This project, which has lasted 24 months, has counted with the participation of 76 participants in total (64 intermediate-level vocational training students and 12 teacher mobility), specifically:-50 students have made training in work centers (FCT) (16 were girls) in the countries of Italy, Malta, United Kingdom, Slovenia, Portugal, Czech Republic, Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium and the Netherlands.-14 Newly-Graduated students have done professional internships in Italy, Malta and Portugal, 5 of these students were girls.-12 teachers Mobility from the consortium's member centers in Holland, United Kingdom, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.Given the need to open the horizon of young people in the City of Cadiz to other possibilities, this project has contributed to generate professional, linguistic and personal competencies towards internationalization among the youngest, marking for most of them the first opportunity to develop what they learned outside of their city, knowing other ways to do and work.At the local level, the impact of this second mobility project that took place in the city of Cadiz, has exceeded all expectations regarding the participation of Vocational Educational Centers in a common project of internationalization of their students, as it can be seen in the increase of member educational centers of the current Consortium, which has more than double of those that were part of the first Project 2015, tripling also the number of mobility of students and Newly-Graduated students (of 23 in 2015, in this project have been managed 64). Similarly, this project has involved many benefits for the participants, bringing the experience of living in a foreign country, in a new environment and in an independent way, as well as acquiring new practical knowledge, which will serve them as professional experience that later, the labor market is going to demand to them. To highlight that through this project 1 student with special educational needs had the opportunity to make a mobility in Ireland, valuing the suitability of such mobility by the pedagogical team of the center and guaranteeing a tutoring in destination customized and adapted to the needs of this student. Other aspects to highlight are that 21% of participants have improved their language skills in English, Italian and Portuguese, 30% have found work at the end of mobility, and 20% of them have received some offer of Employment in the destination country. This project has a special relevance in order to consolidate the European internationalization plan that at municipal level is setting out in a shared way from the different educational agents of the vocational training and the local administration, reviewing the Following aspects:-Provides a solid and very participatory consortium, which is part of most Educational Vocational Training Centers in the municipality. The organization is formed by the Institute of Promotion, Employment and training of the city of Cadiz (IFEF), which acts as coordinator, and seven VET in the municipality of Cadiz that teach intermediate vocational training in the city and work as Entities for sending students and teachers to different mobility to European countries.-A large number of institutions and companies from 11 different countries are involved, working through networks that were launched with other European projects such as Leonardo Da Vinci. Specifically, it has worked with 64 direct host partners and 7 intermediary partners, remembering the collaboration with the counterpart centers of Holland, United Kingdom, Germany, Malta and France.-Represents a real opportunity for the improvement of the competencies of the students and the educational community."

That area of social and health care services is becoming more and more important because Europe is facing an accelerated process of aging, which will increase in the next years (the percentage of persons aged over 65 years old is projected to be of 29,5% in 2060 - EUROPOP2010). The extent of elder abuse can be expected to grow with it (WHO. Media Centre 2017). However, it is widely understood that violence against older persons is underreported. The reasons for this are that the social and health care providers are inadequately trained in how to recognize violence and support older victims of domestic violence. There are also deficient national healthcare guidelines and lacking best practices for dealing with violence of older victims.Using screening tools for identification is rare in European health care services. SAVE project will use in earlier researches validated screening instruments to help professionals to recognize and assess violence and neglect of older persons. Screening for elder abuse is defined as a process of obtaining information about violent experiences in a caring or family relationship from older or vulnerable persons who do not have obvious sign of violence such as physical injuries. The rationale for screening among non-symptomatic persons is that identification may prevent future violence and reduce risk of future health impacts resulting from violence. Screening is considered particularly important for problems with serious health implications, and where overall rates of identification are considered low. This is certainly the case for elder abuse and neglect. (Margot J. Schofield 2017). As many as 80 percent of elder abuse cases may not be diagnosed (WHO 2008).Elder abuse is important to recognize because of significant psychological and physical consequences of violence, including cognitive impairment/dementia, depression and anxiety (Carmel Bitondo-Dyer et al 2000; Joan M. Cook et al 2011), bone or joint problems, digestive problems, high blood pressure and heart and lung problems (Lazenbatt et al 2010; Bonnie S. Fisher et al 2011), suicidal thoughts and attempts (Barron 2007) and poorer overall life expectancy (Charles P. Mouton 2003).Types of elder abuse include: emotional, physical, sexual and financial violence, neglect and violation of personal rights (Luoma et al. 2011). The prevalence rates in Europe vary between 0,8 % - 29,3 %; for men 0,7 % - 15 % and women 0,9 % - 23,3 %. (Liesbeth De Donder et al 2011). There are estimations that abuse as a problem might be broader in the future because of significantly fast growing amount of older people in many European countries. (Stankunas Mindaugas et al 2016).SAVE project will target:-social and health care