It served as a probationary period as they were interested in hiring him at the end of training/probatory period. The boy asked for the returning since the company was not ready to wait until the end of the mobility. This is why this participant only made a mobility from 27/06/2017 to 07/15/2017 as it appears in the mobility tool.

The T4SOCIAL project was born with the intention of responding adequately to these needs, proposing to enhance and improve the skills of the ""Technician of social and health services"" to be able to provide all companies involved in assistance, education, support. and health care, with qualified staff able to offer effective and innovative professional knowledge and skills. The need to obtain a recognized qualification for graduates is deeply felt by the school institutions, in particular by the ISIS ""Morante - Ginori Conti"", leader of the Tuscan network of younger Professional Institutes specializing in health and social care, so much that in 2016, promoted a Memorandum of Understanding between the Region and the USR in which experimentation with integrated training courses for the acquisition of the qualification of OSS - Social Healthcare Worker is envisaged to guarantee full recognition of the skills acquired by students in the health and socio-health within school educational curricula favoring the transition from school / training to work.T4SOCIAL has followed this experiment by widening its breath to the European learning contexts. The VET Learners therefore carried out de facto working experiences recognized in the context of the OSS pathways provided by partner schools in collaboration with the Region and related local ASLs.ACTIVITIESWe have trained professionals capable of identifying and responding to the emerging needs of the labor market in the social and social-welfare sector:-90 STUDENTS - Young people aged 16/19 attending classes IV of Higher Institutes members of the national consortium - who carried out an internship period of 35 days in the company.-32 DIPLOMATES / QUALIFIED - Young people who had obtained, for no more than 12 months, an FP qualification or a diploma in the social, health or social care field - who carried out a three-month E-PRO training period. We have favored the development of the transversal, linguistic and intercultural skills of young people in different areas related to whitejobs, such as:• Educational services for young people: skills regarding the care of children and adolescents, educational, scholastic and extracurricular support activities.• Socio-educational services for disabled and elderly people: care and listening skills.• Reception services and diversity management: mediation skills, support for the reception and management of integration paths also for migrants. The participants were prepared for the Erasmus Plus VET experience with information and psycho-pedagogical and linguistic preparation activities through the OLS platform. The second assessment showed an improvement in the levels of knowledge and use of the local language, especially for participants with input levels equal to or higher than the CEFR B1.The project in the final stages had to face the Covid emergency19: 11 newly graduated girls were in Ireland and Spain when the lockdown took place. They tested the life skills enhanced with the project and demonstrated courage and maturity, managing the emergency in a conscious and responsible way.RESULTS / IMPACTThe final reports of the recipients show a rating for VET Learners of 92.62% and for Epro 93.75%. We highlight that 100% of the participants declare a perfect alignment of the internship / internship experience with their curricular and career path. The success in achieving the learning objectives by students and new graduates was 100%.The project fully achieved the objectives, applying the ECVET recommendation seriously and successfully, thus optimizing the transparency of the students' learning outcomes within an experimental qualification path.Today the Memorandum of Understanding is stable and the Tuscan Professional Institutes for Healthcare and Social Assistance have understood the richness and added value of the international training of their students in such a strategic sector for the well-being of citizens. The excellent results led to the candidacy of a second edition of the project and to try to elaborate a more codified and wide-ranging strategy for the internationalization of the Tuscan network."
