The main objective of the project: strengthening old and young people's participation in social life, ensuring that old people play an active role in society by reducing the generation gap and contributing to the development of young people's awareness of social responsibility. EVS volunteers will be a part of active living with elderly and people with disabilities to create a model to develop interaction and dialogue between generations of young and old people. We wanted to continue just after hosting last volunteers upon successfull implementation of Meeting of Generations2014 which is going to last untill January2015. For ''Meeting of GENERATIONS 2015'', there will be two service centers that are Saray Care and Rehabilitation Center for Barrier-Free Living and Emek 75.yıl Elderly Services Center. EVS volunteers will follow the programme that is planned and prepared by project management team. In 2013 it is seemed in reports of United Nations Development Programme that there is not serious progress about strengthening of women employment and women’s attendance for active life that were the biggest plans in the region. Women’s non-agricultural employment ration is % 4.2 in Hatay. This ration is %20 throughout Turkey and %53 in Bulgaria the EU member. We can see here that women’s inadequate attendance for active working life is the head of the most serious problems for both individual and our country. We will find a way out for his problem with “International Women Works Platform” Project which will be actualized with “Entrepreneur Women Club” our informal group we set as Hatay’s young people by utilizing international experiments, and we will set a network which will work internationally. We will actualize our project with concept that 25 young from 7 different people between 5-11 August 2015. We will produce an idea and share these with decision-makers. At the same time platform will perform an active works about strengthening women employment in throughout EU.

The last years brought a topic on the public agenda that is a concern for youth work all over Europe. The radicalisation of young people is on the rise, on all levels of the spectrum - left, right or religious. Youth Work therefore plays an important role as the radicalisation of many young people could be successfully prevented if youth work would better know the different mechanisms and motivations behind the different forms of extremism. In order to successfully prevent the radicalisation of young people youth workers need to get to know the different steps, codes and motivation for the process the young person is going through.

- Skill-set for recognizing tendencies in young people and how to address them The Trainings Course has been implemented nearby Bremen in November 2018.

?Game ,set,exchange ? is a youth exchange planned to take place for 9 days between 7-15 may 2015 in Moeciu de Jos ,Romania.The partnership consists of 50 youngsters and group leaders from 9 european countries Croatia,Estonia,France,Greece,Latvia,Slovakia,Spain,Turkey,Romania and includes 7 youngsters with fewer opportunities : 3 deaf youngsters from Romania helped by an interpretor and 4 youngsters from poor isolated villages from Croatia and Spain.The project take place in a context where youngsters become more and more inactive and society is threatened by by increasing of drugs and alcohol consumption with bad effects on health and social relationship.The exchange is a follow up of a strong partnership in Keyplayers network and other projects and was proposed at a project ideas? fair when almost all partners took place.The aim of the project is to promote active life style ,sports and physical activities as alternative to sedentarism and drugs and alcohol addiction.The objectives are connected with identification of risks of use of drugs and alcohol and promotion of active life style and sports as alternatives of spending free time,with expanding youth cooperation in a cultural diversity background.The activities forseen are for preparation,introduction and getting to know eachother,trust and team building,presentation of participants and organizations,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,cultural visits and a visual campaign in Bran and Brasov,intercultural evenings,workshops in plenneary and groups,daily ,midterm and final reflection-evaluations,dissemination and exploitation of results.Besides there will be transversal activities for visibility,management and monitorizing.The methodology will be based on nonformal education and will consist in games ,presentations,debates,role plays and simulations ,visual campaign.The final results will be flyers,posters,videoclips and a blog of the project.Impact will be felt at the level of participants through development of new competences and assimilation of new tools ,at the level of organization through raising of voluntary spirit and more trained youngsters and at the level of local communities through a higher level of civism and awareness of concrete problems of youngsters concerning drugs and acohol consumption and finding solutions to their needs through sports and active life style.The visual campaign products will be disseminated by all partners and participants and the sustainability will be provided by solidity of partnership ,extension of youth cooperation between youngsters and new initiatives and projects in frame of Erasmus +.

"The training course ""Creating tomorrow's leaders 2"" will be implemented in Uzana, an area near the city of Gabrovo . 28 young people from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania, Montenegro, Italy, Slovenia , Croatia , Serbia, Poland , Macedonia and Greece and will have the opportunity to participate. The duration of the project will be from 01/03/2015 to 01/08/2015, including the days of the program activities.The project aims at participants in senior positions, decision-makers etc in partner organizations and developing their leadership skills and competences to increase the capacity of the organizations. To increase the influence of these organizations at local and regional level , develop opportunities for cooperation , exchange of experience and good practices between them as well as to enhance the quality of the work of youth organizations in international cooperation for the realization of quality projects.The main direction of the project is working with partners from countries where youth work and the youth sector are in the process of development and such projects concerning the capacity of youth organizations from these countries will improve the quality of youth work and active involvement of NGOs in the development of sustainable policies in the sector. In order to achieve rapid progress in the youth sector the initiative ( leadership ) should be taken over by people and organizations aware of the needs and problems and able to identify ways in which they can be resolved.One of the results of the project is to develop project ideas and proposals that can be implemented in an international partnership between the participating organizations. This will promote the 'Erasmus +”Programme and its importance for young people as well as the exchange of good practices and improving the quality of youth work in the partner countries. The project focuses on topics such as organizational management , strategic planning, youth leadership and the importance of youth organizations , leadership in the community, young people as generators of change , work in an international network, standards and quality in the youth work , development of project ideas and their realization within international cooperation.The expected results of the implementation of the project are: to increase the capacity of the organizations by developing leadership and organizational skills of their decision-makers, to increase their attention to the problems in the youth sector, to create conscious and trained leaders who are multipliers of the experience to other young people (direct youth work ) , NGOs ( networking) , and Europe as a whole ( international projects).The methods used to achieve the objectives of the project are training sessions, workshops , simulations , interactive presentations , role plays , discussions , project development and social initiatives.The long-term benefits from the implementation of the project will be: raised the profile/image and competence of youth work and non-formal learning , positive long-term development of the organizations, activities with higher quality that will lead to better cooperation , opening the local communities for intercultural dialogue and development of European identity and solidarity in more young people."
