By focusing on these countries and specific target group, we will provide opportunities for education and skills training, improvement of access to basic health care services and economic empowerment of individuals, thus creating a ripple impact on their families and communities through long-term sustainable practices. This project sets out to bring a new change to society, through innovative solutions, but also to address the pressing issue of youth unemployment both in Africa and Europe, as well as the lack of social capital and increasing cumulative disparity within the European societies that they reside in.The capacity building events (Meeting in Kenya, training in Germany, International Conference/Forum in Ethiopia, Mobile/Distance learning: e-learning training, National seminars in each partner country and Youth workers Mobility in Austria) will be important opportunities to sparkle inspiration, and bring together the willingness to “be and make” a change with management concepts, knowledge and skills on social entrepreneurship, in order to gain greater access to labour market, enlarge professional competencies, and have the necessary tools to a proper understanding of professional choice, and define each own’s personal entrepreneurial social profile. The non‐formal intercultural settings of the trainings will be enhanced by the Africa-Europe synergies, becoming the added value to find strong motivation and to guide participants to be key actors of sustainable development. This project aims at fostering mutual learning and harmonisation of practices in and beyond Europe, avoiding redundancies and effectively acting on the economic stage, to facilitate excellence both amongst the European Member states and the third world countries through capacity building. The project will open a space of debate through which researchers and research organisations can cooperate and promote transnational non-formal learning mobility between partners. The pivotal element of this cooperation is to empower participants to create a deep connection between social entrepreneurship, individual stability and sustainable development, that will allow them to identify social problems that are causing social misdemeanours in the youth communities in the home countries and within the diaspora, and play an active role in finding solutions that will foster inclusive participation of young people in civic, social and economic aspects in their communities. The project will contribute to increase social responsibility and entrepreneurial skills for community development among youth communities and improve their life conditions and promote their autonomy and active role within their community."

""Treed Life"" was a seminar with experts and young people from different organizations in order to reflect about what is the third sector, what are the needs and which are the tools useful to analyze it and develop it. This project seeks to address this issue by giving youth workers a chance to go through a variety of methods that are practical and can be implemented when working with different kinds of groups at risk of exclusion while at the same time making use of easy creative tools. The use of digital youth work methodology is very widespread in many countries but unfortunately doesn’t often form part of the curriculum for youth workers in EECA region, that is why the participation of these countries and exchange of best practices in the field between Program and Partner countries are crucial in frames of this project. The specific objectives of E@Home Training course are as follows: -To provide participants with knowledge about digital youth work methods and its possible benefits for youth work, especially in the context of working with young people at risk of exclusion during crisis times and in limited communicational abilities. - To equip youth workers with new skills to promote social inclusion for vulnerable youth in their respective local communities - To create a platform of self-exploration and self-reflection to better understand the needs of vulnerable youth - To create a platform for intercultural communication and inclusive dialogue between the youth of EU and Partner countries - To develop E@Home methodology network together with follow-up projects taking into account the skills and knowledge gained during the project to enhance collaboration between partners - To facilitate after-project partnership between participants and reinforce their international scope and capacities<< Implementation >>The project “E@Home” will consist of a training course for youth workers, which will be held from 13-21.03.2021 in Lviv, Ukraine. Project consortium decided to implement the project in Lviv, Ukraine as project venue is close to the unique youth centers which is worth to visit with experts in digital methodologies. Hosting partner will contribute to the project involving experts from local youth NGOs. Project will gather 28 youth workers and youth leaders (including trainers and support staff) from 4 program (Lithuania, Poland, Turkey, Romania) and 4 EECA partner countries (Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan). The general approach of the method setting is based on the principles of non-formal education. The learners experience will be in the focus of the attention and as described in the respective sections their wishes and needs will be taking duly into consideration. Several of the methods have a background in theatre and art therapy field (visualization and creation of theatre performances) but will be adapted in a way to be used in a youth work context without prior knowledge or technical skills. Main activities will be devoted to experiencing methods, exercises, group work, discussions and reflections regarding application of digital youth work tools contributing to communication challenges and inclusion issues overcoming. Each national team has at least 1 representative from 2 scopes of interests: digital (youth with experience or interest in digital tools, digital communication, online tools), youth work (participants with experience in youth work, experience of work with disadvantaged youth ). We have already agreed with partners' list of participants of each NGO (active members, youth workers) who expressed the interest to take part in the project in the project application stage and contributed to the project activities. Preliminary selected list of participants has the following age structure: about 20% of participants of 18-25 y.o., 50% - from 25 to 30 and 30% from 30 up to 45 y.o.<< Results >>The impact of proposed training course on participants will be their personal and professional development as youth workers, who deal with vulnerable young people. They will gain useful methodology of digital youth work that can be implemented during their future projects aiming at enhancing understanding, inclusion and creating no violent approach in their communities in crisis times and state of limited face-to-face communication. In this sense, they will largely increase their qualifications in using different creative youth work methods in their daily practices with their target groups. With the help of these methods they will improve the life quality of their target groups and will apply new approaches to their involvement in the society. As throughout the whole project they will have an opportunity to exchange opinions and expertise with the fellow participants both from Program and EECA states, the project also expects to increase their knowledge about effective solutions to the discussed problem that are successfully implemented in other countries. Moreover, they will improve their intercultural communication competences, which will allow them to be very active in the future international educational activities.
