Youth all over the world is using their voices to raise more awareness of the striking issue of air pollution, ice caps melting, and wildlife protection, which was caused by nonother than humankind and our greediness. The modern-day world is quickly moving and the young generations, besides the everyday problems that the youth brings, face one of the biggest problems of all time, which is the security of the world that we know and the planet that we love. The complexity of global warming is something these young people take seriously, therefore having open conversations and workshops about us as individuals and how we could tackle this wicked problem one small step at a time was the biggest objective of this project. To be able to fully emerge ourselves in this topic, we chose one of the most polluting industries in the world and dissected it day by day. The chosen industry is one that recently started getting a lot of attention for its horrible ways of production, its high amounts of freshwater usage, toxic chemical dyes, pesticide usage, and unethical working environment - the fashion industry. With a series of interconnected workshops, the focus was not only on learning about the negative aspects of this industry but also on learning about sustainable practices that they as individuals can apply on a daily basis. Due to the topic of fashion, the main objectives were for participants to improve their understanding of fast fashion in daily life and ways how can we reduce it through learning what it means to upcycle or downcycle, how to properly recycle clothes and old garments, and removing the bad reputation that thrifting has. The last and main activity was the creation of our own eco label where participants remade new garments of old ones and showed/gifted them at the local flea market.<< Implementation >>The activities implemented were of all kinds, with all of them using a nonformal education approach. The week of activities was divided into three parts. In the first part of the week, the focus was on the problem of the fashion industry and the environmental challenges that it creates. In the second part, we slowly start to switch from the problem to possible solutions. The solutions were focused on the individuals and how they can start implementing them immediately in their everyday life. In this part, we start looking at consumption behaviours, the role of fashion in our lives, and just how much we allow fashion to define us. With this new realization of ourselves, we begin the third part of activities which is becoming the change. Before coming to the project we asked the participants to bring some old clothing of theirs, from which we, in this last activity, created something new. Some old ripped pants became a backpack, a denim jacket became a purse, and some old shits were turned into beautiful paintings with strong environmental messages on them. In the end, all of these pieces were exposed at the fleamarket organized by our NGO and the local coffee bar Hang Loose, whose owners were more than helpful in helping us organize this event. When it comes to the participants, the counties involved in this project come from similar cultural backgrounds. With similar cultural backgrounds, our countries also take similar actions when it comes to climate change and its policies. Therefore the participants that came to this project were the youth that was unhappy with the current measures or lack of those from their governments, and are willing to make the change them selfs. With that being said most of the participants were in the age gap of 18 to 22, who were incredibly motivated to learn more bout this topic and even more about what could they do that will make an impact.<< Results >>The results and the impact turned out to be better than expected. Like with any other project the expected results are for the participants to be more motivated for the topics, willing to learn and pass on the knowledge. But for this project, most of the participants already came very motivated and also already with a lot of knowledge about sustainability and sustainable practices. Having such a group made the whole project more enjoyable, but also the learning experience went both ways, from the facilitator to the group and vice versa. Besides that, all of the objectives of the project were met, not only from the learning perspective of the topic but also from the willingness of the group to go the extra mile. The workshop's purpose was delivered and met with great curiosity but most importantly fun. Having a group that was so young definitely played its role in accomplishing these great results since they were the ones adding playful tones to the topics that can become sad and even a bit depressing. Whether it was the debates, simulation workshops, or just watching a short clip on youtube there was always a small discussion that led to a conclusion. With that being said the main impact of the project was fostering youth climate initiatives and youth participation which ended up being backed up by other impacts such as discovering ourselves through sustainability, and how much an individual can be impactful once it has the right knowledge of the problem and the right approach to the solution.

