In combination with the learners´ mobility they can acquire the module ""International work experience"".The results of membership in the Europe an EREIVET network is basis for the VET traineeship mobility. The work with learning outcomes agreed on a high quality level of repeated and long experience of all partners involved should be continued. Our professional partners from the World of Work play an essential role by supporting the BbS Syke EUROPASCHULE in choosing the right host company and in coordinating the learning outcomes. Results thereof are to be evaluated based on the staff mobilities in CarNET and IVET-13 networks and to be documented in the Europass mobility. The acquired competences are to be described and evaluated on a 5-level scale. Staff mobility (in Eurocom partner network):There have been profitable student exchanges during years between the European network colleges, but the World of Work has expressed the difficulties in understanding the learning goals and evaluation sheets of arriving students, so it is important to clarify the common learning outcomes for the students and to design common evaluation sheets in order to evaluate and validate the learning outcomes, eliminate differences between participating countries and to transfer the credits to the home institutions.Another important aspect is to improve and secure the quality and quantity of students' mobilities by implementing work units and assessment sheets according to the ECVET standard. The acquired results are intended to have an impact not only on the quality of the various mobilities but also on to be developed curricula based on learning outcomes for the different professions. Therefore not only students that had a chance to go abroad can profit from this effect but even those who had to stay at home will experience the influence in their studies.Working with the ECVET processes before, during and after the students' exchanges will give the teachers and mentoring staff tools to assess, recognize and validate learning outcomes. In this respect it can be made more transparent which knowledge, skills and competences the single student should reach. The main intended activities comprise the description of knowledge, skills and competences, the suggestions for activity units as well as the detailed work on the structure/content of the assessment documents, the learning agreement and the learning outcomes. At the same time the involved educational institutes will learn the toolkit of the ECVET which will enhance the internationalization of the participating partners from colleges and the World of Work. Therefore the project will take an important role in the improvement of the partner’s professional, lingual and social skills which are needed in building up careers. We regard our role in providing the professional educational support on a diverse international level. As a result our focus is on the support of students in the dual system as well as the VET staff. Previously gained experience and competences are to be integrated and improved as best practice examples in order to strive for excellence in the future."

This project consists of several networks and cooperative partners regarding international development and exchange of mobility crossing borders. SOSU C works determined and consciously with, in our strategic- developmental- and actionplans to raise quality and quantity in internationalization and here possible mobilities for our groups of students. We are aiming at preventing drop-outs and increase completion in educations and work, among other things to increase image in vocational education. The overall purpose with the project is to be able to sent students from the Basic Social- and Health Care colleges abroad during their vocational training to relevant institutions for five weeks as an integrated part of their education. The internships will take place in nursing homes or child care institutions. Our goal is to engage 5% pro anno of our students in internships abroad within a time frame of four years, we are therefore applying for 94 mobilities for students in vocational education. The methods SOSU C has chosen are a division of the mobility process before, during and after:We emphasize that: - students are selected in cooperation with more parties- students prepare throughly on their stay professionally, culturally, language and personally- While students are abroad there is a close contact between students, project manager and employer- We do through evaluation It is important for SOSU C to have an international profile for many reasons:- Increase, strenghten and improve mobility abroad- To strengthen the students’ learning outcome - To stimulate and strengthen the students access to further and ongoing education, work and European curiousity- To stimulate, qualifiy and stabilize the cooperation with the work force- As an ongoing process for the individual and for the overall purpose - to qualify the internships for both Danish as well as foreign students- To strengthen the image of Basic Social- and Health Care Educations in Denmark and EU- To work with talents in Basic Social and Health Care EducationsThe project did not fullfil its objectives regarding number of participants send on an international work placement. This is mainly because the employers of the students have concerns regarding Insurance coverage, while the students are working abroad. To be precise, that the student is not covered if she or he damage or hurt a patient of material things while at Work. This is a issue concerning the partner employers of SOSU C.This meant, that when we were halfways in the project, hardly could send any more students away for the mobility experience. We tried to ""sell"" the mobilities to our national partners within Health care colleges, but they, too had enough of own grants. However, we made a contract with Aarhus Health care college, so they could send students on a work placement in the name of this project. They have send 19 students in a international mobility this spring through this project.SOSU C itself have ""converted"" some students mobilities to teachers mobilities and have had 11 employees on a five days trip in UK and Germany"