professionals working in home care, residential care facilities, health centres and hospitals-social and health care teachers and trainers-local/regional social and health care decision makers in the communitySpecific objectives of the project include:-increase knowledge of screening tools and their suitability in identification of violence against older persons in social and health care services -improve capacity of social and health care professionals to identify and intervene and support and refer the cases of violence against older persons to relevant services -develop educators’ competences to teach professionals how to deal with violence against older persons and to support and mentor them -produce an interactive training program for improving active and innovative learning of social and health care teachers, trainers and professionals in identification and intervention in case of violence against older persons.SAVE project will produce a literature review about the number and quality of screening instruments for older adult’s mistreatment. Based on the review the partners will develop the country specific recommendations for the use of screening instruments. A training curriculum and material on identification and intervention on violence against older persons will also be produced. The training curriculum will be a special component of social and health care professionals’ training and teaching. It will concentrate on special features of elder abuse and its identification by using validated screening instruments. The piloting of screening instruments will lead to identification and intervention procedures in the work places. Online course will be developed based on the training curriculum. In the end of the project the country specific recommendations for the use of screening instruments will be synthesize as European level recommendations.

After three years and several hours of co-productive focus groups, it is possible to say that the results of this action are extremely positive and went beyond what was initially foreseen in the project description, witnessing a process of personal and professional growth for the persons involved, and in particular for beneficiaries and service providers. The Partnership benefitted from previous successful collaboration that made co-production part of its backbone. However, the development of the action wasn’t just about co-production, but also about sharing dreams and giving shape to ideas. Undertaking a project is a vital moment for people, and this is particularly true for people with intellectual disability. Therefore, being able to bridge the gap between dreams and ambitions, and concrete goals and reality, it is a major achievement both for professionals and for persons with intellectual disability. Three years, and several focus groups later, the partnership was able to achieve its objectives even in face of the difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown measures adopted to contain the spread of the virus. The Project main objectives were met, as it is demonstrated by the completion of all the Intellectual Outputs foreseen in the initial proposal: - IO1 - users’ needs and requirements - IO2 - Report: levers and obstacles in the access to entrepreneurship for people with ID;- IO3 - Business incubator Toolkit: co-productive methodology - IO4 - Pilot Actions: testing of the methodology- IO5 – Evaluation and Impact Analysis IO8 – Publication: Outcomes and Achievements- IO6 - Video Tutorials: How to apply the methodology;- IO7 – Training guidelines: How to apply the methodology: - IO8 – Publication: Outcomes and Achievement.Due to the particular moment and the public involved in the action, it can be said that the achievements exceeded the initial expectations. The core of the project is the methodology for incubation developed in IO3 and tested in the pilot action foreseen in IO4. However, between Y2and Y3 the pandemic hit Europe and several of partners front services had to close for confinement. This had a major impact on the project, particularly compromising the implementation and finalisation of the pilot action. Here the partnership showed an incredible strength and decided to move on exploring and discovering alternative ways to proceed with the planned activities, and agreeing to work online when physical meetings were not possible. This was particularly challenging as there was there was no previous experience in organising online activities with people with intellectual disability. However, thanks to the experience already developed by OpenGroup and shared with all the partnership in a dedicated webinar, all partners were able to organise effective online co-productive focus groups. This allowed the partnership to develop a set of guidelines for effective online co-productive focus groups, which wan be considered one extra achievement of the project that will be for sure used in the future.During the IN-CUBA journey it was made clear that entrepreneurship can be considered a gateway to the labour market for people with intellectual disability. However, there are barriers to break. Even if it does not seem an obstacle per se, legislation is not always clear and it does not directly favour entrepreneurship for people with intellectual disability. It is often the prejudice and the lack of confidence that block any initiative. The IN-CUBA Project was appropriately directed in trying to fill the gap between intellectual disability and entrepreneurship and maybe develop the necessary impetus to begin breaking certain barriers. The project lasted 36 months and faced major difficulties due to the pandemic and lockdowns. Adopting new ways of working in a short period of time is difficult for everybody, particularly if moving towards a new environment (online), and this is even more so for people with intellectual disability. However, the IN-CUBA partnership was able to overcome some important barriers and was able to organise effective online co-productive focus groups. This proved and incredible mutual trust in collective and collaborative work, and co-production proved to be the key to make this collective exercise effective. It is therefore possible to say that the results of this action are extremely positive and went beyond what was initially foreseen in the project description, witnessing a process of personal and professional growth for the persons involved, and in particular for beneficiaries and service providers.

