It has created a good picture and now the challenge is to improve its touristic services. But with regards to alternative tourism, our country has major weaknesses. Alternative tourism can become the springboard for improving Greece 's finances and income from tourism, the growth of the touristic season and the spread of tourists in the whole Greek territory which would bring development to the countryside. A major weakness identified is the fact that tour operators in the country do not have the knowledge, experience and appropriate business ethics so that they can convince tour operators and other agencies and organizations from other countries to make them their future partners and so, to enable Greece to be placed in the market of alternative tourism. The different attitudes of North Europeans (and in our case the Germans), different professional (and the general) culture, different rhythms of work and labor intensive, language restrictions, result in the existence of a gap of communication and trust that prevents business approach and cooperation. The result is thus, the non-utilization of all productive capacity of our country in the tourism (and particularly in the alternative) sector. Objectives of the plan is for 30 tour operators, managers and employees high in the hierarchy of travel agencies, to go to Germany for training and acquaintance with travel agencies, where they will attend classes of non-formal education around issues related to creating and maintaining partnerships with German tourist offices and work in these to gain a fuller picture of how the tourist offices in this country work. Simultaneously, their acquaintance with an environment highly professional and efficient will give them the opportunity to improve their professional knowledge, skills and adaptability to the new environment, to increase their autonomy, to improve and show their skills, and to finally improve their professional efficiency and become another building block in strengthening the tourism product of Greece. Furthermore, the positioning of the participants is planned to be between 1st of February and 15th of March, the time when most important exhibitions of tourism take place in Germany and where it is intended for the participants to visit them. The most important exhibitions, in which Pegasus participates, are:FREE München, CMT Stuttgart, ITB Berlin, BOOD Düsseldorf. The purpose of the mobility plan entitled ""Professional Upgrade of Travel Agencies - UpTourAgent"" is the participation of 30 people from Tourist offices and agencies of northern Greece, with priority to participate given to those agencies and officers that are based in Western Macedonia, where En Gnosi operates. The 30 people will be owners or executives or employees high in the hierarchy of travel agencies, and are knowledgeable of the jobs in question so within the span of two weeks they can learn and assimilate as much as possible new knowledge and be able to communicate this knowledge to other employees within the company. The placements will be in Germany and the host partner will be AK Pegasus Reisebüro GmbH, which operates in the field of tourism and whose CEO is Greek, which increases the effectiveness of the plan, since it will serve as a bridge of communication between the Greek participants and the German touristic agencies that they will be positioned, and at the same moment (the CEO) is one of the people who will be their trainer. To add to this, a second person will also be Greek. Placements will be in PEGASUS and already Pegasus has confirmations for cooperation with the following travel agencies in Germany, bringing the number of placement agencies to 4:TOUR MIT SCHANZ WILDBERGHERDER REISENTOUR MIT SCHANZ WIESBADENParticipants in Germany will attend lectures acquiring knowledge on issues directly related to German and Greek tourist offices. The participants will be placed in the above mentioned placement companies, where they will do their practical training. The expected results are for the participant tourist offices to improve their professional capacities and efficiency, to create new partnerships between Greece and Germany with long-term effect of increasing visitors to alternative tourism, which in turn will boost the economy of the Greek countryside, and especially the Greek rural areas, where alternative tourism is considered as the main touristic product."

Our theatre project YITAC (Young International Theatre Against the Crisis) was developed in an educational and social perspective, for, by and with 28 non-professional young people from the area of the performing arts from Greece, France and Germany. Unemployed, young workers, students, drama students with different social and cultural backgrounds of the age group 18 to 30 questioned together the effects of the crisis on their lives and tried to come up with concrete proposals for possible future realities, for example in relation to the integration of young people or about the role of art and creativity in the integration. The first phase of the Y.I.T.A.C work had been completed in France and Germany in August-September 2013. We had analyzed the origins of the financial crisis, compared its impact in the three participating countries and questioned the situation of the young people who had been on the way to preparing their working life. This theatrical work had been presented in public in both countries. Our second phase Y.I.T.A.C 2 is aiming at the future took us to Greece in September 2015 and focused resolutely to the future in its creative work and its thematic approach. How do young people view their future? What are their dreams and what solutions do they advocate? What new economic models and social behavior have been generated by the crisis? In this context, a working process in Greece was particularly relevant, on the one hand as this country is affected by the crisis to its full extent and has to build new ways of facing reality and future. Secondly because the crisis in Europe has triggered a questioning of its institutions, priorities and its legitimacy in general and strong prejudice and xenophobia have awakened. Our project took place from February to September 2015. It was based on formal, informal and non-formal learning as well as on the active participation of young people at every stage and in every sector of the project, from conception to the final evaluation including production, administration, coordination, communication and artistic creation.During the preparatory phase the participants were involved in the implementation of the project, did researches on the chosen topic and prepared a video in each country on the theme of ""Aiming at the future"". Then, from the information gathered, they built and developed a theatrical form in workshops that moved towards a collective meeting with their European partners in Athens. This meeting organized in the form of exchanges included informal and public debates with stakeholders and intercultural, multilingual theatre workshops, on the basis of the theater work carried out by each group in the preparatory phase. These workshops led to a collective creation presented before a live audience. Each step of this collective work had an undeniable impact on future projects of the young people, many methods they would be able to reinvest in their socio-professional life. We helped to clarify the challenges of youth identities in European societies today and encouraged the development and blossoming of individuals through a context which required them to position themselves in the community. In these times of crisis, the simple fact of meeting, discussing and sharing ideas involves the possibility of broadening the spectrum of our own views, to give participants the opportunity to take possession of a common narration and thus constitute a community at all stages of the project."

