Different studies have shown the impact on the Mental health and cultural activities were presented as an approachable remedy for many, nonetheless the access, the civic participation and possibilities to engage of young people are still an issue. Some of the partners identify this need long ago so they started to create a network around europe to investigate what are the needs, local and internationally, of the artists and youth organisations in terms of accessing, taking part and engaging in cultural activities. As a result, they conducted a questionnaire https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GHQTdG7QoZZTDnW88sVEWETdN8iNPkWD/view?usp=sharing among their countries with a high participation that showed up that cultural activities were a good source of resilience and mental stability but most of them weren’t aware of how many were available in their neighbourhoods. Most of them still aren’t. For many of the young people we work with, and especially those with fewer opportunities, the artistic expression form was an effective way to work on empowerment processes, besides sportive team activities. Contacting the cultural sector led us to understand that the challenges there were even bigger than the ones in the youth field. The very existence of several cultural expressions and artistic occupations seemed on the edge of simply disappearing in our immediate environment (e.g. music bands, DJ’s, philharmonic orchestras, theatre groups etc).Together with the artistic and cultural partners we aim to find a solution for this problem and to help young people to discover the variaty of artistic and culturals forms. Help them to find the form but also the place were they can be them selves, explore their interests and competences.<< Objectives >>1. Increase the visibility, resilience and sustainability of young people involved in the creative and cultural sector on medium and long term, based upon a ‘joint venture’ between youth and culture. 2. Serve as a concrete ‘guide’ and ‘orienting tool’ for young people to engage themselves in the cultural sector, to explore interests and get inspired. 3. To increase the participation, accessibility, discovery and engagement in their communities. 4. Increase accessibility and visibility towards different communities, including minorities and (young) people with fewer opportunities. 5. Enabling the networking of self-contained artists and organizations dealing with art and culture, creating an effective platform for long-term collaborations.<< Implementation >>#Youcreath is an 18 month cross sectoral project with a consortium of 8 partners from Croatia, Portugal, Spain and Belgium. 4 partners experienced and active in the youth field and non formal education joined with 4 partners from the cultural and creative sector from 4 different realities. The involved realities are a balance between urban, suburban and rural areas. The project involves and includes, besides the staff active in the 8 partner organizations, a minimum of 750 young people (including young people with fewer opportunities) and a minimum of 80 artists (20/country). During the project period of 18 months, 1 concrete intellectual output (IO) is developed. The IO has a detailed structured setup in development, design, implementation and dissemination, based upon youth participation, ownership and empowerment opportunities. The IO gives an answer to the assessed needs at the different local/regional realities. This needs analysis is based upon the consulted and involved youth and cultural sector, confirmed by a public questionnaire (150 interviewees) in the 4 involved realities. IO: an interactive and multifunctional -free- WebAppWORKSHOPSDuring the development of the main IO output (Webapp), a series of 80 workshops will be organised between the artists and the young people. This for several reasons (see below listed) and with the aim to build a Webapp which is of the quality we aim for, and therefore also versatile to all the different target groups aimed for. The workshops serve to: define together the content of the Webapp. Once the project start the local youth workers and the artists will start planning the local workshops they will do for the young people. They will plan everything needed to make them succesful and how it will be documented for the app development and the booklet. For this, it is important that the artist understand the nowadays ‘language’ and ‘interests’ of the young people. Parallel, it is important that the young people identify what attracts them in the art form, and understand it. give the artists a (first) opportunity to deliver an educational workshop around their artistic expression form to young people. The artists in this aspect will be prepared, coached and trained by youth workers/trainers in order for them to understand