Teachers Graça Dias and Marcos Leitão, carried out and continue to apply short Mindfulness sessions, in the second and third cycle classes in which they teach. The methodology used is “La méthode Félicitée”, a specialized playful methodology used by French teachers to support learning to improve concentration and stimulate students' potential. It is a method that offers concrete tools for teachers, which we have been developing in depth.Professor Graça Dias, in the subjects of French, level 1, 7th grade and level 2, 8th grade and even in the subject of Orientation and Social Development, has applied the knowledge acquired in the classroom context, in particular a pedagogy supported by multiple intelligences that stimulate the skills and abilities of all students – Inclusive School – in a positive psychology to identify what works well and aim for well-being at the service of knowledge and know-how.As for the follow-up activities, the teachers have carried out an oral and formative diagnostic assessment (mainly in the proposed class tasks, in the Self-Assessment Sheets and observation grids) in the different assessment instruments used. Through direct observation we could see the change in behavior with regard to attention and concentration and the improvement of performance in several students. Taking into account the methodologies that we are duplicating in the classroom context, we have verified that the formative assessment of students has registered a positive evolution.Etwinners teachers participate and/or create projects and/or events on the website or online, for example in Etwinning. In this they created two events: “Jobshadowing” and “Jobshadowing au Collège” in which a large number of European partners were invited and sixty-four etwinners participated. Also within the scope of eTwinning, Jobshadowing helped teachers to strengthen the networking network with the aim of creating collaborative networks with colleagues from the French school, through the development of common projects, using the Internet and Information Technologies and Communication. In the field of Jobshadowing, Professor Marcos Leitão participated in the “International Women’s Day” activity, in conjunction with the subjects of Portuguese, History and Geography of Portugal, Support for the Study of Portuguese and Orientation and Social Development, in classes A and B, from the 5th year, in which the students did the work research according to the methodology used in the French School. These works were exhibited in the corridor on the third floor, with an impact on the entire school community. The evaluation of this activity was carried out using the discipline's formal assessment grids and all students were successful. The teachers of the AGE Campanário Project promoted and participated in an activity to collect food and essential goods for Ukraine, namely in the elaboration and printing of posters for the dissemination of the initiative and dissemination of the poster on different digital platforms eTwinning, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instragram and page da Escola and a press release published in the RAM media and the delivery of these goods to the Collection Platforms. An interreligious initiative was sought to be promoted on March 24, 2022, after a month of war, but it was only possible to organize a Catholic Mass for Peace, for the entire school community and start, since the Orthodox Church there was no one available to be present.Teachers Graça Dias and Marcos Leitão, as part of the celebration of Europe & eTwinning Day, among various activities, held an exhibition with students' work, entitled ""We, Europe and Ukraine"", a collaborative work that involved students from the class A, eighth grade, an articulation between French, Orientation and Social Development and History. Based on some of the pedagogical practices learned in “Jobshadowing” and others that teachers already used in their work with their students, a mural was built with images of Ukraine and a set of positive messages for the Ukrainian people. The values of Europe were celebrated and the objectives of the Erasmus + KA1: AGE-Campanário and KA2: Playing With Maths projects were adapted to this activity and to this current historical moment. The impact of this activity will be on the entire school community, as the exhibition is on display in the school canteen. To complement the exhibition, a banner was placed with all the countries of the European Union.Professor Marcos Leitão created an installation, placed on the access stairs to floors two, three and four, with an impact on the entire educational community in which the photographic dissemination of the “Jobshadowing” experience was made, with the collaboration of Professor Paula Lage. In a visual narrative, composition with thirty-seven photographs, where it was possible to see all the domains and experiences that the “Jobshadowing” provided to the 3 teachers. Prepared and published the E-book that was disseminated throughout the educational community (on digital platforms, social networks, school page, among others), with the main reflections/conclusions of the experience, made by teacher Paula Lage. Professor Marcos Leitão was also responsible for the creation and dissemination of the Facebook page “Age-Campanário” to facilitate the dissemination and dissemination of the project. On this page, he published several events and information about the activities of Age-Campanário. The impact of this social network is measurable by the number of followers. His personal contribution also included the creation of the logo used by the project and the celebration of Europe Day 2021, with works carried out by his students. The activities carried out were properly planned and the knowledge gathered during the Jobshadowing at Collège La Charme was achieved.Given the specification of the dissemination activities already mentioned, Jobshadowing allowed the adoption of new differentiating models/practices in the school context for the entire educational and/or wider community.Teachers Carla Coutinho and Graça Dias attended the Happy Schools Structured Course: Positive Education for Well-Being and Life-Skills Development, in Budapest, Hungary, promoted by the Europass Teacher Academy, from 21 to 25 February 2022. The main objectives of this course were to apply Positive Education in a classroom context, taking into account the Student Profile at the end of compulsory schooling; ensure an understanding of the foundations of Positive Psychology through relevant international theories and references; promote psychological