The moral values promoted by society, through school and family are based together with the acquisition of knowledge, skills and training skills, contributing to the formation of the profile of a young person capable of social integration and adaptation to new challenges. Moreover, this problem is not only Romania's, but is found in other forms and intensity in most European countries. The project aims to raise awareness of the negative effects of the phenomenon of violence in schools and reduce it by educating school psychologists about this phenomenon. The intellectual results that have been achieved in the project ensure techniques and methods of lifelong learning for both the direct target group and other indirect beneficiaries. The following results were achieved:IO1. Scientific research, a comparative study and an analysis of protocols on violence, discrimination and harassment in partner countriesAn analysis of recent scientific research on the general causes of violence has been made; about the symptoms of violence; methods of preventing and reducing violence. A structured questionnaire was developed to investigate the needs of anger and violence; The structured questionnaire was applied to a number of 1750 students. A comparison was made of the results obtained by each partner, then a summary of the research was made.IO2 The Handbook ""Equilibrium by non-violence"" contains a total of 7 chapters, each chapter is written taking into account the results of the research and the needs identified. The manual is available in four language versions (English, Romanian, Italian, Greek).IO3 Course ""Equilibrium by non-violence"" This result contains a written support in the power point program, made in an interactive way, which can be taken by school psychologists. The design of the course support is friendly and easy to assimilateIO4 An online platform. The platform aims to raise awareness of the phenomenon of violence and the importance of reducing this phenomenon, which is precisely the general objective of this project.Through the existence of an online information point, the information is easy to read and distributed to actors involved in the fight against violence (organizations, school psychologists, psychologists employed in general, local and county welfare and child protection, teachers, students, parents) .IO5 The ChatBoot application aims to add an element of innovation to the interaction of actors involved in the fight against violence (organizations, school psychologists, teachers, parents, etc.) with the source of information provided by the project. This chatbot is a complex program that can hold a conversation with a person. The chatbot is present on Facebook.Jiffy is a virtual chatbot developed as a support tool for children and adolescents who face hostile behaviors, exclusion or verbal and physical violence. The general objective of the project was to raise awareness of the negative effects of the phenomenon of school violence and to reduce it. We consider that this objective was achieved by obtaining the following results.- New skills acquired by school psychologists for long-term reduction of violent behaviors in students through the textbook and curriculum developed in this project.- Awareness at the level of civil society of the negative effects of the phenomenon of violence in schools for parents, teachers, specialists from school inspectorates, NGOs, local authorities.- Ensuring techniques and methods of continuous learning both for the target group and for other indirect beneficiaries, leading to the reduction of the phenomenon of violence in schools.- Developing the professional skills of school psychologists in relation to the phenomenon of violence.- Facilitate knowledge of violent situations suffered by shy, introverted students or those who are afraid to talk face to face about what is happening to them in an innovative way through ChatBoot."

With the current trends of increased medical disclosure of diagnosis and prognosis, the importance of sensitively and effectively communicating news that might negatively alter a patient`s perception and view of the future, becomes a high necessity. The communication of bad news can be seen as a multidisciplinary activity that requires not only the active involvement of an array of healthcare professionals such as medical doctors, nurses, therapists, etc., but also knowledge and skills of proper techniques and protocols that encompass expertise from fields such as medicine, psychology, sociology, human resources, communication, legal, etc. Bad news situations can include disease recurrence, spread of disease, or failure of treatment to affect disease progression, the presence of irreversible side effects, results of genetic tests, or raising the issue of palliative care and resuscitation. Notwithstanding the psychological impact of the news itself, improper bad news communication protocols, skills and techniques have a negative impact not only on the receiver but also on the deliverer. The objectives of the Bad News Communication Protocols in the Medical Fieldare:- Improving the quality of medical doctor's professional skills in communicating bad news- Increasing the level of humanization of medical practices in hospitals- Reducing the negative effects of bad news communication on medical doctors, patients and families- Awareness of the importance of training medical doctors in communicating bad news for optimal communication with the patient or family. The target group for this project consists of medical doctors who are exposed daily to situations that involve communicating bad news and whose need for proper training is highest. The three partner countries - Romania, Cyprus and Italy- as well as other countries in Europe face a scenario where the majority of medical doctors has not received formal training for this essential and important communication, even though delivering bad news is something that occurs daily in most medical practices. During the entire life span of this project four Intellectual Outputs will be produced: a questionnaire that will be applied to medical doctors to establish the level of information they posses in regards to bad news communication protocols and techniques; a practical guide to an effective communication of bad news; a training course for medical doctors and an online platform in the form of a website dedicated to medical staff. Through these outputs and all the activities undertaken we are expecting the project impact to manifest as:1. an increased awareness of medical staff and medical institutions in regards to the importance of communicating bad news2. improved skills and new competencies of medical doctors for communicating bad news3. improved skills and new competencies of medical doctors for managing reactions of patients and their families after receiving bad news4. improved skills and new competencies of medical doctors for properly managing the stressful and critical situations resulting from communicating bad news5. improved communication protocols for medical doctors6. positive changes in specific policies at a local, national and international levelThe project is expected to trigger a significant increase in bad news communication skills among medical doctors and to develop the competencies that are needed to be able to adapt said communication to specific situations. The impact will also manifest as an increase of awareness in regards to all the tools, techniques and methods that medical doctors can use in order to efficiently communicate bad news to patients and next of kin, to humanize healthcare and to increase the quality of the doctor-patient relationship therefore contributing to an overall betterment of medical services. As an added value, the impact can manifest through fostering employability and enabling career advancements due to the increased and newly developed skills and competencies of the medical doctors. Moreover, through its transferability attributes, the project is expected to have an impact on various groups such as first responders, firefighters, emergency psychologists or staff from law enforcement agencies who communicate bad news to families in the event of accidents. The impact on the said group will manifest through their better understanding of the subject therefore preparing them for real-life actions that can efficiently improve their skills and reactions regarding the communication of significant news. At an organizational level, the outputs of this project will impact as acquisition of new knowledge and the formulation of new cooperation networks.