the pedagogical processes. We see this process as important in the sense of transmitting well and finding a method to adapt to the young people way of learning the ‘art’, as it trains the artists for possible future increased employability opportunities (= besides being an artist, also turning into an arteducator). Initiate the testing phase of the Webapp (Design Thinking methodology) as the development continues. The first pilot Webapp is finalised when the workshops start, allowing us also to get a first hand test feedback of the young people and artist involved. This feedback then in turn serves to adapt immediately the Webapp into a next pilote stage. The combined brainstorming and process of the workshops will affect the whole idea of the app, while keeping the proposed purpose. Local particularities, young people and artist’s needs will be reflected on the app, so it can be helpful for others local, and internationally.<< Results >>A WebApp, including all its functionalities, will be designed and built through participative workshops between young people, artists, other stakeholders and wider community. Characteristics WebAppcompatible with different systems e.g. Android5 languages (EN, NL, PT, HR & ES)tailored to the own realities of the 4 partnersregular changing interactive virtual exhibitions of young artists, based upon multiple fixed GPS spots.a youth/cultural updated agenda, based upon UGC (User Generated Content)history functionality mapping youth/cultural spots you have passed by in the last hours/daysa crowdfunding functionality for youth and cultural sectorinformation inventory of existing youth/cultural opportunitiesa discovery function for young people to explore and develop cultural interestsAn interactive project book (with summary, project process and progress) will additionally support this IO, particularly towards dissemination and multiplication of the result. It shows the different phases, the successes, difficulties, approaches and solutions, expected and unexpected outcomes. The development of the project with all involved target groups is based upon non formal educational principles. A Youthpass process is set up to support the identification of this learning for each one. The holistic setup of this project creates innovative approaches to:Social inclusion through arts and cultural expressions: on one side, young people with fewer opportunities will be included and different expression forms introduced, on the other side young artists from minorities will be part of the group of 80 artists. Using arts and cultural expressions as an inclusive tool. Increased visibility and access to culture, also in remote and/or more isolated communities. Bringing culture towards a not-reached population increases the resilience of the cultural expression as such, besides an increased sustainability. The functions of the Webapp can be experienced on individual as well as group level. The promotion of participative dialogue (between all the involved stakeholders) and intercultural dialogue: there is a particular focus to include in both the young people and the artist group: representatives from the different minority groups in the 4 realities.

The major activity of the project was a training course which took place in Alicante, Spain and hosted 19 participants – including the participants, the 2 trainers and support staff. The participants attended training sessions built around non-formal education methods. The project took place over a 6 month period beginning in May 2017 and culminating in November 2017. The six countries participating in the project were represented by NGOs and informal groups from Croatia, Latvia, Macedonia, Romania, Spain and the United Kingdom. The main purpose of 'Professional Video Positive Impact 2' was to develop the video-making, digital and communication competences of the attending young people and youth workers. To reach this purpose, we set the following objectives:Goal #1: During the project, the participants will improve their skills and knowledge on why to use video in education, how to do proper storytelling and how to reach people with fewer opportunities through video.Goal #2: During the project, the participants will improve their skills in filming, editing and publishing videos online.Goal #3: After the project, the participants will be more confident in their abilities, they will want to make a positive change in their NGOs and communities, they will have developed their empathy towards disadvantaged people and will be more culturally aware.During the project's major activity (an 8 day-long training course) we worked with local charities and NGOs in Alicante. Our participants used the knowledge and skills they had learnt in earlier sessions to produce high quality professional videos for these organisations.

