LET'S NETWORK TOGETHER SEMINAR project brought together youth workers from 11 European countries for 4 days to work on the networking of structures. The stay allowed to work on the in-depth knowledge of the participants, their missions and their publics in order to build together future projects of youth exchanges. The seminar took place in Belgium from Monday October 15th) to Friday, October 19th, and was built on the basis of participants' input from their non-formal education methods. At the end of the seminar, the participants gained a good representation of the realities of each other to be able to put groups of young people in relation to the purpose of creating exchanges. In the longer term, we hope that this activity and its impact will make it possible to support a network of European youth operators who work collectively on the quality of their international actions.

The project "Joint Exchanges Network" is aimed at the creation of a network of organizations for the development of international high-quality youth exchange projects. The project involved 17 partner organizations and consists of two main activities: a Partnership Building Activity and a Training Course. The idea of the project came from all the partners, who really want to strengthen the partnership among the organizations working in international youth mobility. The main objective of the project was to create a network in which organizations collaborate with well-known partners and in a clear and shared frame-work. In this way it will be possible to facilitate the involvement of the youngsters in the management of exchanges designed by young people for young people, based on peer-to-peer education and thought to develop soft skills that promote employability. In the PBA from the 6th to the 10th of March 2015, 17 coordinators of youth exchanges/presidents of the partner organizations will reinforce the relation among the organisations, will establish quality standards for common projects and will create the Joint Exchange Network, JEN.

The Theatre Project ?Una historia por contar? was a multilateral Youth Exchange (K1) based on using non formal education, theatre and creative methodology with the aim of make aware the youth and to get them closer to vulnerable social context of their environment and in the general contest of the European Union. An important objective was learn how to use art as tool of social and personal transformation and to develop the communication in local and intercultural environment.?Una historia por contar? involved 4 countries and 28 participants in order to create a collective performance starting from the needs and the wishes of 4 different realities. It envisages a work of preresearch on each territory, looking for the necessities of a specific vulnerable community at whom the participants want to give voice. The final performance was a melting of the peculiarities of the 4 nations. Each organization have done a basic work of survey, going to a vulnerable reality near to the territory where they live and investigate, asking to the people :<<if you were the scriptwriter of a theatrical performance, which story do you want to tell?>>In this way, we gives voice and visibility to people coming from vulnerable contexts, which voices are usually kept silenced. We focused on the real conflicts that interest our territory, learning to share our ideas for a common aim. We informed and involved the local community in our activities and, through nonformal education, diverse theatre methods, team building, learning by doing, working groups, evaluation session and performances, we created a strong empathy between the participants and the local groups, in order to have a multiplier effect with our audience.33The intercultural nights, the energizers, the food, the informal moments, the night life in Madrid, the games among the participants, the contact with the local community, the music and the Spanish atmosphere have been an energetic and relaxing framework of our project. In this project we continued the work started in our last exchange ?Cuéntame que te cuento?, with the idea of an invisible thread that links histories form various corners of Europe. We invited all the local realities that have helped the performance and, the italian asociacion had presented in ITALY the secound partof the project we have done.

With the Project ‘Talking heads’ we want to discuss in international group issues which are important for us, young Europeans: active citizenship, chances of young people in present Europe, European cultural diversity and it’s mutual respect. We will discuss topics with proven non formal education methods, advertise and disseminate results. It will be our input in decreasing of tensions which are more and more visible in Europe nowadays. Oxford debate will be main method of our meeting. Our experiences with this method proof that every time we are using it, we are able to develop knowledge in frames of discussed topic, develop skills of cooperation in group, increase self confidence being in ‘public speaking’ situation, increase language skills on high level and to learn critical approach in discussion.Development of all this skills will increase our chances on labour market and help us to decide about our future more consciously. We will be a pattern of non conflict cooperation for Europeans, even if topics of discussion are difficult.Place: Zamość, PolandDates: 15-22.07.2016Countries: Poland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Romania, Czech RepublicGroups: 5 participants, 1 group leaderMethods: Integration games, Team building, intercultural communication workshop, orienteering game, reflection groups, debate workshop, oxford debate, brainstorming, intercultural simulation, World cafe, press conference, city game, Live Action Role Play, presentation, discussion, trip, exhibition

"This project is proposed by a group of young animators of Jeunesse et Reconstruction and it aims to raise awareness among young Europeans about the urgent need to take a stand and make hear their voice in defense of the European Union. We wonder: why in recent times it rings out so strongly the voice of Eurosceptics and, on the contrary, it is so hard to hear the voice of the approximately 2.5mln young people that - since their creation - have profited and continue to benefit from EU Programs that means opportunities of international mobility, training, learning and work offered by the European Union? It 's time to fight back, to give back in some way something to Europe that so far has given so much to the younger generation. It 'time to defend the spirit, ideas and principles which have inspired its creation and its progressive structuring, but it is also time to understand the many tasks that the EU fulfills and the many functions that it performs, all things that very often European citizens (especially young people) ignore. As young people who have largely taken advantage of European opportunities (university exchanges, EVS, international youth exchanges, training based on non-formal education, etc.) we are aware about the lack of information and knowledge (Europe always struggles to tell and make understand what it is and what it does) and the distance that exists between the EU and its citizens. To motivate this project is the belief that animation, non-formal education methods, can be very effective in conveying an image of Europe as a value to be defended, with related information and knowledge that can be so valuable for the younger generation. This is why we have brought together a highly qualified partnership highly experienced in European issues, but also in interactive/participatory educational activities. This project is for sure a good opportunity to reflect on the delicated moment Europe is living, but also to initiate a process of mutual learning and exchange of good practices, ideas, methods and creation of tools related to what we might call ""Educating to Europe."" Participants must arrive to Etoile sur rhone with a plan of actions to be implemented in their territory (information sessions, training interventions, educational initiatives and campaigns, etc.) and come back home with a set of tools, examples and useful methods to implement activities designed during the seminar. In total, participants will be 24 , 2 or 3 for each organization, from 9 countries. About their profile, the condition is that at least one has to be an experienced animator, educator, youth/social worker (but also a teacher interested in the topic), while the other (or others) has to be a young person interested in the subject (it would be suitable a young European Federalist) and ready to take on a multiplier role in their own context."
