Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff are implemented by organisations holding an Erasmus accreditation. Each accredited project represents a step in the implementation of the organisation's long-term Erasmus Plan.

"Background informationThe forest owners’ profiles and practices are nowadays in full evolution, all over Europe: how to meet their needs, thanks to the new information and communication technologies? This is the key question that structured a first eforOwn project (2012-2014), and revealed that these owners expect simple, attractive and modern self-training tools; in the same time, the trainers and teachers wanted to see their pedagogical approaches evolve and use the same type of tools to support their tasks. It is in this context that the eforOwn+ project was born.Objectives of the projectThe main objective of eforOwn+ was to provide forest owners in France, Belgium and Spain with free access to educational resources on the Internet. These resources were intended to be and were designed to also serve the needs of forestry students, as well as teachers and trainers who wish to integrate them into their technical and pedagogical practices. Number and profile of participating organizationsSeven organisations were involved in eforOwn+, two in Spain, two in Belgium and three in France: in each country one forest development organisation and one educational institution were partners ; in France was also added as partner a public organisation in charge of e learning in the agriculture and forestry sector, that supported the whole partnership, on pedagogical and editorial engineering issues. Description of the main activities implementedThe main activity of eforOwn+ has been the production of educational resources: slideshows, fact sheets and videos for three levels - or their equivalent at the European level: A (novice owner, level 4- upper secondary), B (intermediate owner, level 5 - bachelor) and C (expert owner, level 6 university). Of the 85 resources planned, 75 have been produced and are available on line, accessible to all on the the project partners’websites . These resources include 28 slideshows, 39 fact sheets and 8 videos. The list of resources evolved during the project in order to best meet the target audience’ expectations and to avoid redundancies between several resources. Of the 75 resources, 69 are available in French, 23 in Spanish and 10 in Catalan (as of 23.07.2019, Rosa's translations are missing, see with her what she can do by 1 September). Two resources are also available in English to allow for a wider dissemination and to interest future partners in joining the project. Results and impacts achievedAt local, regional and national level, the impact for the beneficiary audiences is essentially, for forest owners, a better appropriation of the knowledge and know-how necessary for the implementation of sustainable forest management, and, for students in the forest sector, the improvement of their learning and future professional practices; for the target audiences (trainers and teachers), the improvement of skills in the design and use of distance resources.Long-term benefits The ""eforOwn"" brand has been registered with the European certification body EUIPO and is awaiting validation (approximate date of registration and publication of the brand: 10/10/2019). A post-program charter has been drafted and signed by all partners in the eforOwn+ project. This charter sets out the post-programme action modalities ensuring the long-term anchoring of the partnership, as well as the common process of production and dissemination of resources: the resources produced during eforOwn+ will be monitored to be regularly updated; new resources may be produced and will benefit from the eforOwn brand, following the decisions of the eforOwn Liaison Committee which will meet once a year. Other partners may join the Liaison Committee and use the brand, in accordance with the terms specified in the post-program charter and following the decisions of the Committee members."

The project focuses on the sector of organic agricultural production, landscaping and gardening, understood in its broadest sense, with the main objective that students can perform professional training in companies of plant production and landscape restoration, as well as being able to strengthen and expand its European dimension.In this way, five students of Higher Level Training Cycles of the agricultural professional family have made an internship stay in companies of the aforementioned professional sector. Specifically, there have been 4 students of the Higher Level Training in Landscape and Rural Education and a student of the Higher Level Training in Forestry and Natural Environment who have developed activities and planning, management and execution of landscape restoration, plant production in nursery and organic consumer products.The activities were carried out in a real environment, with the incorporation into the structure of the company of each student, supervised in each moment by a tutor of the own company that guided and directed the learning activities.The cultural and linguistic immersion, the cultural visits, the knowledge of the socio-economic reality of the area and the relationship with Erasmus + students from other countries, have completed the professional training of our students, providing in turn, a broader vision of the society where they live, contributing, without a doubt, to increasing their own European dimension. Likewise, the activities developed in each of the companies, have allowed them to reinforce and increase their professional capacities, since both the procedures and the management of the work in the natural environment have been very different from those usually used to perform in their country of origin, a fact that will contribute to expand and improve their future professional activity.Finally, it is worth mentioning the excellent relationship created among the companies where the activities have been developed and our own institution. In addition to the exchange of professional experiences in our sector that we are carrying out in a cooperative way, the link created will allow us in the future to continue working together in the field of training and education of our students.

As the data points out, many young Europeans – our current and future students – are going to have to face the challenge of working and living in other countries than their own, living with other cultural forms and developing part of their academic and work life in them, so internationalization is presented as a need to which our educational center wants to give a clear response through the development of projects like this one.<< Objectives >>The objectives set in the development of this project have been:-Improve the employability and competitiveness of our vocational training students.- Adapt our professional training to the real needs of the European labor market and learn about job opportunities in Europe.- Improve knowledge of European languages ​​in the field of education, language skills, and understanding of different cultures.- Strengthen the European dimension in education.-Promote cooperation between business and education.- Encourage innovations in the development of educational practices and materials, develop innovation and improve the quality of education. with the main objective that students can carry out professional practices in companies or organizations related to plant production, landscaping and the maintenance of green spaces with the maximum guarantee of sustainability in their management, as well as allowing the trainers of said students, broaden their knowledge in the professional sectors in question.<< Implementation >>Ten of our students of Intermediate Training Cycles of the Professional Agrarian Family have carried out internships in the Botanical Garden of Ajuda, a historic botanical garden in the city of Lisbon and which is characterized by being an organism dependent on the Higher Institute of Agriculture (University of Lisbon). The students have been accompanied by two teachers from our educational center since the vast majority of these were minors and most of them were going to be leaving their country of origin for the first time.To this end, these students have carried out work related to the maintenance and restoration of parks, gardens and green areas, as well as participating in the work of a Historical Botanical Garden.With regard to the mobility of teachers, these have consisted of a period of training by observation at the Higher Institute of Agronomy of Lisbon, including some of its dependent organizations such as the Experimental Forest Nursery as well as the Herbarium of Plant Conservation.<< Results >>The results have been, on the one hand, the learning by the students of the specific activities carried out in the maintenance and conservation of a historical botanical garden in a real environment, with the incorporation in the structure of the organization of each student, supervised at all times by a tutor from the organization itself who guided and directed the learning activities. The cultural and linguistic immersion, the cultural visits, the knowledge of the socioeconomic reality of the area and the relationship with Erasmus + students from other countries, have completed the professional and personal training of our students, providing them with a broader vision. of the society in which they live, contributing, without a doubt, to increasing their own European dimension.
