First part, the Training Course ""Erasmus + in Action"" was the first stage of the project, gathered 30 people from 8 countries in Ureki, Georgia in period August 2 to August 9, 2015. The purpose of the training was to familiarize participants with all the important information about the Erasmus + program, the main differences from the YiA program, cooperation with partners and specific practices. The training was based on the exchange of ideas, presenting examples of good practice and coaching, more practical and less theoretical character. The primary objective was to train participants on how to organize Erasmus+ projects in cooperation with partners from other countries, with focus on youth exchanges (preparation, application, implementation, dissemination, final report). During the training, participants have created workshops that were used in the youth exchange in Croatia and set up a base for their future project idea. After completing the training, participants were in touch with trainers to guide them and help them to fully prepare their project applications to the deadline in February 2016. One project that was created under the influence of this training, in cooperation with partners and trainers of this project was approved on February deadline .The second part of the project, Youth Exchange ""Dance for Europe' brought together 40 young people from 8 countries in Brist, Croatia in period September 24 to October 1, 2015. Exchange activities were primarily informal and included various activities such as games, dance, sports activities and activities in cooperation with the local community, primary school children and young people from the area. Prior to youth exchange, there was advanced preparatory visit organised and leaders were planning different aspects of this exchange. The idea of the project was to connect the training course and youth exchange by selecting motivated participants from TC to participate in YE also. That aspect of project is partially completed. Also on the training there were small workshops designed, that can be applied during the youth exchange. Both activities included group work with the local population using practical, formal and non-formal learning.Participants in both activities were 18-30 years with a few exceptions. Participants were selected according to the motivation and interest in the topic, in accordance with the program of each activity. The project included several participants with fewer opportunities, those who face cultural, economic, geographic, social, and language difficulties.By participating in this project, participants are given a set of knowledge and skills which they later can use in professional work, in improving their own lives and in the formation of attitude and confidence. Project resulted in new collaborations among the participants, a better connection between partners and new projects with local institutions that rely on this project. The project results were disseminated through various social networks and media in all partner countries. As part of dissemination there were created videos, photos and info leaflet that pointed to the success of the project. There were presentations in partner countries where the target group presented the Erasmus + program as well as this project. The impact of the project on the participants and the target groups was measured in several ways and over a long period of time and the results can be considered highly successful. On the basis of this project, partners got more active members and motivated people with knowledge of project writing and planning. Many participants from youth exchange later focused on more active life, have gained new friendships and business relationships. This lecture was lead by Ana Tsuladze, Davit Peikrishvili and Irina Giorgadze from the “Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Accomodation and Refugees of Georgia”. In our eyes nowadays modern world faces numerous issues, unsolved and controversial questions in regard to migration. Our motivation is to develop an youth exchange which aims sharing of different views and ideas on the migration field of 3 countries: Germany, Ukraine and Poland. In these countries the migration processes are developing in different ways. We want to make young people with different background, culture and religion aware of the current situation as well as of actual political influences and awake in them critical thinking in this direction. Objectives of the youth exchange:- to explore and understand the entire process that leads to social exclusion of refugees;- to identify the competences that young people can develop in connection with refugees and mobility;- to share knowledge about fair trade;- to develop methods of youth engagement that can contribute to combating exclusion of young migrants and radicalization of youth;- to raise awareness on the topic of intercultural communication;- to ensure immersive understanding of profile and social problems of refugees in Europe;- to equip the participants with skills concerning dialogue and tolerance;- to share knowledge and skills in the field of conducting negotiations in different cultural environments, both on local and European level;- to enable youth people practice their skills and competences in the field of resolving conflicts. We plan to have 29 participants from 4 countries, aged from 18 to 30 years. Participants with different cultural and social background will be invited and selection will be made on the basis of participants’ experience. We also welcome volunteers who participate in local communities regarding the migration or/and idp people and also social active youth who want to get new experience, knowledge in such topics. The project’s program is based on the principles of non-formal learning. During their exchange the young people meet and worked in a foreign culture. This gives them the opportunity to get to know and understand new things and to explore their own boundaries. By changing the perspectives, they begin to reflect on their own behavioral patterns. By being in this new environment, prejudices should be dismantled, positive visions developed and tolerance should be exercised. Through workshops, practical part and targeted development-related content should be conveyed and implemented in a future-oriented manner. It would like to encourage European citizenship to exercise solidarity with the global South, as well as to bring young people into the development-related commitment. As a current challenge here, the thematic and practical treatment of causes of escape and migration development is an important part.
