"The project ""Students and teachers integrated in Europe ... you never stop learning"", is addressed at students of second/ third/fourth year, while the mobility of the staff is addressed to the Headmistress, the Director of administrative services an accounting assistant management of projects and 10 teachers. There are three mobility periods of two weeks each, one for students accompanied by two teachers and one for the school staff. The organization of the mobility will be managed by a tour operator expert in Erasmus projects Key action 1. The majority of our students come from the nearby villages, only 30% live in Enna. The social class of our students is medium-low, many of them do not have established basic skills, often they come to our school with little motivation to learn, low self-esteem, lack of trust, poor English, lack of opportunities to gain experience in the work in an intercultural group, little opportunity to travel. Our students do not have great opportunities to put into practice what they have learned and to deal with other cultures, we would like to allow them to get to know the European labor market, the European standards. The group of staff that will participate in the project, has already had experiences with international projects, which, thanks to this project, would also have the opportunity to grow and expand their skills, opening up to multiculturalism, acquiring new teaching methods that will give it the possibility to motivate their pupils to learning, also reducing school dropouts. The administrative staff and the School Manager will acquire new knowledge regarding funding and new management and organization techniques. Thanks to the participation in the project, the target group will acquire international professional experience and increase its linguistic and professional skills, develop and strengthen their personality. An important aspect is the development of personal skills, that is to say: to improve self-confidence, the ability to cope with stress, to cooperate within an international group, to increase motivation to learn, to increase the opportunities to travel of the students. The acquisition of professional, personal and linguistic qualifications, certified by the Europass mobility, is aimed at increasing the possibilities of the participants to recruit and facilitate their entry into the national and European labor market. The project creates an opportunity for the professional and personal development of all the staff members involved in the project, will allow us to get to know the European job market, improve our language skills and the comparison with other educational institutions. For schools, it is an opportunity to teach in the European dimension. Students participating in the project will be selected by a committee of teachers and by the headmistress, they will then participate in a program of linguistic-cultural and professional preparation that will allow them to obtain the planned professional skills. As for the staff of the school the participants who belong to the administrative staff are those who have always managed the accounting of projects, the 10 teachers instead will be those who participate in the Erasmus projects and some teachers who carry out training activities. The internships will last two weeks and will be organized in collaboration with partner Travelmania GmbH. At the end of the experiences carried out by both groups, the participants will receive the certificates issued by the host institutions, the school and also the Europass Mobility certificate. Students will also learn to fill the Europass CV which will allow them to use it for future work experience at the end of graduation. The internship will be evaluated by teachers of professional and English subjects and will also get an evaluation in the calculation of school credits. The hours worked will be calculated in the total hours of the school job training activities that the students must complete each year. The project will be constantly monitored by the project coordinator and practical skills by teachers of professional subjects with the support of foreign language teachers. In order to ensure that internships are carried out in accordance with the project hypotheses, an agreement will be signed on the implementation of the traineeship and training program. Products will be created, such as sectoral glossaries and videos that will be used by teachers and students for dissemination through meetings, information on the press and on websites. Thanks to this project the school will be more effective, completing a path that will allow it to be considered an ""European School""."

Our school, Nişantaşı Rüştü Uzel Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School is a prestigious and long established institution that aims to provide qualified labor primarily for our district, and also for Istanbul. In this respect, our purpose in this project entails increasing the employability of our female students in Clothing Technologies department, artistic drawing field in special clothing sector. Participants will have 1 week of theoretical and 2 weeks of practical training in modal research and artistic drawing in Italy. First of all, it should be stated that, at this point, our graduates are unable fulfill the expectations of special clothing sector in terms of creativity, uniqueness, and artistic drawing. In the field of special clothing being creative and unique is the major key, and cannot only be attained through skill. It requires the necessary education, providing the ground basis of these ideas. We, thus, need to increase their employability by differentiating their qualifications and experiences from others. Secondly, it is expected to have a certain background in arts and in the philosophy of art from the people working in the special clothing sector. Our present curriculum is unable to provide such fundamental knowledge in art and philosophy to our students, and therefore, our students are constrained with their own interests only. At this point, it is clear that a fundamental education in art and philosophy is needed in the way that special clothing sector demands, and increase our students’ chance to be employed in their own field. With this specific goal, 28 Clothing Technologies students in groups of 14, and 2 companions for each group will be sent to Italy in two flows. Our projects main aims are as follows: - Make our students more appealing for the employers with the help of their special training in Italy, which is the center of the clothing sector of the world.- With this cultural experience, helping our students to become professionally more capable and intellectually more sophisticated individuals, increasing their scope of personal interests and triggering their creativity- Increasing their proficiency of English and making more resources avaible for them at hand in terms of self improvement or/and professional improvement- Experiencing the EU citizenship experience for three weeks - Documenting their experience in abroad with certificates and Europass.- Creating opportunities for our institution to meet certain its needs during the executive activities. All executive activities will be performed by our project commission. The commission has already planned the phases of the project and how to handle logistic issues. Our commission will sign contracts with the partners to make sure that there is a consensus between the partners on the conditions and activity standards of the project. The contracts will be prepared using the contracts that are drafted by National Agency, and our activities will be following the procedures during the entire process. The project will have a positive impact on our participants, our institution, and our target groups. With the help of specialized training they are going to receive, our participants’ chance to be employed in fulfilling positions will be increased. They will finally have the fundamental knowledge on art and philosophy that the job itself requires, and that will make them superior to other employers in the same field. The project will also help our institution to realize our strategic plans. International activities are going to help us improve institutionally. It will also be beneficial for our target groups such as students’ parents, employers in the district, other vocational schools in the district etc. Our projects’ activities and results will make it easier for us to access our target groups and cooperate.

Our project aims to motivate teachers and incrase the success of pupils. After having long meetings with our teachers we see that we need o use new methodologies in our lessons. We especially need them in Mathematics, English, History, Literture lessons. Because the reason of being a religious vocational school our pupils had mainly religious lessons in the school. So this situation causes to decrease the success of pupils in the Mathematics, English, Literature, History lessons. In this context, we chose a vocational school which will guide our school staff and administrators can provide us great benefits during the project. In preparing our project we conducted detailed hearings with our partner school about the plan, stages of the project and the proficiency levels of their school staff. We exchange ideas with mainly the teachers that will join the mobility, and also with all teachers from the school about the aims that are should be reached. We prepared meetings about the impacts of the project on our staff and the benefits that we can get from the partner school. To reach our goals we will assess the materials and the techniques for each branches separately that will be used in the lessons. First the partner school headmaster and our school headmaster and all teachers who participate the project will control if all of project activities take place timely and to what extent. Before during and later job shadowing activity we will share all activities on www.etwinnig.net. Also , facebook, email and skpe will be used to provide nonstop communication. At the same time By using these web sites we will share all details of our project with teachers from all around. After job shadowing activity, our school manager will provide all conditions to apply the activities in the lessons. We will also join a course in Spain about ICT programmes. In our school we have enough technological equipments but after searching the rate of using these equipments in the lessons we saw that it is not enough to get a real success. Than we decided to get a course about ICT programmes. At the end of our project, we will make the necessary calculations and observations in order to measure to what extent the results we have achieved targets. The last, we will share all our experiences with all the teachers from the schools in our area with the meetings that we will prepare.
