Skillshare); Food and food consumption (Gnammo, GAS); Mobility and Transport (BlablaCar, Bike-sharing); Culture and leisure (Fubles); Travel and tourism (Guidemeright, Couchsurfing, Airbnb); Funding (crowdfunding platforms), etc. These are areas to be discovered but also to be reinterpreted, based on ongoing social changes. On the one hand, a European level is witnessing a significant change in the lives of young people through or through such platforms. At the same time, the exchange intends to produce reflections and debates about the stortures that may occur in each sector. In addition, workshops will be analyzed in areas where sharing platforms are not yet present, so as to produce inspiration for participants and young networking of organizational partners.FD is firmly convinced that with the right education and knowledge, the opportunities offered by online sharing can surely improve the lives of young people and in some cases become real business and business opportunities (eg Airbnb, Crowdfunding, Uber). Whose project is closely linked to the development of moral skills, in particular the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. The project will take place in Salerno and will involve 38 young people from 7 different European countries (Italy, Estonia, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Greece and Bulgaria). A necessary heterogeneity with regard to the theme to be faced and the faceted differences that can emerge through intercultural confrontation and mutual inspirations. The methodology of work will be entirely focused on non-formal learning, with numerous simulation activities and reflection exercises on key concepts related to the topic (cooperation, trust, public speaking, etc.)Expected results relate to the acquisition of inputs, information and inspiration that can educate you for the correct use of platforms and app sharing economics. At the same time, it is also intended to affect groups of young people who can be reached indirectly through local, end-to-end comparisons with participants. Therefore, it is intended to achieve an impact at various levels, thanks to a capillary dissemination strategy."

BLESMA (see www.blesma.org) was the receiving organisation. The sending organisation was from Poland. Momentum World's mission is to enhance the career prospects of all young people. Our partnership with BLESMA and the sending organisation in this project gave an opportunity for 2 young volunteers from disadvantaged backgrounds to work in a busy headquarters office of an internationally recognised charity in close proximity to Central London. The objectives of the project were: - To offer an opportunity for relevant work experience to build volunteers cv's and enhance future employability- To improve competences in media literacy, critical thinking and team working as a pathway to future employment- To give a greater understanding of working with disability, understanding diverse needs and using initiative - To improve language skills- To give an opportunity to be involved in event organisation and delivery- To be professionally mentored by PR and journalist professionals- To enhance intercultural awarenessBLESMA was looking to improve marketing and communications both internal and external and to take a wider view of intercultural and international co-operation. They employed one volunteer in the role of social media assistant responsible for all social media output to members of the charity, their families and friends and supporters of the organisation including corporate donors and sponsors. The other volunteer worked more directly within marketing and PR ans was mentored by a London PR professional and a full time journalist as well as learning this particular skill through professionals within the office team. In both cases, plenty of time was given to volunteers to assist with outside events as well as their main role.Overall we consider this project to have been an outstanding success for the volunteers themselves and for the host organisation BLESMA. Reports from all parties were positive. It has set a standard which we will aim to match with future projects we coordinate, and we expect to see more volunteers hosted at BLESMA in future. We will use this as a case study in promoting EVS / Erasmus+ through our Eurodesk work.

The radicalisation of young people is on the rise, on all levels of the spectrum - left, right or religious. Youth Work therefore plays an important role as the radicalisation of many young people could be successfully prevented if youth work would better know the different mechanisms and motivations behind the different forms of extremism. In order to successfully prevent the radicalisation of young people youth workers need to get to know the different steps, codes and motivation for the process the young person is going through. During our TC for Youth workers have tackled the following agenda: - Study Visits to prevention programs in the Bremen area - Terror comes with many faces - Exploring Europe’s history with terrorism - Current forms of radicalization, special focus on Islamism and right-wing extremism - Religious and Racial theories for extremism - Youth Workers Role - Skill-set for recognizing tendencies in young people and how to address them The Trainings Course has been implemented nearby Bremen in November 2018.

Our objective with the whole project was to gain experience both on working with emotional management in all the fields we work regularly and to do our young teenager related youth work in the future keeping in mind emotional management practices when we deal with the social oppression and abuses that leads to unbalanced emotional lives at a young age. This is why we agreed with the partners that 2 mobility activities have to be implemented to achieve this. With the 2 mobility activities we further aimed: - To make the 21 youth workers and 35 youth from 7 EU countries aware and conscious of what emotional management is and how it can support them and their peers in everyday situations - To give 21 youth workers from 7 EU countries tools and strategies that enable them to be experts in the emotional management of youth with risk of exclusion, with emphasis on social oppression and abuse. - To allow 35 youths, (22 youth with fewer opportunities) from 7 EU countries to better understand how various types of social oppression and abuse work and how emotional management can fight against them. - To enable the 7 NGOs to act as forerunners of a more holistic approach of youth work that uses the knowledge gained in the area of emotional management to work not only on the betterment of the skills, attitudes and knowledge of their target groups, but also on their emotional wellbeing, without which the foundation of the others is poorly grounded. - To Pilot with the 2 mobility projects, 1 Training Course followed by 1 Youth Exchange a new path of cooperation between the 7 partners of the project focusing on the new skills gained by their youth workers and youth in the field of emotional management and social oppression and abuse. All of these objectives were reached and surpassed in the implementation of the project. in large part because we largely based all the activities in most of the meetings on non-formal learning approaches, experiential learning, learning by doing tasks, debates, simulations, but also theoretical training in case of the training course. The youth workers attending the event carried out concrete follow up activities of the things learned either on personal level or in the youth work they do, but mainly in both areas and a small How To Guide of methodologies on training youth workers on emotional management, social oppression and abuse was also created and disseminated. Cultural activities were also organized in the two project meeting, butmainly in the youth exchange, as a consequence, all participants developed their competences in this area. Last but not least, during the training course and youth exchange we made sure to have enough time for doing daily reflections to help the participating youth workers and youth assess and put into words their learning achievements and thus, as in all Erasmus+ Youth Mobilitiy Projects we do, in the end, everyone received Youthpass Certificates that detail where the participants were and what they did, but most importantly it reflects in detail what they learned and how they developed. All in all this project was a great success on many levels. Besides all the benefits the project had on the 63 direct participants, youth and youth workers. The 7 NGOs also benefited a lot, continuing cooperation after the mobility activities ended, but also using emotional management in their future work. Through this the local and regional communities and in some cases even the national ones also benefit from this new expertise gained.
