Our teachers will be aware of ever-changing trends in technology and are in tune of what future may bring to education. They will learn what best tools are, and how and when to use them. We will give training which is interactive, encouraging them to explore the functions of technology and learn how to harness its full potential in the classroom environment to enhance their students learning and motivation. After that, teachers will be more qualified, motivated and supportive to create the environment that makes our students engaged school. As teachers introduce more and more technology into the classroom,it will raise quality of class.Technology will also improve dynamics between teachers and students.FUSION will emphasize the need more fun and engaging learning approaches in order to make teaching and learning process more enjoyable for both students and teachers alike.Activities of FUSION highlight the impact of technology on students’ social and cognitive development in addition to basic and soft skills. The diversity of profiles aims at creating a dynamic learning environment to practice intercultural communication.Activities will enable participants to explore, understand, describe and compare and contrast lifestyles across Europe .We built a reliable partnership via eTwinning. We have a resource plan, operating agreement, documented objective and goals, and improved team communication strategies, and well-organised dissemination activities. It has also a student centered eTwinning Project which includes students in planning, implementation, and assessments. We will use demonstration, quizzes, small group discussions, role playing,hand-on teaching and learning with doing methods. What’s more, there will be numerous activities to help teachers prepare and equip to better do their jobs. Our outcomes will be published on Twinspace and social networks exclusively created for the project.2 years activity and mobility plan were developed with all the partners with reference to their physical and academic conditions and competences. Our project will be leading for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help teachers and students build a better school life.Technology has a universal language which can connect people whose religions, nationalities and languages are different from each other.Knowing people from different backgrounds makes participants develop respect and tolerance towards each other which is one of the priorities of strategic partnerships.Getting motivated to learn or improving their foreign languages are the natural consequences of partnership.Partner schools have equal rights and responsibilities, each school is responsible forimplementation and dissemination in their school and district by using brochures, posters, websites, and clipboard tools. The number of participants in schools is equal.(20 teachers from each school)Mathematics, science, language and IT teachers will participate in mobilities and they will get a Certificate of active participation. In the long term, sustainability activities will be continued with co-operation on European level for future.

Our main objective by conducting this project activity was improving language competences, using new teaching methods and tools, especially ICT technology in order to motivate the students to study foreign languages, especially English, easily and to prepare them to be able to communicate; improving teacher's language competences as well as their skills by using new teaching methods and tools, especially by means of ICT technology; inter-cultural cooperation and more positive attitude towards the European projects and EU values; improved competences linked to the teacher's professional profiles and increased opportunities for professional and career development of teachers as well as of students. As far as the participants are concerned total number of 4 participants (two English and two Sports teachers) took part in the mobilities, but later after the conducted dissemination the number of the persons who benefited have significantly increased. All the participants are teachers at our school who were eager to gain new knowledge and acquire new teaching methods, skills and techniques, improve their professional profile and teaching methods as well as improve English language abilities. All the participants received a certificate of attendance as well as Europass Mobility Document by the course provider.By attending the courses, the teachers gained the expected skills and acquired new teaching methods and tools, especially by means of ICT technology, shared the ideas with the other teachers at our school after the courses, as well as with the other cooperating teachers, internationally. At the start of the course each teacher got an assessment test by ITC that will measure their English language level according to the common European framework. The participants gained the following: improved language and IT skills, shared best practices, ideas and materials between colleagues within the EU, fostered international cooperation, acquired new techniques, ideas, sources of materials, improved teacher's mobility and strengthened their professional profile. After the courses we shared the newly gained experience and knowledge with other teachers at out school. We had workshops on the relevant topics. We uploaded all the working materials at our school's web page, so that we can share practices and experience not only with the teachers in our school, but also with the other teachers in the country, but also wider, since the web page is accessible to a large number of population. We also informed our peer teacher in our town, as well as a large number of teachers from the other cities, but also our peer teachers we have contacts with from many other countries. We started using the newly acquired knowledge practically in classes. The students benefited from the use of the new techniques and teaching methods the teachers applied, and shared their experience with the students from the other schools. The students are more motivated to study and enroll our school. There were evaluation forms used, in order to see whether we have achieved the goals set at the beginning. We also had evaluation forms at the end of each workshop/seminar for the teachers, but also for the students in order to see to what extent they are satisfied and find useful the new methods of teaching. Thus, the courses improved teachers’ mobility; imposed positive and long-lasting effects; increased our capacity to cooperate on international level; encouraged us of sharing best practices, ideas and materials between our colleagues within the EU. The courses will have positive and long-lasting effects on the trainees involved, as well as on the other teachers in our school, but also on the students. This will help for future cooperation and European mobility and cooperation. This will also help organize EU/international projects; more attractive programmes for students, trainees and volunteers in line with their needs and expectations; improved qualifications of teaching and training staff; more effective activities for the benefit of local communities and integrate good practices and new methods into daily activities.