We want to use photography as a tool of expression. One question will lead us (youth workers) through the project - What does Europe in terms of rights mean to youngsters? Human Rights include LGBTQ+ rights, environmental rights, freedom, freedom of speech, equality, right to work, social security and education, cultural rights, self-determination, etc. We want to illustrate Human Rights by camera. The aim of this Youth Exchange is to enhance the knowledge and skills of different youngsters from around Europe about Human Rights and all the threats society faces when looking for better future. The participants will take part in basic photography workshops. They will be prepared to take their own photos related to the topic and do an exhibition that will be presented to the local community on the last day of the project (in the city center). Besides the photography workshops (mentioned above) we also plan some touristic and sport activities, debates, cultural workshop, games, lectures, role plays in order to increase the integration spirit in the group. We will also develop short films/documentaries. Exchange will take place in Celje Youth Center between 2.3.2020 and 9.3.2020. Our youth exchange will bring together 35 young people from Slovenia, Bulgaria, Spain, Hungary and Greece. We want to support the use of photography in the context of self-exploration, society-exploration, communication, creative expression and personal development of youngsters. This Youth Exchange is about reflection and positive changes that might happened. Youngsters will face the reality and on the other hand seeking for solutions. They will learn what means being an active citizen and how important is each social participation. Human Rights education is a human right itself and it is often ignored in formal ways of education. It's sad that many times youngsters aren't aware of their own rights what leads to the non active societies and citizenship. This project will not only highlight the existing problems, but will also encourage young people to make some changes in the future. Youngsters will be encouraged to express their view on the human rights problem through photos. They will meet with people their age, discuss and seek for effective solutions. They will also improve their English. << Activities >>All activities and workshops will be carried out in Celje and surroundings (touristic and sport activities), with the participation of all organizations involved in the project, leaded/moderated by the Celje Youth Center. It involved 7 organizations coming from EU and its neigbouring countries. Each organization nominated 5 youngsters and 1 group leader to participate in the project. This youth exchange addressed the topic relevant to all European countries as it is focused on employment and entering the labor market as well as difficulties and fears that young people face in relation to this process. The project was based on non-formal education, peer learning and intercultural communication using interactive approach which proved the coherent connection to employability and enabled the participants' active participation as well as their involvement and sense of initiative. Together with other groups, they discovered and discussed current unemployment situations in other European countries participating in the project and they talked about the need to find sustainable solutions in order to address the problem in their countries. This youth exchange has been specially worked out in order to understand the positive correlation between involvement in youth organizations & non-formal education and the employment possibilities for young people. It was designed in such a way that it enabled the participants to become more self-confident, to learn their own strengths and weaknesses, to analyze different experiences and situations, to learn from them and to find out more about the importance of soft skills. This project had numerous impacts such as skills and attitudes obtained by the participants which eventually helped them to become more flexible and to get some soft skills, which can be useful while plunging into the labor market. The aim of the youth exchange was to give youth the opportunity to learn and experience different methods of non-formal education in order to empower them and encourage to develop various skills and aptitudes needed in their personal and professional development for increasing their employability chances. The objectives of the youth exchange were the following: - to help young people to develop soft skills and other skills that are basic and necessary for communication; - to equip youngsters with some creative tools needed for self-promotion and self-presentation in the employment market; - to promote non-formal education as an added value to employment; - to promote solidarity, empathy and tolerance and to foster intercultural understanding between people of different origins; - to empower young people to actively participate in youth projects, to volunteer and to pursue development of a self; - to equip youngsters with knowledge and tools about creative thinking, public speaking, decision making and teamwork through non-formal methods of education; - to promote the Youthpass as a tool for the recognition of non-formal competences in Erasmus+ projects.

The participants were a total of 21 young people from Czech Republic, Italy, Hungary and Slovenia. The topic of the project was time and time management. The aim of the project was to make the participants realize how they manage their time, to find out what works for them and discover places for improvement. Different activities of informal education made it possible for us to consider the topic of time from many perspectives, including time management, procrastination, effective ways of spending time, but also work-life balance, overwork and stress. The goal was not to give the participants one correct manual on time planning, but rather to show them that time management is an individual matter and everyone should pick themselves what suits them best. The project is based on conviction that it is necessary to know ourselves and our own culture profoundly to be able to understand different cultures and customs as well. We believe that the project contributed not only to improvement of self-knowledge and key competences of the participants, but also to spread tolerance and break stereotypes, which is of great importance nowadays.
