CORAL is a pan-European educational pathway. It takes inspiration from the Recommendation “A new skills agenda for Europe” (COM 2016 – 381 Final) which urges to up-skill and re-skill the European labour force with new skills, in order to allow them in self-employment and support adults to acquire a minimum level of key competences and/or acquire a broader set of skills necessary to progress towards an upper secondary qualification or equivalent. If Member States want to achieve the objectives of an innovative, smart and inclusive Europe included in the Europe 2020 Strategy, it is necessary for them to take into account the SMEs and microenterprises and facilitate their creation, as they have a huge potential for job creation, beat high unemployment rates, and thus to reduce poverty and social exclusionBy contrast, in Europe 70 million people lack adequate reading and writing skills, and even more have poor numeracy and digital skills, putting them at risk of unemployment, poverty and social exclusion. More than half of the 12 million long-term unemployed are considered as low-skilled adults. (COM (2016) 381 Final). In order to support their up-skilling CORAL will produce a set of tools to assess, educate and recognize entrepreneurial competences. This result is achieved through the realisation of 3 products, having as primary beneficiaries long-term unemployed adults and as secondary ones professional counsellors and educators of adults, as well as all the other professional figures involved in supporting activities for adult job seekers. Those 3 products are characterised by:a) the design, test and validation of an educational pathway and its assessment tool tailored at the needs of the target users; b) a blended educational methodology (Online Start-Up Academy and Start-it LAB) which promotes motivation at lifelong learning, leveraging on the development of beneficiaries’ capabilities - this motivation will be supported by micro-units of learning outcomes so that users could easily experience the success, step by step, during the whole educational pathway; c) the development of a path for recognition of competences acquired through non-formal and informal learning in support of professional update for adult educators and job counsellors. The CORAL methodology, based on the appreciative validation, will be applied to the competences of digital-literacy but it is exploitable also for any other key or professional competence. Procedural guidelines will allow the transparent visibility, enhancement and true-objectification of the competences deriving from non-formal and informal learning. In particular: IO1 CORATOOL- Skills Assessment Toolkit for self-employment requirements – it’s an online self- assessment which adapts the framework EntreComp to the needs of long-term unemployed adults, to foster their entrepreneurial competences, in particular those needed to implement work-related activities typically operated in qualifications referenced at EQF4.IO2 Online Start-up Academy – The educational pathway of CORAL will be designed and implemented in blended-mode according to the flipped-classroom logic. The theoretical and procedural aspects will be delivered through the Start-up Academy MOOC while the experiential laboratories of capabilities empowerment (Start-up LAB) will allow to experience a collaborative peer to peer learning process. IO3 International Appreciative Validation – The third IO will basically represent the true-objectification of CORAL pathway, which basically means the collection of evidences and appreciative references in support of the recognition of the learning outcomes. The direct beneficiaries of CORAL are low skilled, long-term unemployed (2+ years) adults coming from previous work experiences which can be referenced to EQF level 4. This is a fragile target since the more they stay unemployed the more it becomes difficult for them to find a job. The intermediate beneficiaries are PES, public and private employment agencies and education providers for adults, who can incorporate the Kit within their upskilling pathways of adults competences. This project will be transnationally delivered since the development of KIT requires a degree of internationalization of contents and technical solutions, as well as a validation of products which allows its usability at the European level. Moreover, it is essential to share know-how and resources from organizations that complement each other, as no single organization is able to embark on this challenge on its own. For CORAL project, 9 partner organisations (public and private) from 8 countries are combining their expertise in innovative didactics and their competence in the field of adult education. Adult education providers, private employment services, public bodies in labour and adult-education field, chamber of commerce, university, foundation, EU-wide networks were all identified as strategic types of partner.

The internationalization of companies is an important issue for EU and in the recent years. Nevertheless there is a lack of internationalization spirit and knowledge to ensure that a company will have success abroad with a certain stability ensured. So, there is a gap between the need for knowledge and the knowledge that is needed to ensure an internalization company success. By developing internationalization abilities among SMEs, start-ups, potential entrepreneurs, and providing them with the necessary knowledge we seek to fill that gap. Thus, the specific project aim was to embed strategic management Virtual Games (VGs) within business education by enhancing trainers’ competencies to utilise VGs for strategic management training. The specific project objectives were: • To deepen the assessment of the actual competencies of trainers with using VGs in Strategic Management. • To develop a course consisting of 6 teaching notes for the game cases on Strategic Management. • To pilot the teaching notes with 50 trainers (10 per country). • To develop the 6 game cases. • To pilot the game cases with 250 entrepreneurs. • To develop the Teaching Notes textbook and publish an article on using ICT in the teaching process. • Disseminate results of the project in order to assure wider exploitation. The wINGS project produced an online course with teaching notes and serious game cases, comprising the wINGS Learning Environment (wLE), which has the objectives of developing entrepreneurship and internationalization skills within real life situations. Finally, the objective is to educate/teach the player about the various issues associated with internationalization that concern real life situations. The innovative and new-sophisticated approach of the project learning through the wLE with virtual serious game cases, enhances the abilities of players/learners about internationalizing their business, working corroboratively to find and share information, and increasing their knowledge on specific areas like financial issues, marketing plan, and business plan, among others, in the global world market. Through the wINGS project, the partnership aimed to influence the internationalization desires and competencies in Europe and play a role in the shaping of future successful business stories. The total number of people reached through dissemination activities exceeded 100000. This included representatives of target groups who participated directly in the project activities, representatives of target groups and stakeholders who participated in chosen activities, and persons informed about the project via electronic channels. The dissemination Report explains in details the numbers and respective activities.