and motivational well-being in a school context, in order to have an impact on daily life and as a European citizen; apply Mindfulness practices as an opportunity to train the mind, attention and concentration and relaxation, in order to reach a certain level of self-awareness and acquire positive knowledge and life skills based on a holistic perspective. The course attended was in accordance with the European Development Plan, namely with regard to the objectives, some planned activities and the expected results are being pursued in accordance with the human and material resources available at the school. Both internal and external dissemination activities were carried out, disseminated to the entire wider community. The teachers wrote the Press Release entitled ""Happy Schools..."" at EB23 Cónego João Jacinto Gonçalves de Andrade” which was published in the different media in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, on the school's website, on social networks (Facebook, Instagram; Linkedin) and on the different educational platforms. In Etwinning, events and/or webinars were held on the website or online, the latter for a group of twenty teachers (“anyone can participate, until the maximum number of available places is reached”), with an audience of expected participants 26 – 50, on AdobeConnect, namely, Happiness in reading/Felicidade na Leitura/Le bonheur dans la lecture, from March 7th to 16th, 2022. In this event, which was also created on the website, approximately one hundred and eighty contacts were invited to participate, in the yet only one hundred and forty-seven participated. A virtual and collaborative mural was created, using the Padlet tool, in which, together with regional, national and European peers, the lessons learned in the aforementioned course were disseminated and applied in curricular articulation. The learning acquired in the mentioned course was disseminated (and inserted) in the activities of the National Reading Plan: Reading Week: March 7 to 11, 2022 and consequently in conjunction with the Profile of Students at the end of compulsory education and the acquisition of Learning Essential within the scope of Literary Education (Portuguese) and Intercultural Education (French), as well as within the scope of the offer of School Orientation and Social Development. On the School Education Gateway platform, it has been used as a course consultation tool and we have taken advantage of online training. In the chats, whenever appropriate, the knowledge acquired in the Happy Schools: Positive Education for Well-Being and Life-Skills Development training was disseminated through the presentation of testimonies of the skills learned and that have been improved in a self-taught way and with peers, in the context of the classroom and/or school context and also by the impact and evaluation of the activities and/or testimonies carried out.In the continuity of the dissemination and follow-up of the application of the acquired knowledge, in the context of the classroom, in the six classes 5th A and B, 7th A and B; 8ºA and B, in a group of students/class between 16-25 students, we apply the ""Mindfulness Moments"" so that students experience and experience Mindfulness practices such as attention and breathing, for example: ""Breathe 3 times - abdominal"", “Simple body scan”; focus on the senses: “Listening and feeling”, reinforcing the importance of empathy, compassion and gratitude, with sharing reflections on the application of practices in everyday life and in the act of providing learning: improving attention and concentration and learning to deal with lifelong stress.Another dissemination activity was the publication of a pamphlet, in paper and digital format, which was published on the School’s website and in the Erasmus+ Age Campanário Project tab aimed at both teaching and non-teaching staff of the School with the “Benefits of Mindfulness “; “Suggestions for Mindfulness Practices”; “Other tips on mindfulness practices to carry out with students” and “5 tips for a Happy School (“Happy School…”)”.Another action was carried out to disseminate the knowledge and skills learned during the Easter season, the “Papillotes” activity for all teaching staff (forty-three teachers), non-teaching staff (thirty-five non-teaching staff) and also for the one hundred and one students from the already mentioned classes in which they tasted a French delicacy where, as an example, the following text was written: “A French delicacy and specific to Christmas, but as Christmas is when we want it, today, there is a sweet treat for you. Enjoy the Papillote and enjoy the happy moment. “Happy non-teaching staff… Happy School”.The teachers propagated Emojis through the School, with several words representing positive emotions on the doors of the rooms of the thirteen classes and in the spaces of the teaching and non-teaching staff. They also displayed Emojis and positive and motivating words in the window of Erasmus+ KA1, at the main entrance of the School and in one of the windows next to the students' canteen. These three activities to disseminate the lessons learned from the course serve the purpose of seeing Emojis, the brain interprets them as if they were real faces, activating exactly the same parts of the mind related to a smile when looking at a happy face, for example. example. In the classroom context, when carrying out tasks and/or pedagogical assessment activities, these are evaluated with Emojis and/or with the option of colored stars: green (Very Good); green and/or blue (Good); yellow (Sufficient) and red (Insufficient). The use of the visual evaluation scale allows to highlight positive feelings and maintain positive emotional states that are crucial points to be happy. As class directors, from the 5th and 8th classes, we have frequently used the skills and abilities learned during the entire training with the students and the Parents, specifically Positive Psychology, in order to present the participants mentioned in the use of good practices to improve performance and increase a sense of personal well-being.As for monitoring or follow-up activities, the teachers have carried out a diagnostic and formative assessment in the different assessment instruments used, such as, for example, in the daily notebook of the disciplines. In the classroom context, we observed that students have gradually been improving Mindfulness practices and requesting more frequently the use of Emojis and/or the option of stars when evaluating their learning and are eager for comments each time. more positive as the intuitive scale with