Information is a central process of government entities and companies. Well recognized by government entities, information security is often underestimated by companies. In fact, today it is rare to have information departments in companies and skills related to information security are not included in job profiles. One of our main goals was to disseminate information culture to increase information security. We focused not only on the technical issues related to information security, but especially on the human factor. In fact, today most errors are not due to technological vulnerabilities, but to human vulnerabilities, stressors, psychological variables. At the end of the project, 3 intellectual results were elaborated. These results will be available and open on the project site.IO1 - O1 resultThis result consisted mainly in conducting a research that highlights the state of intelligence in Romania and in the partner countries and a history of information services, in order to have a comparative picture of the level of evolution both in the public and in the private part. Each partner conducted the research for their country and ended with a common document, covering all the research. The second point of IO 1 was the construction of a common profile for the partner countries of the information worker by identifying a set of competences, skills needed to work in this field, with which we developed with the help of experts from each partner country the proposal of a profile as much. for the operative as well as for the information analyst.Brochure - Research study in Intelligence Profiling, contains 72 pages.IO2- O2 resultTogether with experts from partner countries, we have developed a handbook that will be used by information workers ""Intelligence Profiling"". The manual was structured as follows: A total of 180 pages divided into 8 chapters. In each chapter there are 18 pages of theory and 4 pages of practice found in exercises which will deepen the theory and help to better build the knowledge accumulated by navigating the manual. The information workers who will use the handbook are the ones who collect and analyze the information they then provide to the decision maker to help choose their decision options. The assumption is that accurate, comprehensive and timely information will lead to more effective choices of decision makers.IO3- Course support for information operatorsAn innovative training program has been developed for information staff and all key employees who have access to sensitive data. The information in this course support will improve intelligence culture and profiling in companies and government entities and will increase the level of information security. Support contains 80 pages. The project partners have cooperated widely for a more efficient implementation of the dissemination of the project. The project has been widely disseminated at regional, national and European level. The project has had a significant impact on participants, participating organizations, target groups and other relevant stakeholders. The impact at the partner level consisted in the increase of the professional experience, of the competences, mainly through the exchange of good practices and knowledge used in 3 countries and different cultures. The impact of the project can be summarized as follows:Experts, staff of participating organizations: expertise in the management and implementation of EU projects, exchange of information on teaching skills, legislation and policies in other participating countries, increased skills in providing courses with different formulas (classoom, e-learning), skills in the organization of events (multiplication and dissemination)The target group directly and indirectly: a better understanding of the selection process in the field of information, ensuring better information security, the importance of the human factor in intelligence, reducing human error in intelligence processes, developing a culture of intelligence and in the business context, starting awareness of information and information processes at all levels of the organization (business or government), Increasing the performance for trainers in teaching coursesThe innovative techniques, methods and tools used had an increased impact on the target group. The impact of the project is felt in the form of awareness about information security and access to higher standards and processes for personnel selection in information services."

It is from this idea that we started to realize our project; we have proposed to provide modern, innovative and validated scientific instruments and to equally train the specialists for their use. The most important argument is to provide to decision-makers, valid profiles, accurate of the employees, so that they can make the most appropriate decisions. That is why we have developed validated techniques, methods and tools in different EU countries and have improved the VET curriculum for professionals in the field of staff selection and evaluation. The aim of strengthening European cooperation in providing tools, scientifically validated methods and staff selection and evaluation techniques has been achieved, because the intellectual results of the project were and will be used by direct and indirect beneficiaries from all partner countries in the project. We have also achieved our goals, so we have created a set of innovative techniques and methods for the selection and evaluation of law enforcement personnel and we have increased the skills of psychologists and recruiters working in the field of selection and assessment of law enforcement personnel through training on the basis of course support provided by the project partnership. Course support has provided a dynamic, practice-based and applicative training. Participants in the training were psychologists involved in personnel selection and human resource managers, professionals and recruiters for law enforcement organizations and institutions, researchers and trainer in the field, clinical psychologists. Most of the participants came from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, our partner in this project. Another goal was to conduct a research about how law enforcement organizations - in each participating country - are making selection of personnel. The research study was the basis for the development of a manual, the intellectual outcomes of the project, to be used in the scientific selection of personnel, with the necessary measures. Manual ""Scientific Selection of Personnel"" includes several chapters describing techniques, methods and instruments for evaluation and selection. The full benefit, which also ensures the sustainability of the project, was designing a e-learning platform, where have downloaded and will download video course, audio, articles related to scientific personnel selection, manual, course materials. The partners who participated in this project were the Psychosociological Center within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Romania, who make selection and evaluation of staff for law enforcement institutes, Rivensco Consulting, from Cipru, who make trained, courses and have a long-standing experience in making of optimal teaching techniques and CISES from Italy,a world-renowned company dedicated to development of tests and scientific methods for evaluating personnel. Efficient co-ordination of activities was ensured through the four transnational meetings of the project, monitoring reports have been made to identify the project's problems and the right solutions have been found where problems exist. All partners have focused on achieving maximum efficiency and impact on the project by implementing the proposed activities, coordination, reporting and evaluation to ensure smooth running. At European level, the opportunity to work and produce innovative techniques, methods and tools together with project partners has helped to consolidating intereuropean relations, as well as facilitating the implementation of quality standards in the field of applied psychology, in the field of security and national defense. The project also represented extraordinary opportunities for knowledge and intercultural learning."