"This project rose from the need for providing better practice for students during their secondary vocational education. Our school SOU """"Pero Nakov"""" Kumanovo and our partner MEP Europrojects Granada, were cooperating for the second time with this project addressing the lifelong learning process. As the title suggests, """"Implementation of practical work in the education process by collaboration and communication with marketing agencies and business sector and by using ICT tools"""", this project aimed to improve practical work in our school, as well as to encourage other vocational schools in the area to put more attention in practical work of their students. Our school aimed to promote practical work during classes, both in the classroom by using ICT tools, and in companies. The participants in this project attempted to reach its objectives by aiming to achieve improvement to themselves, our school, and wider number of representatives of dissemination target groups. The main objectives of the project were:- encouraging lifelong learning for VET staff and students- acquiring new skills of negotiating and attracting in order to improve cooperation between our school and business sector- enabling the school to become more competitive in the area, providing better university/ job opportunities- enabling the staff to conduct the practice classes by placing their students in companies or by using some new ICT tools- exchanging inter-cultural experienceThe objectives of this project were accomplished through 3 phases of the whole process.During the preparatory phase, our school arranged all practical preparation for the participants and for the project. The school prepared and signed all documents relevant for assuring quality and guarantee for each activity and tasks for participants, organised preparatory classes and workshops for participants regarding their task-related, linguistic, cultural and technical preparation, assigned mentors for the participants, assigned evaluators for the activities, made detailed plan for dissemination.During the mobility period, which tool place in March and the first week of April, 2015, there were two activities aiming to accomplish the project's objectives, designed as a combination which took place at the same partner organisation and at the same time, in order for both staff and learners to experience advantages of practical work, not only associated to foreign companies, but also among themselves, playing the roles they actually have in their home school. Activity 1- Staff ( 1 week)This activity was performed by 9 staff teachers from our school, who have excellent expertise in teaching and managing classes as well as great ambition for improving their knowledge and skills. Participants attended training classes, did a course in communication and collaboration, and practically used the newly gained knowledge and skills while delivering classes in ICT tools in Spain in front of their students.Activity 2- VET learners ( 2 weeks)This activity was performed by 18 third-year students from our school. They were all minors, but their support, well-being and safety was provided by 2 accompanying persons, who also played the role of mentors, so they helped the learners in accomplishing their tasks. Participants did a training course in creating and using various types of marketing, advertising and promoting our school. They used their knowledge while visiting a Spanish Marketing Agency and creating a video commercial about our school. All participants were monitored and mentored by both sending and receiving partners. After the successful accomplishment of this project, all participants will have improved skills in doing and delivering practical work and promoting their school by using ICT tools. Since the project realization is done, its activities immediately had an impact on its participants and the school itself. The training allowed the participants to develop professionally and personally. The staff learnt some new skills and gained some new knowledge which they can implement in their classes at the very beginning of the new school year. The staff also made negotiation with two companies about organizing practical work there. On the other hand, students learnt various ways of creating ads, advertising and promotion and they implemented their knowledge in practice. The students, themselves, made the flayers for this project which is actually part of dissemination. At least, the video advertisement which the participants made during the mobility period was used for our school promotion among elementary schools in order to attract more students to enroll our school next year."