Emojis allows for quick feedback, resulting in greater engagement.Professor Graça Dias, within the scope of KA1, also carried out a Jobshadowing at Collège La Charme, in Clermont-Ferrand, in which she received and experienced many learning experiences with French peers, in particular: La méthode Félicitée. A playful methodology specialized in learning support to improve concentration and stimulate students' potential, in this case. And yet a method that offers concrete tools for teachers. The teacher Carla Coutinho, within the scope of attending the structured European course mentioned above, applied the knowledge learned in European training to her students in classes 5A and B. In particular, as part of the commemoration of International Women's Day, in conjunction with the subjects of Portuguese, History and Geography of Portugal, Support for the Study of Portuguese and Orientation and Social Development, the activity entitled ""The woman of my life is... ” where students had to write, on a card (with an image of a woman, which was later colored), five positive emotions to characterize the chosen woman; these cards were placed on the tree (as the tree of life) at the entrance to the Library for the entire school community. There was yet another opportunity to disseminate the knowledge learned and put it into operation in another activity entitled “How others see me!” carried out, this time, in the context of a classroom with the 5th A class in the discipline of Orientation and Social Development. Each student was randomly given a photo of a colleague and on the back of the photo he had to write four positive adjectives about the colleague in the photo. Then each student would say who was the classmate that happened to him and mention the adjectives written.During the Orientation and Social Development classes, small occasional activities have also been carried out, of an oral nature in the form of dialogue/discussion and introspection, where students are led to become aware that some negative habits condition school and social performance and how these habits can be changed, positively influencing their behavior and performance and improving their self-esteem, thus building and contributing to a more effective school. The activities carried out were properly planned and the knowledge gathered in the field of action of the training “Happy Schools: Positive Education for Well-Being and Life-Skills Development” was achieved.Given the specification of the dissemination activities already mentioned, the course attended allowed the adoption of new differentiating models/practices in the school context for the entire educational and/or wider community. The activities promoted were published on the website for the dissemination of the School's project, that is, on the School's website and in the Erasmus+ KA1-AGE project's Erasmus+ website tab.The structured course entitled “The 4 CS: Creativity; Critical Thinking, Communication and Collaboration in the Schools” took place at the Europass Teacher Academy, Ireland, in Dublin, from 4 to 9 April, in which teachers Alexandra Fernandes and Graça Dias participated in all scheduled activities. This course appears in the context of the European School Development Plan and the new paradigms of education and aimed at four essential skills for the 20th century. XXI, called the 4 C's: Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication and Creativity, which need to be encouraged and developed in the classroom context, as intended in the Exit Student Profile of Compulsory Schooling, with a view to operationalizing essential learning and preparing students for new professions and for the skills of the 20th century world. XXI. In this way, one of the goals of the training was to inspire and enable participants with greater capacities on how to promote trust, openness and safe environments in which the 4Cs can flourish. Participants also tapped into their own ability to create, think critically, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others in peer-to-peer work.Dissemination activities were carried out both internally and externally, disseminated to the wider community. The teachers wrote the Press Release entitled “4 C's and EB23 Cónego João Jacinto Gonçalves de Andrade” which was disseminated in the different media in the Autonomous Region of Madeira"

A project which has already started within a European view was a launching pad, as an inspiring action and as the reflection of our school. The school may change when the conflict is a constructive and challenging experience. The aim of our school and educational community was to achieve a culture where sharing /exchanging and learning are good practices when joined together contributing for the good quality of education for everyone. Our project is entitled PIRIS - Innovation, Reflection, Intervention and Sustainability. Our school has gone through a transformative process, not only on its own ground, but also in its surroundings. There has been investment in strengthening the several leaderships, within the school, to be inspiring, aggregating and easier to get the desired changes. It is important to have the right people, in the right place and at the right time to reflect on education on its various dimensions and aspects. Our intention is that the project PIRIS will be dynamic and flexible, like the community in which the school belongs to and with which it interacts. Working with, producing activities, sharing opinions and experiences with trainers and teachers from different European countries and being “in loco” with other cultures, has enabled us to acquire a European dimension, and a respect towards methodological, cultural and linguistic diversity of different stakeholders. The 12 members of staff in the project are leaders in the school in several departments from management to middle management bodies, leadership positions that required the management of interpersonal relationships. In the mediation of conflicts staff needed to be able to be reflexive, efficient, and the school had to be able to intervene within the educational community with good practices. The objectives of PIRIS have served to fill the gaps diagnosed emerging from many weaknesses listed in the educational project of the school, associated with actions to develop within the institution. Among these we highlight the ones which have been accomplished and have led our school to become a successful one : improve student achievement; ensure educational equity in the community; diversify the courses offered by the school in order to promote and facilitate the