They are specifically:- Design and media technicians (9),- biological technicians (4)- chemical technicians (3)- information technicians (1)who are at the end of their first year of apprenticeship and who completed their four-week internship abroad. The aim of the project is to provide young people, who are mostly from the rural environment of our school, with opportunities to gain first professional experience in other European countries. It is more than probable that the generation of today's trainees will not be able to work at home alone during their professional life. The willingness to engage in jobs also in other European countries will certainly give the participating young people competitive advantages in later job applications. In Sweden, Slovenia and Malta, the trainees of the Adolf Reichwein School have experienced other working cultures as strangers. We would like in particular to achieve that through this experience gives a greater tolerance to foreign colleagues and classmates in the home environment by it. The experience of the ""self-being-being"", here is surely very strong empathy, if they are later back home. The content of the project was shaped by the training of the pupils in the course of their studies. This was followed by an internship abroad in a business-oriented company, which gave them a professional job. As a result, all participants have made progress in their self-confidence and self-reliance. The answers that the students in the participating reports (Chapter 7 ""learning outcomes"" and Chap. 8 ""dissemination of results"") confirm clearly that we were able to achieve the objectives set up again with the project. The support of our trainees abroad has motivated us teachers and have had a positive impact both on organizational skills and foreign language competencies. In particular, as non-foreigners, we have been able to improve our English skills, especially in conversation with the hostess colleagues in the company. Especially in the area of subject-specific vocabulary, which also benefited those students who have not yet taken the plunge to an internship. Furthermore, cooperation with our partnerships in Sweden and Slovenia can be used to discuss and develop new ways of cooperation."

The main objective of IESPHL has always been to provide its students with skills that bring them closer to the labor market. That is why it is necessary that both the IESPHL and its teaching staff be updated regarding the cultural and social situation. Therefore, the most important objectives are: to improve the competences of students to increase their employability, to guarantee equal opportunities between our students and those of families with a better socioeconomic status, to promote the professional development of teachers to improve the quality of teaching , promote multilingualism and multiculturalism, enhance the internationalisation of IESPHL and promote cooperation between the training world and the labour world. For all this the IESPHL wanted to participate again in a European project. The project granted the mobility of vocational students to carry out internships in companies: 12 students of Initial Vocational Training (FPGM) and 6 of Basic Vocational Training (FPB), divided into two academic years. For FPGM students 6 mobilities were granted to Italy and another 6 to Ireland, all for 79 days. For this activity, an accompanying teacher would go during the first and last week in each year of the project in order to accompany the students during the travel, guarantee the quality of the services and the fulfillment of the training programme, and help in any difficulty that could arise. Those from FPB were all in Italy for 23 days, and were accompanied throughout the stay by two accompanying teachers, one each year. Finally, the mobilities that have been made have not adjusted to what was granted, but have varied with respect to the original project. The mobilities used have all been FPGM, varying the days of mobility between 64 and 79, depending on the availability and flight price. No FPB students have been sent and consequently, no accompanying teacher with them. This is because we have used the remaining mobilities of the KA102-2016 project for the FPB mobilities, and therefore, in this project we have used only the mobility grants for FPGM.On the other hand, the planned destinations were Italy and Ireland. However, it has been extended to Germany for four of the students. That is, 4 students have finally gone to Italy, 4 to Ireland and 4 to Germany. This decision was taken at the IESPHL boosted by the interest of the participants in this country as they study the specialty ""Microinformatics Systems and Networks"" and Germany is a very advanced country in terms of new technologies. As there were under-age students in the FPGM mobilities, one in Italy and one in Ireland, it was decided that a teacher would be in monitoring in each of the destinations to ensure the quality of services and the fulfillment of the training programme. Therefore, the two mobilities of accompanying teachers have been spent for one week each.In both years the mobilities began in the month of March. Regarding the profile of the participants: 2 students belong to the specialty of ""Conduction of Physical Activities in the Natural Environment"", 5 are of ""Microcomputer Systems and Networks"", 1 of ""Electrical and Automatic Installations"", 3 of ""Bodywork"" and 1 of ""Heat production installations"".These students had already completed the theoretical training so they went abroad to do internships that would be recognised by the module of Training at work centres (FCT). This has given students the possibility of knowing a different professional, linguistic and cultural context. On the other hand, the project granted, and 3 mobilities have been used for teachers in job-shadowing activities in Finland, all of them lasting 7 days. The experience has allowed our center to exchange experiences with this country, which is an example of good practices at the educational level. Teachers have learned about the vocational training system in Finland: characteristics, organisation, training programmes, methodology, use of ICTs, business relationships, evaluation systems, etc. and they have been able to deepen their knowledge and professional skills, in addition to improving their language skills."

