In 2013 it is seemed in reports of United Nations Development Programme that there is not serious progress about strengthening of women employment and women’s attendance for active life that were the biggest plans in the region. Women’s non-agricultural employment ration is % 4.2 in Hatay. This ration is %20 throughout Turkey and %53 in Bulgaria the EU member. We can see here that women’s inadequate attendance for active working life is the head of the most serious problems for both individual and our country. "Public Organization ""Youth Line"" has implemented a youth exchange in frames of Erasmus+ Programme “Social Records - Let's Highlight Equality Matters” which took place in Riga, Latvia from 16 until 23 of November 2016. This project gathered 42 young people from 7 countries- Latvia, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Turkey and Germany. The project theme was devoted to filming short records by participants on the theme of how they perceive the social exclusion, poverty, homelessness, disability, membership of an ethnic minority, lack of adequate literacy skills, unemployment, family circumstances, addiction problems and similar issues connected to social exclusion, and raising the awareness of general public, government officials and European officials about the existing problem and provoking a solution not only from the officials but from each individual who would see a movie or hear about the problem from a friend. This very project provided youngsters with an opportunity to make their voice heard and to express their view upon fighting against poverty and social exclusion. Here they were so free to use filming short movies as a tool for active youth participation. The theme of the project grasps the notion of social inclusion- as not just about having access to mainstream services- but it is about PARTICIPATION in the community as active citizens. The YE used the non-formal education methodology which was based on open and interactive approaches and directly aimed at creating a safe learning environment for the participants, environment that would stimulate the development and applying of new skills, competencies and attitudes and thus rely to social and personal development. The working methods included practical workshops on the basics of creating short movies, writing a script, filming on location, acting, editing materials etc. Moreover, the working methods included many non-formal learning activities for more in-depth grasping of the problem of social inclusion.Reducing the barriers to inclusion requires integrated effort across government and non-government agencies at all levels, horizontally and vertically, influencing policy and practice through direct links to individual experience. Through partnership working, organizations from all sectors could build the bridges, required to support community participation, active citizenship and build social capital."