Previously gained experiences and competences are to be integrated and improved as best practice examples in order to strive for excellence in the future.Vet learners in vocational institutes:In a world that is rapidly coming to terms with the realization that countries need each other to establish a healthy economy and prosperity, we believe that students can contribute their skills to this goal and learn a tremendous amount when interning with companies or institutions in another European country. We want to seize the opportunity of international cooperation and see the positive results through students who have gone before. Every year we intend to send out about 30 students for different periods of time, who will do their work placements in the fields of Economics, Health Care and Social Work. We stimulate students to broaden their horizon, but select potential students strictly, based on their personal performance and progress at school, their communication skills and character. We have noticed that many students who participated in international work placements have felt the impact in their careers, whether it be study choices or work possibilities. Many have gone on to choose a career path that involves international contact or business.

During the last years Sotenet network has developed student preparation before work placement periods and student tuition has been improved. Eurocom Smart staff mobility project in 2014-2016 supports student mobilities by creating work place profiles to help students and teachers to choose accurate workpacements for students. Eurocom Smart is aiming to improve student tuition practices and to create common evaluation forms using Ereivet evaluation forms as the basis. The aim is to simplify student evaluation with common forms and to help in recognition and validation of learning outcomes in the home organisation.Sotenet-network has created and signed MOUs or LOIs with the European partners to clarify the responsibilities of receiving and sending parties in student and staff mobilities. The sending college prepares Learning agreements for students describing the desired learning outomes and evaluation practices according to ECVET principles. The reached knowledge, skills and competences will be recognized and validated at the sending organisation and the gained credits will be transfered to the student administration data. In ""Sotenet with Eurocom Smart"" project the students for mobility perods will be selected according to the practices of each Finnish college and Sotenet network will choose the grant receivers in network meetings according to their criteria. All the students will take part in common preparation days, which will be held in English. During the preparation day the students will learn the basics of the whole student exchange process - the tasks and forms to fill in before the work placement period, the activities during the work placement period and activities and duties after return back home. The preparation process is on moodle-learning environment. During the preparation day the students create their CV's in English and they get to know how their period abroad will be evaluated. The feed-back from students raised a need to still improve the preparation day and let the students to work in small groups and take their own initiative. The moodle learning environment should be up-dated according to the new curriculum. Part of the preparation process will be tests in English and on-line English studies. Well prerared practical nurse students will carry out their 5 weeks work placement periods in European partner colleges. The students will work and study according to their study plans in LAs and keeping in contact with their Finnish tutoring teachers via diary in moodle learning environment. Evaluation forms designed in Ereivet network and modified in EurocomSmart for practical nurse students specializing in Clinical nursing and care, Elderly care, Care for the disabled and Child and youth care and education will be used. Students and their tutoring teachers will give feed-back from the usage of forms in Finland. Students who will have other specialization areas will use skills deomonstration forms, which have been in use before. When the students return back to their home colleges, they will tell their student mates about their experiences at the college, they will prepare their reports which they'll store to the common learning environment and they'll fill in Erasmus+ report. They will return their Learning agreements and Europass mobility passports to the archieves. The skills demonstration carried out abroad either according to the Ereivet forms or normal skills demonstration forms will be validated in the home college and the grades will be transfered to the student administration data. Sotenet network strives to make the gained language skills and cultural competences visible in cooperation with curriculum developing groups of each college. There is a big variety of knowledge, skills and competences gained during work placement periods abroad, but which not has been recognised."

The placement periods have been placed late in the students' training and during the last training period .The training has taken place within the work area to wich we educate and on the professional level, corresponding to this education. The placements abroad have to some extent contributed to achieving the internship objectives of the Program. However, Danish internship office is responsible for the student achieving all objectives.
