FB has also taken part in several VETPRO projects with student and staff exchanges and mobilities. In this project we believe we have enhanced the quality of our projects. The staff involved in our projects are all skilled teachers and administrators with full qualifications and several years of experience in EU projects. Our vision and ambition is to be known for having mobility as a big part of the school and our mobility project already gained a great understanding and enthusiasm amongst students, teachers and staff and the mobility experience has affected our school teaching methods and by doing that we feel that our students and staff have now got the experience to be an active part of the European society. We are committed to provide our students with necessary competence needed to be able to work in the future in an international environment and in we can confirm by our evaluation and dissemination that we have been successful in reaching our goals. Even so we know our students are satisfied with their mobility our aim is of course to increase the quality of preparation activities and paperwork. Our monitoring during the stay is effective. We do our best to evaluate the mobilities both in formal and informal interviews and through their rapport both during and after the mobility/training. All students make a pp presentation for their teachers and fellow students after their mobility where the tell about their experience and the Erasmus+ programme. This project has enriched both our students and staff and increased their self -esteem and language skills and at the same time they get to know other countries and learn about their cultures. As mentioned before all students mobility is fully valued and recognized as a part of their vocational education. This project had 13 students, 7 girls and 7 boys and 6 teachers in the fields of textile, electricity, beauty therapy and carpentry. The average age of the students is 19-22 years. The student worked in companies and took part in workshops at school. The textile students worked in Turku vocational school in Finland in he clothing department, textile department and ancient techniques department. Our electrical and carpenter students worked in companies in Tartu Estonia in cooperation with the Tartu Vocational School.. By international mobility our objective was to they strengthen the participants professional, personal and cooperation skills and make stronger network between schools and institutions in Europe. Also to enhance their language skills. We are the largest community college in Iceland with the most diverse student population in the country in terms of ethnicity, economical background and age. We consider it an important opportunity for our students to be able to participate in international projects. We know and believe that the project not only enhances our staff professional skills but also contribute to their personal development. This project provides our school with the opportunity to share the expertise and knowledge that the school has developed. The quality of our partners schools absolute increase the quality of our work together as we now know each other by now and work well together. We want to broaden our partnership by adding Denmark, Finland and Spain to our cooperation countries. We want to strengthen the quality of the exchange and increase the volume of mobilities. We aim to give as many vocational students as possible the chance to go abroad on work placements and have it included in their profile and their Europass CV. It will definitely improve the quality of their education and give them greater possibilities of working in their field in other European countries.

"Our project ""Growing up in Europe"" is developed in our high school ""Universidad Laboral"" in Albacete, an educational center placed in the suburbs of the town, next to some Secondary and Primary Schools, It is the largest school in our city with regard to size, number of students and teachers. There are around 1300 students and the current teaching body consists of 126. In the center facilities, there is a boarding school and daily school transport for many students from small villages in the province who study in our school. Our educational offer includes Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) with two bilingual programs (French and English), Baccalaureate with a complete educational offer: Humanities, Social, Technology and Sciences and Vocational Training. In this last one includes three different branches. The Vocational Training cycles offered in the centre are: Tourism and Hotel Management: four Upper degree (one of them with Dual vocational training), Two Intermediate degree and a lower one . Electricity Electronics: Two upper degrees, an Intermediate degree, and a lower one. Two of the degrees are Dual Vocational Training. Textile and Leather Tailoring cycle: An Intermediate degree and a lower professional training. Our school has been awarded with Erasmus Charter of Higher Education since 2009 (KA 103) with 56 mobilities in different European countries. We have also taken part in the last recent year in an Innovation Transference TOI Project, “Developmentof competence in a weblab” as a part of a Leonardo Da Vinci Project ; in a KA 219 called “Attractive schools”; an KA101 project with five mobilities for two years. Our Centre Educational Project has a great interest in internationalization, educational quality, linguistic competence and in our students’ employment. In order to achieve these aims, there exists a real need of improving the students’ linguistic competence. It appears as something basic in their training for the working background, in a world where professional mobility has no limits. It is also required a teaching staff who may be nearer to the European employment professional offer. The activities which have been planned for our students are the development of the internship period in different foreign countries, according to each Professional family. The methodology used to develop this project involves a neat preparation process before any mobility: selection of candidates, a range of selected activities, transport, linguistic and cultural training, a proper collaboration among Institutions a proper assessment and diffusion of results. This year we have moved seven students in four different countries: Finland, Germany, France and Check Republic. The expected results are: an improvement of the linguistic competence, a proper employment insertion from our students, an improvement and adaptation of our educational offers to the European Background, a close contact among different educational center, in order to get a deeper knowledge of some other educational systems. The most relevant point of the project is to try to fulfill as many objectives as possible. We must be aware of the fact that some objectives are slower to be fulfilled than others. It is this project also a challenge of personal and professional excelling. This project means learning agreements which affect to diverse sectors of the educational community: students, tutors, and some other members of the educational community: parents, school council, educational authorities and society as a whole. The most immediate impact we can value with the number of applications of Erasmus + for this school year 2018-19. We have 8 mobilities and we have received a total of 16 requests. In the long term, it is to keep looking for new partners and keep closer relation with the current ones."

Paving the way for International Co-operation 2 (PIC 2) was a two-year project. 31 VET professionals at Raisio Regional Education and Training Consortium (Raseko) performed their 6 - 12 days mobility period abroad. Host organizations were from Germany, Malta, North-Ireland (Great Britain), Sweden, France, Belgium, Iceland, Denmark and Spain. Internationalism, multiculturalism, knowledge about different working cultures and vocational competencies as well as diverse language skills is important elements of the teachers in their work. As a result, Raseko sees that staff member’s continuing education is important for developing international work. Mobility period are approved as part of Raseko's continuing education, which was agreed separately between participant and their managers development discussions. Staff member’s continuing education is mentioned on the Raseko level in Consortium's own HR strategy and unit-level in the annual staff training plans. However, financial situation within Finnish VET is becoming very challenging and this puts more difficulties for staff mobility’s. In PIC 2 project participants were VET teachers, administration, counselors and apprenticeship center staff members, which has shown their interest to act more closely in Raseko's international activities for students and for development. There was a cultural training which was according to the needs and participants self-orientation for language and vocational subjects before the period. Report training was given by the Consortium's international coordinator after the period.During the mobility periods participants should be able to collect learning outcomes that are able students to achieve during their 5 or 10 weeks of work-based learning periods. In addition, participants increased their own and their schools knowledge about international activities and they learned also new teaching practices and techniques when visiting the host organizations. Mobility periods also supported the participant's language skills, as well as individual learning pathways plans in consortium's various departments. In addition, those departments that have not yet been internationally oriented started their international activities development. As an outcome in PIC 2 project teachers gathered and analyzed learning outcomes that are achievable abroad. Consortium received information on work practices and work cultures in other countries. Consortium also developed competencies and experiences in ECVET system together with host organizations.Project outcomes was distributed in consortium's project fairs, staff members meetings in departments, homapage, network of vocational schools and internationally such as through EREIVET network.