The industrial revolution is something unique, something that is not happening every year or every decade: 1st industrial revolution – 1784, 2nd industrial revolution – 1879, 3rd industrial revolution – 1969. Now, at this very moment, we live in such a special time when the 4th industrial revolution is in the process! The fact is, that these days people are overloaded by information and it is not easy, or better it is not possible to read all newspapers, web info servers, etc., moreover, for media, in general, the 4th industrial revolution is not the main topic for the evening news. As a result of that, we live in a society that roughly knows what the 4th industrial revolution is. Also somehow there is a lack of people with technical skills in the labor market – a combination of lack of interest in technical education and growing demand for technically educated people could have a devastating impact on the industry within the EU. Employees, employers, young adults as well as VET/UNI students do not have enough information as well, there is not enough communication, support, and political influence to solve this situation. What is smart industry and what does “INDUSTRY 4.0” exactly mean? Put simply, INDUSTRY 4.0 represents the coming fourth industrial revolution on the way to an Internet of Things, Data, and Services. Using the methods and tools of INDUSTRY 4.0 would lead to savings in time and money and increased flexibility of companies. InVET offers a standardized non-academic knowledge base with the learning material to spread out the information about the 4th industrial revolution within the EU. National contexts were taken into account as well as transnational contexts. The knowledge platform users are able to get into the core of the INDUSTRY 4.0, understand its content, and are able to transform achieved information in their work, companies, future studies, or/and everyday life.PROJECT AIMSThe project aims at spreading information and innovation, which delivers Industry 4.0. The specific content - knowledge base - comes from the deep researches and analyses (legislature, web, educational systems) and surveys (VET, teachers). This unique knowledge base was implemented into the knowledge platform. Following the feedback from the survey - all information was adjusted for optimum readability and then transferred to the knowledge platform. A final platform is a valuable tool for spreading information among the target group. Everyone can find there a lot of new information useful during the teaching and it should motivate students for further technical studies etc. The platform can be also an inspiration for educational centers, due to train the trainer methodology/handouts - they implement innovative elements in their courses. The knowledge base can be also used by universities. The target group of InVET can be divided as follows: VET (also UNI) students, educators like (VET/UNI) teachers, trainers, coaches, employers, employees, adults, and the general public. INTELLECTUAL OUTPUTS • O1 Current Status of the Industry 4.0 • O2 Expert interviews and specific research in the field of education in INDUSTRY 4.0 context • O3 InVET Development of the specialized texts - learning material fulfills all criteria of nowadays expectations on learning material - easy to read, easy to understand, easy to learn! The pilot test showed that all partners did a good job and target groups have a very good toll where they can learn core parts about INDUSTRY 4.0 • O4 InVET 4.0 Online knowledge platform development - https://lms.project-invet.eu/ TARGET GROUPThe target group of InVET can be divided as follows:• VET (also UNI) students• Educators like (VET/UNI) teachers, trainers, coaches• Employers, employees• Adults• General publicPartners...during the project lifetime many situations showed, that the consortium was set up pretty well. Thanks to the global pandemic situation all partners had to deal with big troubles in their companies/schools and also still focus on supporting other partners in case of need plus deliver on time their outcomes in best possible quality. Pretty hard test and all partners succeed! In accordance with the Erasmus+ program, InVET contributes to: • Supporting ICT-based teaching and better exploitation of the ICT potential • Supporting technical education • Access to open educational resources (OER) • Development and delivery of new teaching/training materials and methods • Supporting innovation practices in a digital era.

The priorities shall be supported by empowering young adults in the acquisition of legal skills. With an awareness of and know-how in different legal schema individuals develop greater problem solving capabilities, can advocate their interests and gain a sense of self-efficacy. This enables them to better adapt to new conditions, make potential career shifts and be more open to mobility within the European Union. Furthermore, legal training can strengthens their entrepreneurial spirit and civic engagement because they know about related laws and the effectiveness of their actions. PROJECT AIMSBRIGHT@EU provides the European educational landscape with an innovative non-academic basic legal training which enables future participants to• use of the law and justice mechanisms to expand access to public goods and services or to reduce marginalisation and inequality• understand by which national and EU laws they are affected and which rights and duties they have• autonomously read and understand basic legal texts (e.g. contracts, constitutions, judgments, wills, etc.)This gain in qualifications and skills have economic and social benefits:• Legal knowledge is a transversal skill that many businesses and political/civil organisations seek in their employees. Simultaneously, it enhances training participants’ chances of employment by championing not only professional skills but also legal know-how for law-sensitive issues (e.g. data protection, writing contracts, commerce, human resources, etc.).• Greater work mobility on the European job market due to knowledge of labour, commercial and social laws and job seekers’ realisation that there are supportive mechanisms for foreign employees in different EU states.• Positive impact on society because more citizens are knowledgeable in legal issues and can estimate legal consequences of political/economic decisions, thus making informed decisions as voters.• Expanded scope of action of European citizens by gaining an understanding of legislative principles and encouragement of greater interaction with European institutions and citizen initiatives.TARGET GROUP• first, multipliers (teachers and those working in adult education) should have a chance to use the new interactive educational tool for law teaching• furthermore, this tool should give jobseekers knowledge about their rights in the EU work contextFor the implementation and dissemination of BRIGHT@EU we identify following stakeholders:• national Employment Service • national Recruitment Agencies• national further education institutions as well as welfare institutions with labour and social policy objectivesThose stakeholders have a clear mission vis-à-vis the final target group and know their demands as well as the economic demands across national boundaries.PROJECT PARTNERS• P1(CZ): bit cz training is highly experienced in compiling training materials, customized and pedagogical development of training and online programs as well as in project implementation.• P2(IT): Asterisco has a broad network of relevant stakeholders and is essential for the dissemination of the project inputs and results.