The objective of the project is to generate an intervention in the city of Aarhus and create a dialogue about social inclusion, immigration and sustainability. How we can make our community more inclusive? What are the sustainable solutions of integration of immigrants and refugees? Participants from 4 countries (Denmark, Greece, Hungary and Spain) working together with locals create art-pieces that are intended to give a possible solution to the questions or to highlight a usually hidden or ignored phenomenons that are constantly present in our society. The project primarily affect its participants and locals of the hosting venue, but by projecting the addressed topics to a wider spectrum we hope to give an example for future projects to develop with the focus on local involvement and social discussion.

In the whole history it has been seen that any place without democracy was in chaos or human rights and freedom was damaged. It's important to realize that the government system in a country is for the citizens of that country. But who gives the shape of government which is for the citizens? Of course the citizens themselves. Our project includes simulations to democracy which is the most important defender of human rights and freedom. All activities in the content of our project are supporting the active participation of youngsters, participant oriented learning, self evaluation to realize the things they learned and their capacity. We have also cultural activities to bring participants closer to each other and respect others. The aim of our project is that the participant learn democracy closer and understand the real meaning of democracy beyond only the dictionary definition by exchanging their knowledge with others. We want to carry out a project which has a large effect and strong sustainability through our dissemination activities of the experiences and works of our participants. On the other hand we aim the active participation of youngsters and keep the informal learning important to support Erasmus plus priority of cultural exchange. One of our aims is to make participants with fewer opportunities benefit from Erasmus plus program and make the equality of opportunity possible for them. Totally, 33 participants from Turkey, Spain, Italy and Greece. Within the scope of equal opportunity for everyone priority of Erasmus Plus Program, there were 4 participants (who are 50% of our total participants) with fewer opportunities in the project. Our Romania partner has been cancelled during the project acceptance process. For this reason, we have 33 participants in total instead of 40. Our Activities; -Building a strong communication and allocation with '' Warming and Getting closer games'' -Active participation of youngsters, Role playing, Monarchy, Oligarchy, Theocracy and Republic simulations with debates to make active learning possible -Cultural exhibition to develop allowance feeling and learning other cultures and countries -Team Works to develop their skills about explaining themselves, taking responsibility, taking initiative and to be able to work with persons from different countries -Erasmus+ Activity to develop their attention on the program through learning the aim and priorities of the program -Youthpass activity to observe their self development with self-evaluation method -Evaluation Activities to make the participants realize what and for what they did the activities -Dissemination Activities to spread and publish the results of the project and to keep the project sustainable The methodology we used during the project have been supported the active participation of youngsters, role playings, keeping the participants in the center of learning with simulations, keeping the information sustainable and permanent within informal learning. Simulations included situation scenarios and there have been debates about results. Participants have transferred their knowledge to local people with a conference. Our expected results are that the participants will become defenders of democracy, source of democracy, human rights and freedom by learning from each other with activities and in this way keep their information permanent and use the information as a life style. Keep this life style for the rest of their life and effect people around them so we can keep the project results sustainable in long term.

These phenomena, while maybe popoular in the west, only hold power in Eastern Europe. Eastern European democracies are young. The people of these countries socialized in a different political culture, don’t really know how to be involved in a democratic system. Youngsters, who may know, are either don’t want to be involved in the ""rotten politics"", or just go to the west, which is more experienced in the democracy. Hence, authoristic governments can emerge. Populism and the lack of involvement are never good signs for a democracy. If we do nothing, it is possible, that the bad governments will make decisions above the citizens. Our main goal is, to provide, instead of the radicalism mentioned above, the alternative of the democratically concious civil involvement, which is coming from the mutual respect and understanding of each other, based on our shared responsibilty as European citizens. For this reason, the aim of our project is to increase the involvement of the youth in politics in Europe, especially in Eastern-Europe. By introducing them to different political systems, we hope, they will learn the importance of social responsibility and the participation in democracy. We also want to introduce people from different regions to each other, this way they can explore different political cultures, different methods of political involvement. People who were socialized in different political systems and in countries with different past, can learn from each other a lot in this perspective. On the first two days, besides getting to know each other, we would design our flag, our hymn, our historical events, our map, so our whole fictional culture. After that, to the real historical timeline of our new country, each day we would simulate various political systems: different kinds of democracies, dictatorships, anarchies, etc. The energizers would decide who is in power among the participants, or if the actual system requires it, there would be a voting. The trainers would be the gamemasters, designing the energizers, making up news and historical events, and changing the system daily, hence changing the leaders of the system too. Every day we would have debate-forums and interactive tasks about political topics, where we would prefer to discuss universal or actual political issues, but not party political questions. We would have 4 of these system-days, one cultural day, and one day, when we would visit Budapest, including many spectacular attractions, like the Hungarian Parliament Building.Through this project we want to address the participants the following message: doesn’t matter where are you from, it is always better to live in a system where you can be involved somehow in politics, because that is how you can be an important part of the society and form your area's and your own life."
