become the common heritage and should be valued, emphasized, disseminated and made available to all.The aim of the project was to build a network for sharing and disseminating experiences and skills of the operators in support of disability, enhance them and make them accessible at European level. The project aimed to create connections between operators, associations, families and institutions to generate value and disseminate experience and knowledge that must be shared, transferred and replicated by spreading useful models to all and applicable in other contexts.Youth workers who work in this field and collaborate with organizations and institutions that deal with disabilities, become disseminators and multipliers of experience at European level, through the sharing of solutions and the exchange of best practices, methodologies and skills with other countries. The training course aimed to develop a sustainable network of organizations working on social inclusion field, by promoting development of youth workers’ skills and competencies and by supporting professional development of youth workers in the field of social integration and in rehabilitation of young people with disabilities. Objectives and expected results were:- developing different tools and methods of informal education for work with young people with disabilities,- sharing experiences, innovative methodologies and good practices in the field of social inclusion and support to rehabilitation,- building new qualitative partnerships in order to create a network of stakeholders (non-profit organizations, social workers, associations of people with disabilities, local authorities, facilitators and European youth workers) which will carry out new projects and new initiatives to facilitate social integration and socialization of young people with disabilities in Europe, - promoting measures for the integration of young people with disabilities at European level,- providing knowledge about technical skills and methodological support to facilitate the involvement of the people with disabilities in all fields (formal and non formal learning, sport and leisure activities, training and working),- promoting integration and socialization of young people with disabilities in society, through exchange of experience and work in a team,- bringing together European youth workers working with young people with disabilities in order to promote cooperation among them and develop new project ideas, - contributing to develop participants' skills and competencies, especially in regard to potential innovation in supporting rehabilitation and in promoting integration of people with disabilities, The project involved together 32 youth workers from 7 Programme Countries, who work with people with disabilities and who are interested in developing skills and competencies in this field. The whole training course methodology was based on non-formal education activities and it included a consistent part of practice (learning by doing). Innovative approaches and methodologies used in facilitating learning processes, like as technical tools to support management of participatory process and coordinating group works of participants.Additionally, within the training course, was developed a specific module on innovative practices and work approaches of youth workers in disability field, with a support of qualified and certified trainers. The project results were shared on social media platforms and websites, in order to share training course outcomes, like good practices and learning experiences.

Moreover, the environmental, economic and immigration-related consequences of the abovementioned changes prove that it is urgent for all of us to maintain and develop various initiatives which combine ecological and civil society perspectives and rely on these energy sources, promoting the ecological transition of our modern societies. Our project in hand titled “Green Power, the Power of Youth” touches on a crucial cause of our near future on a world scale : the renewable energy sources and the management of Energy. There is, in Europe, a great potential for the development of the renewable energy sources. They present 2 assets : they are unbounded and not polluting and they also can provide the Youth with novel perspectives. The number of jobs related with the renewable energy sources is on the increase. Developing young people’s competences in this sector favors their chances of employment on the local, regional, national and international levels. Similarly, the opportunity for the young people to meet each other, share good practices and innovative ideas about social entrepreneurship projects as regards “green energy” confer a dynamic frame of action in favor of the sustainable development and the general economic context. In order for us to keep in with this transition in a complex energy environment, we deem it important to launch some activities which raise the youth’s awareness and promote citizenship initiatives among the broad civil society, centering on a consumption mode respectful of the environment. To make the best of this dynamic trend, we implemented a 10-days European youth exchange which took place in Saint Etienne from 22 to 31 of October 2019. This youth exchange gathered about fifty participants from 8 European countries. The young people prepared their venue to France by recording a video about the renewable energy in their country. During 10 days they exchange on how there are important but they also build some prototypes able to produce green energy : a smoothiclette, an wind turbin and two solar ovens !As these young people came together, they profited by each other’s views about the environment, the renewable energy sources and the outlook for energy matters as well as job chances in Europe in this field. The main aim was that these young participants and the local communities at large should enhance their awareness about environmental protection and the renewable energy sources’ importance for the future of our society on a local and European scale. The methodoly was base on non formal activities and do it yourself way of doing. The impact on participants and on hosting organisation have been very positive. Young people are still in contact throung social networks and the organsiation between them.