integration and success of students; promote the continuous training of the educational community; promote sustainable development; streamline curriculum enrichment activities that cover different areas of interest and expertise. The themes worked in the training courses were disseminated to staff, students and other people within the community through training activities, conferences, seminars, leaflets and questionnaires in digital or paper format, opinion articles and reports. All the subjects discussed and learnt were presented either transversely or on a interdisciplinary level, always having as main objective the dissemination on a European dimension and on intercultural dialogue related to didactics, active and practical methodologies and intercultural experiences.Teachers were available to participate and collaborate with local, regional, national and European institutions, either in person or using new technologies. The team have aimed to encourage international exchanges as well as future cooperation between partners and contributed for the development of innovative practices in school, especially directed to staff, students, assistants, parents and other people who were directly or indirectly related to our school, using the strategy called PIRIS.Our project has reached the end, although our team intends to carry on encouraging international partnerships and exchanges, as well as future cooperation among the participants, so that they can continue do use and develop new teaching practices for teachers, students, school assistants, parents and the rest of the educational community. Our school managed to make students successful in learning, reducing failure from 19,3%, in the school year 2013/ 2014 to 8,2%, in the present year.

One of the objects of this project was to raise awaress about right eating habits during school age, referring to 10-15 ages which has a great impact on future living to prevent common well fare diseases. Nowadays, changing in life style and lack of nutrition literacy have created unhealthy dietary patterns causing for many non-communicable diseases. Therefore many international institions concentrate on diets and health. According to WHO reports, the major NCDs, such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, chronic respiratory diseases and mental disorders, account for 86 % of deaths and 77 % of the disease. One of the main aim of this project is to enable our students and teachers to broaden their knowledge about healthy food and develop the ability of making concious choise of healthy eating. The activities are directed at improving students competence in English through the possibility of working with an international team and by hostig students from partner countries during the visits cultural awareness and the desire and necesserity of learning a foreign language will increase. The activities are also directed at improving students competence in acquiring various IT skills in the learning process and also teaching the students to make active health choises. The project have also develop their awareness of the connection between healthy eating and a healthy body and how you can, as a young european, tackle the big challenge of for example obesity and the disaeses followed, wich is a huge European problem today. For teachers involved the main aim is to discuss teaching methods according to the topic and develop higher skills according to health education. We aim to compare on an European level how the different school systems prioritate the question of healthy eating in the shools. Teachers and schools involved will benifit by getting a higher skills by learning new pedagogical methods in teaching about the importance of healthy living for young Europeans. In this project about 3700 teachers and students from Turkey, Romania, Lithuania, Portugal, Germany, Italy and Sweden participate. The school in Swedenwas thecoordinating school and took care of the administration and the dates for the project as it is in progress. Sweden makes a leaflet including a comparision between young peoples eating habits in various parts of Europe and calorie burning. The school in Germany will distribute our mutual cookery book including recepies, pictures and information from partner countries both digital and in paper form. The school of Italy took responsibilty of crerating a mutual website and took the responsibility to update our e-twinning account. The school of Portugal made a calendar illustrated with healthy food. The school of Lithuania have producede evaluation forms for all the participating institutions and summery the oppinions of the students and other interests of each participating institutions. The school of Turkey was responsible to prepare surveys and gathering lesson plans about healthy and ecological food from each partner school and distributes it in a binder to the participating countries. Turkey distributed the mutual work book. The school of Romania took responsibility to prepare a useful guide brochure about food labels and laws about food additives. Each country was responsible for completing the tasks included in the project and also for planning the visits in respective country. The planning includes some external visits and time to discuss and develop lesson plans connected to the topic. All countries contributes to our mutual Cookery Book and our mutual leaflet including a comparision between young peoples eating habits in various parts of Europe and calorie burning. All countries contributes to the binder with health lessons. Our project's outcome were uploaded on e-twinning. and our website. Students have been encouraged to stay in tuoch with their partner students and our as our experience from earlier project shows, teacher too stay in touch with each other after the end of the project. This can create a solid ground for futher cooperation within Europe.Through the partnership the pupils gained and increased knowledge of IT and a foreign language and greater cultural awareness of the European Union. Pupils learnt the importance of a healthy living to prevent obesity and its outcome, which is a great European problem today. The students become more confident and convinced of their abilities, are more able to adapt and reach decisions, they know better their strengths and weaknesses.Teachers know more about different European school systems, teaching methods. They also learnt more different ways of working with IT at school. This project raised interest in healthy living and provided opportunity for gaining experiences and skills in communication with European citizens.