The main program activity was held from 23.09.2017. to 01.10.2017 in the town of Solin, near city of Split. The aim of the project was to make young people aware of the importance of inclusion, helping the needy, mutual respect, acceptance of diversity, common coexistence and respect for human rights in order to reduce the ever-present alienation and distance among the young. Promotion and implementation of sports activities, creative workshops and informal education as tools that connect young people regardless of their barriers and differences have helped us achieve our goals. Additionally, the participants became promoters of European action, expanded their cultural knowledge and experience. Self-evaluation processes during the project helped in the personal development of the participants, their awareness, expansion and inclusion of people with developmental difficulties in their daily lives. Work in international teams has achieved additional cohesion between the participants and encouraged the development of feelings of communion and inclusion. The accommodation was organized in hostel Jadro in Solin. Almost all the workshops were carried out in the open to promote a more active lifestyle (spending time outdoors) within the local community (Solin, Mimice, Split). City of Solin, Radio Split, Association Zvono and Association Moje dijete supported the project from the very beginning. The project enriched 31 participants with new experience in creative and sports workshops, informal methods of working with children with disabilities, team activities and, moreover, new and more inclusive perspectives. Interactive workshops have worked on participants by developing skills such as taking the initiative, critical thinking, solving problems, and adopting a positive attitude toward the environment. Through the audio-visual workshops, there was a significant positive impact on the digital, language and cultural competences of the participants.By conducting workshops in cooperation with NGOs Moje dijete and Zvono in Solin and Mimice, the program implemented additional activities in the local community, opening doors to local residents for inclusion in workshops and getting acquainted with project goals, workshops and progress achieved.Young people, shortly after the end of the project, acted affirmatively on others in their local community, actively spreading their knowledge and involving people with disabilities in their daily lives. Using the tools newly adopted, young people have promoted the project results in their daily lives and so spread positive empathy, inclusion and development of tolerance. At the end of the project, each partner organized 2 workshops in their local community, involving people with disabilities or people with reduced opportunities, through informal workshops aimed at stimulating and improving feelings of tolerance, acceptance and inclusion. All partners have included the results and some workshops from the project in their daily work and program with young people and will implement them into future follow-up projects. The products of audio-visual workshops such as promo spot, flyer and booklet have been used in further evaluation and dissemination of project achievements and are available to all partners for continuous use through Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/622819581238678/?fref = ts) and dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/v4lezhe458ercxw/AAAyR5pfzdEnXHKPd0HoUbOSa?dl=0).After the completion of ""No Limits"" project, all participants were awarded Youthpass certificate as a confirmation of acquired competences."

Young people will be selected according to tangent problem: living in communities where many migrants / refugees were discriminated racial, linguistic, cultural, religious, etc. and workers are also in these risk areas who work with young people facing discrimination or who come from other places to know how to handle this problem. Activities will be quite interactive for both youth exchanges and mobility of youth workers, alternate with different games.Participants will understand the concept of racism and apply information acquired to build a multicultural community in working environments.Activities will be designed so as to promote tolerance respect, appreciation and cultural development of a society where everyone knows their rights. Also participants will be informed about Erasmus and possibilities of involvement in this program. We will promote the universality of the people as a spur for acceptance of foreigners through group work, games of attention / company, brainstorming, debate, facilitated discussions, forum theater, representations, etc.By using these methods in activities we want our young people, youth workers and all people in their communities who interact with them helping migrants to integrate into society and not to discriminate between them but to promote European diversity. In debates and discussions we will use real examples of discrimination or taken from media to realize how negative is this concept.Through educational measures undertaken we hope that this migration phenomenon which many consider to acquire another negative shade. The project will be based on use in learning the methods of non-formal youth and workers as just that it will tend towards their development to be more easily applied, they will contain activities of Compass, Companion and All Different All Equal Council of Europe. In this context, the project will have a long term impact and the results will be seen over time in small communities they belong to organizations for youth workers will be more prepared to advise young people and organize activities for them.Participants will learn also psychological approaches to the problem because they must know how to open and maintain a constructive discussion with someone who is / was discriminated against. During the international evenings we will enable them to learn more about participating countries, culture, dances, customs and their gastronomy. We believe that our project will be not only a movement of awareness of the problem of racism and discrimination, but a real change of mentality for young people in a developed society with European aspirations. And to demonstrate what skills, abilities, attitudes have acquired will encourage participants to carry small video during or at the end of the day activities. We believe that eradication of this problem requires joint forces, hence arises the need to develop such projects Erasmus + for we are all people who form a community even if we are different colors, speak a different language and have different religions, but we are PEOPLE! The project will have young people with fewer opportunities and youth workers with special needs.