The key aims were also the understanding of operation of foreign and international companies, comparing working methods between Poland and the target country, learning how to cooperate efficiently in an international team and presenting novel and new technological solutions, to promote language learning, professional language use and the culture and organization of work different from the native one. Besides, the project aim was to meet the policy of modern European education in terms of mobility within vocational education, cooperation between educational entities, development of vocational training programs, better transparency in and transfer of vocational qualifications, application of IT in lifelong education, and last but not least, in terms of the all-European meaning of education as such. The project covered 60 students (4 groups of 15 students) undergoing a vocational training in Spain (Granada, Seville) and Ireland (Cork). Almost all of them were the third grade (4 of the second grade) students at Zespół Szkół Technicznych i Ogólnokształcących /the Technical and General Education School Complex/ in Bytom, Poland specializing in IT, mechatronics and economics. The monthly training was held in November 2016, In September and November 2017 in Spanish companies dealing directly with IT branches, in particular with computer graphics, web design, network administration and programming, and in March 2018 in Irish ones - mechatronics branch (production lines, control systems, 3D design) and economics (running a company, accounting). There were many foreign companies involved in a project. Most of them had already cooperated or still cooperate with ZSTiO within the framework of Erasmus+, Leonardo da Vinci and ESF programmes. No students with special needs were engaged in the project. The participating students underwent the recruitment procedure and met its criteria. Most of students were of full legal age. The project involved teachers from our school who were responsible for preparing the students willing to meet the project's language, vocational and cultural objectives. There was a school coordinator appointed as a person responsible for management of the project and its proper course during the individual stages (information, recruitment, preparation, tickets and insurance, contacts with parents, training, evaluation, report). There were several institutions involved in organising all the mobilities. These institutions had already cooperated with ZSTiO, having substantial experience in terms of such projects. During the training session participants were accompanied by a teacher who directly supervised all participants, helped them, solved problems and took any decision on behalf of school headmaster. The integral part of the project was evaluation and promotion after every mobility. The most important results of the project are: acquisition of practical skills in the students' profession, better chances to find a job after graduation, strengthening self-confidence and ability to cope with stressful situations, breaking language and culture-based barriers, strengthening the awareness of cross-European dimension of individual education, learning creative thinking and reasoning skills and to promote our school in the local and regional community. Physical results inserted on a project's website are publications, presentations, films with detailed reports on the training.

Kennedy Foundation in Pordenone from the school year 2014-15; *to strengthen directly the employability of the participants, making them better understand the objective of EU active citizenship, personal development and welfare (Rethinking education, COM/2012/0669).The target is represented by young people under 35 years old, having a level B2 QCER knowledge of the English language, available on the labour market, and already involved in the training path as well as in integrated actions of counselling and training (formal, non-formal and informal programs). The two training courses reflected the latest technological developments of Cloud Architectures and Services and of the using of Big Data as strategic informations for companies. At the European and international level, the specific requirements of comparison resulting from the characteristics of Higher Technical Education (ITS), linked to general aspects of changes in the request for knowledge, skills and competence (KSC) from the labour market (Skillset and match, CEDEFOP, January 2015), made the experience of internship abroad a natural and desirable integration to the course offered by the J.F. Kennedy Foundation (ITS).Besides the positive integration of this opportunity in the process of personal and professional growth of ITS students, thus developing the principles of European citizenship, it was also a contribution to: * the socio-economic development – at a local, national, European level; * the development of more relevant and flexible education and training systems - as defined in the renovated Process of Copenhagen (2011-2020) - and being able to communicate with the enterprise system and through the common framework of skills, in particular according to the logic ESCO.The Mobivation project provides, at last, the assessment of skills acquired during the internship period, level 5 EQF, defining it in terms of LOS and linked to e-CF standard e al ""Repertorio delle qualificazioni regionali - Servizi di Informatica"" for professional competences in ICT sector of Region Friuli-Venezia Giulia . The expected results and indicators of the Motivation project success included: at participants level, the positive conclusion of the training path and the consequent improvement of employability, both based on improved professional ICT skills as well as foreign language and personal skills resulting from the experience of living abroad; at a general level, an improved capacity of the J.F. Kennedy Foundation, together with the ITS national system and Mobivation partners, to meet the training needs of young people oriented to technical vocations, and contributes to innovation and competition between enterprises in an increasingly global environment."
