In 2013 it is seemed in reports of United Nations Development Programme that there is not serious progress about strengthening of women employment and women’s attendance for active life that were the biggest plans in the region. Women’s non-agricultural employment ration is % 4.2 in Hatay. This ration is %20 throughout Turkey and %53 in Bulgaria the EU member. We can see here that women’s inadequate attendance for active working life is the head of the most serious problems for both individual and our country. We will find a way out for his problem with “International Women Works Platform” Project which will be actualized with “Entrepreneur Women Club” our informal group we set as Hatay’s young people by utilizing international experiments, and we will set a network which will work internationally. The idea to start a project with the topic „Balance Yourself“ came up, as members of the organization wEUnite, within their work, realized that the main cause for young people being unemployed is the the lack of self-confidence. This is why the organization decided to plan a youthexchange for young unemployed people wit a lack of selfesteem, to open up new perspectives and possibilities to them. This training course will take place in Velden am Wörthersee, Carinthia, Austria, from the 8th until the 15th of February 2015. Participants come from: Austria, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Poland, Turkey and Romania.Throughout the whole week English will be the language we work with. This leads not only to the improvement of language skills, but also strengthens learning processes on a new level, as communication in a foreign language opens up opportunities, that demand a creative way of challenging difficulties with language.“Balance Yourself” is a youthexchange that has been set up to help young people working on their strengths and weaknesses and get to know themselves in a different way. The main purpose for us is to give our participants a positive and healthy feeling towards themselves, to give them the selfesteem to present themselfes in a positive way during jobinterviews.Within this week there will be various workshops dealing with different topics. They will all target the strengthening of self-confidence and therefore will raise the chances to get employed. The participants will be taught rhetorical skills to be able to represent themselves in everyday life and in front of a camera, which will be practiced with interviews. Moreover, there will be workshops to get the participants being creative and think in a different way, so that it will be easier for them to cope with difficult situations and find solutions for those. As the finding of the personal inner balance has to deal a lot with being comfortable in your body, sports will be an issue as well. Every day there will be sport sessions in order to show alternative sports to the participants. Another aspect that will be promoted is working in groups to connect throughout different countries and cultures and get to know other lifestyles and languages. To present and get to know all countries, we have planned intercultural evenings. The improving of personal strengths and diminishing of weaknesses will be very important for this training, as well as conflict management. To make sure that the participants will get the most out of the new learned skills, non-formal education methods will be used. All the competences will be placed in a way, that the participants will be able to use and share them once they are back in their home countries. That way we will spread the idea on an international level. The reached goals will be recorded and filmed and later shared on social networks to reach young people all over the world.