It has been successfully carried out in two calls and in the third one, due to the closure of the borders due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the planned mobilities had to be cancelled. The consortium, led by the Directorate General for Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Artistic and Professional Education in Music, Dance and Languages (DGESFPRE), had the participation of 62 vocational training centres, 40% of those existing in the Community of Madrid, whose aim has been to reinforce European mobility in the region with the key action 1 of mobilities aimed at students and teachers of this level of studies. The participating schools represented all the Territorial Areas that make up the Community of Madrid. The profile of the participants has been diverse, practically from all the professional families and with the objective of this consortium to promote activities with all of them. With all the mobility activities carried out in the project the students were able to carry out, in a European company, their Workplace Training (FCT) module, which is a compulsory part of their formal training. In this way, the international dimension is added to the practical training in the company as a fundamental part to fit the transition between the world of education and the labour market. Teachers were able to carry out training activities in Europe, both in the form of observation practices and internships and/or teaching activities, which enabled them not only to improve their knowledge of the subjects but also to improve their language skills to be able to teach bilingual modules, which is a growing modality in the region at the moment. In terms of methodology and management, partners were chosen according to the profile of students and teachers, communication mechanisms were foreseen and precautions were taken regarding the safety of participants, their supervision and follow-up, timely evaluation, as well as ways to measure the impact and to ensure adequate dissemination. The results of this mobility on students have been in the short term, the improvement of their professional competences and specific skills linked to the specific occupations, their linguistic competences necessary to access quality employment, an increased sensitivity towards European values, towards other cultures and countries and the interest to participate in European programmes. In the medium and long term, they are expected to acquire transferable skills, increasingly demanded by employers, such as problem solving, learning to learn, teamwork, entrepreneurship and critical thinking skills that will drive creativity and innovation in the future. The acquisition of all of these will undoubtedly benefit their future, creating greater employability and employability in the European labour market, and will encourage interest in continuing their learning process throughout their lives. The results in the centres participating in the consortium have been, on the one hand, the increase of European awareness and the benefits of participating in Erasmus+ in the VET centres of the Region of Madrid, which means a progressive increase in the number of centres participating in mobility projects for vocational training. Through this consortium, the way has been opened for those schools that had not participated before, to share the experience and good practices with the other members of the consortium in this collaborative environment, acting as a motivating element and increasing the knowledge and interest in this type of projects. The institutional participation and that of the 62 centres of the consortium transcends the temporary scope of the project and thanks to the dissemination activities carried out and the good practices, it will act as a multiplier element for the remaining centres of the Region of Madrid. Finally, this impact in the region is reflected at national level, with the participation in these actions as regional educational administration contributes to promote mobility projects in education, will increase the number of beneficiaries and their chances of employability, will end up having its reflection at international level, in the education systems of the participating countries, creating bridges between the educational world and the labour market. Evidence shows that young people who study or train abroad find employment more quickly than those without international experience and are quicker to adapt to new situations and better problem solvers."