Mathematics has a clear impact on the mental development and logical processes of children. Number of graduates in mathematics and related disciplines is decreasing and there are poor competencies in areas that request high levels of mathematical skills. The same researches said that the poor attitude towards mathematics and the learning processes linked to the logical thinking, starts already in the first cycle of education, to go on with next studies, because mathematics is not proposed adequatly. The Project aims to find new and innovative approaches for maths teaching for young students who at this age are curious, exploratory, interrogative and have a rich imagination. To promote their development in this area, there has to be education mediums and we shall give them opportunities to investigate, to fulfill their curiosity and see their mistakes, let them guess and say their ideas. This is possible with maths where the activities lead the child's curiosity and feelings and develop their brain skills. We will help the students to see MATHS is everywhere in real life and is related to many subjects like Science, ICT , Drama, Arts and Music. Children will learn by observation, experimentation and discovery and find answers for their world, test new ideas and senses, activate their problem solving skills and reason abilities by playing games.Partnership brings together schools from Portugal, France , Turkey , Greece and Spain whose target group are students 11-14 and our focus will be on : -FUN MATHS : To show the children that maths is fun we will prepare games and fun mathematics materials , -MATHEMATİCS ARTS : There will be activities carried out using interdisciplinary methods of music, drama, creative drama, theater, drawing in the aim of developing children's main mathematical skills.-NATURE'S MATHEMATİCS : Maths is the language of the nature and every natural sight can be described with numbers. The shape of the snow, the area of a lake, the weight of a rabbit, the drop speed of a stone, a spiderweb, the hexagon of honeycomb shows us that maths is everywhere. There will be activities prepared to explore maths in the nature. -MATHS ON THE INFORMATICS LİGHTS : Learning atmosphere supported by computers, let the children use interactive software, solve the problems on a line, and learn mistakes by back ups. There will be computer activities to teach maths to children in a fun and enjoyable way , -CULTURAL MATHS GAMES : The project partners will enrich their cultural and maths traditional games and exchange with other partners. There will be maths games exchanging culture and tradition. In the end of the project an eBook will be created, containing all activities, games and events prepared and carried out during the project period, which may be a reference book to schools : -'MATHEMATICS GAMES '' which will be translated to all languages of partner countries besides English and the eBook forms will be available to be downloaded on the Project Website.A Kick off meeting is planed after the approval of the Project. 2 teachers from all partner schools will participate to this meeting in Aydın, Turkey. Four LTTs are planned in FR (2 schools) , GR , CR and PT. Teachers will have the chance to use the activities they will have prepared in different schools during the teaching and observation activities we planned. They will see the host school activities, their methods by teaching Mathematics and education in general at the school. They will transfer good experiences.By the end of the Project, the children will show more attention and interest in mathematical activities and they will easily assimilate basic numerical skills. Through interaction generated by the educational materials and innovative teaching, children will experience different learning situations:- they will be able to work in a noncompetitive environment based on the child specific needs – the game, - they will be more open and more interested in other peoples' culture, accepting the differences as value and not as an obstacle to a united Europe- Develop their own identity consciousness at local, national and European context, manifesting European citizenship from an early age.Schools participating in the project will establish relations between the leaderships of their assets in order to achieve the project activities and the exchange of experience and managerial solutions. Implementation of new pedagogical strategies and the use of new teaching materials acquired during the project will lead to changes in the curriculum, introducing optional (school curriculum) that will be based on the ideas implemented in this project.
