THEODOSIOU PRIVATE MEDICAL SERVICES LIMITED,"Royal Artemis Medical Centre,91d99b98a3c3e2d3ce944959398f9d7fFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-1-RO01-KA102-048035Funder Contribution: 31,215 EUR’Erasmus+, an Extra chance for professional training of future nurses at European standards’ was a mobility project for VET learners which improved the quality of specific practical training of students in pre-university tertiary level- Health and Assistance Area; we succeeded to enhance their chance to get decent jobs and to be active, responsible citizens. The project lasted 14 months and involved a mobility flow in June 2019, which implied 60 hours of professional training of 15 students (level II) in Gastroenterology and General Surgery areas. The applicant was ‘Traian Lalescu’ National College, Resita, Romania and the partners were three organizations from Paphos, Cyprus: Royal Artemis Medical Centre, T. Theodosiou Private Medical Services Limited (host training companies) and OPEI (intermediary organization). The objective of this mobility was fulfilled: the participants obtained high professional skills, requested by the professional standards: they trained to recognize symptoms and to diagnose a lot of medical conditions; elaborated a nursing plan, applied medical procedures and evaluated the results of the treatments. Moreover, the participants improved their English language skills, both in formal and non-formal situations, worked every day in a multicultural team and their motivation for professional and personal growth also improved. This project provided a huge opportunity for students to understand new learning strategies and the students became part of a European learning network, based on quality and responsibility. Throughout the practical exams and written tests , we have seen a real improvement of knowledge and skills which allowed us to validate and certify the competences acquired by the participants. We believe that this great chance determined a change for the better both in students and staff. With regards to the changes implied at the organization’s level, we have got higher skills in implementing European projects and improved our internationalisation strategies. Our institution provided a great example of vocational education and training in health area and contributed to reducing unemployment and increasing quality of health care in our community.

Europrojects Granada S.L.,J.CALERO MOTORSPORT,Liceul Tehnologic Dimitrie LeonidaFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2015-1-RO01-KA102-014767Funder Contribution: 42,633 EUR"The project entitled Skills and competencies developed through European mobility was addressed to a total of 18 students of XIth and XIIth grade, upper secondary technological education, technical qualification level 4, auto electrician electronics technician, who were in initial training in Technical High School ""Dimitrie Leonida"" Constanta.Practical training was part of the practical training curriculum provided for XIth grade, specialization Electronist auto electrician technician, level 4 qualification. Due to this project, it was carried out a placement of 90 hours(3 weeks) by modules provided for practical training by the curriculum approved by OMEC 3423 / 18.03.2009 and Annex 5 to the OMEdC nr.1847 from 29.08.2007 - Module IX - Electronic Circuits 72 hours - practical training and 18 hours from the total of 24 hours of the Module VIII-Health and safety at work for students in the 11th grade. Students from XIIth grade had a study of 90 hours (3 weeks) from the modules mentioned in the practical training in the curriculum approved by the Annex no. 2 at OMEdC no 3424 from 18.03.2009, and the difference of 10 classes were dedicated to evaluate the training stage as followed: Module VI Planned maintenance 50 classes, laboratory 15 classes, practical training 35 classes; Module VII Tracing the defects 50 classes, laboratory 15 classes, practical training 35 classes.Placing our students in autorepair shops fielding modern high-tech technologies and developing through mobility were serious needs and a chance for our students to be prepared according to the actual trends on the national and european work markets,a chance for them to have a first contact with highly-qualified professionals, familiar with modern technologies, with work principles that respect the environment, a first experience of a real job after which they could shape to themselves, a correct image about the career opportunities.There are 5 partners involved in the project:-Technological High School Dimitrie Leonida Constanta – the beneficiary of the project- J.CALERO MOTORSPORT (Spain) - M.E.P. Europrojects Granada (Spain) - AUTO CLINIC GARAGE LTD (Cyprus)- Organization for Promotion of European Issues (Cyprus)The practical training stage took place divided into 2 flows -9 students in each country The mobilities were held on two flows :thefirst flow, during the period 18.01 - 05.02.2016, 9 students and 1 monitor teacher,in Granada , Spain and the second flow, during the period 28.03-15.04.2016, 9 students and 1 monitor teacher, in Paphos, Cyprus.The main practical activities undertaken by the participants were:Familiarization with the main activities done in an auto repair shop: final results, the organization of the auto repair shops, the study of legislation and documents used in auto repair shop; Familiarization with the specific way of planning and doing the activities in an auto repair shop; identify the resources used in a group; make observations in the notebooks;Plan, teach and evaluate the activities of the students (active training);The training period it become part of the specialty training and will be acknowledged and validated by implementing the ECEVT system for the organization of transnational mobilities.The objectives of this project1 Training and development of specialized technical skills of students who are in initial training in accordance with appropriate training qualification standards, evaluated in an education system different from Romania, transferable, recognized and included in their qualification by ECVET2 Developing attitudes and behaviors required to raising employment and competitiveness in dynamic world of labor market and becoming active European citizens 3 Consolidating and enlarging the educational partnership to ensure the quality of the student’s practice on European standards4 Improving the communication competences and the English language,to increase the mobility of the future absolventsFor the 18 participants at the mobility, the immediately expected results are- improving knowledge, skills, competencies target group members in their professional field -improving language skills, adaptively capacity to new socio-cultural situations, developing the spirit of teamwork, working in a competitive environment at European standards, knowledge of other European realities, economic models-final products with valorization and demultiplication role:a portfolio of training materials, assessment tools, monitoring sheets-an informative brochure and an exposition -a portfolio with instruction materials, evaluation instruments, monitorization files, etc.,-the good practice guide for the engine mechanics worker, which will be used in lab activity and practical instructionIn the medium termFacilitated insertion in the labor market-7 of the participants of XII grade were hired after graduation in service-auto-a new application approved for a mobility project 2016"

Auto Quality Service CenterFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-1-RO01-KA102-047923Funder Contribution: 102,492 EURIn the context of a period when multiculturalism is booming and international cooperation becomes the most targeted institutional objective due to globalization, high school graduates have to be trained for a future job without being limited by formal education within national territory and linguistic networking. The general goal of the project „Learning by practicing”(„Noi invatam practicand”) was to facilitate the social and professional insertion of students from 3-year vocational education by professional and personal development in European context. The specific objectives of the project were: Objective 1. To improve knowledge and to develop key-competences targeted by the professional qualifications as Car mechanic and Car tinsmith-painter, by improving abilities and skills incorporated in units of learning specialized outcomes during activities of practical training, in order to increase motivation for practical performance and chances for a job both inside the country and outside it. The units of outcomes related to specialized technical training for Car mechanic qualification were: 7. Preparation of cars for operating and 8. Car maintenance and repair. The units for Car tinsmith-painter are: 7. Car construction and operating; 8. Bodywork maintenance and repair and 10. Bodywork painting Objective 2. To improve English language and knowledge related to professional terminology for qualifications Car mechanic and Car tinsmith-painter, by linguistic training and use of specialized language during practical activities. Objective 3. Increasing students’awareness of European Union membership and values in order to develop intra and interpersonal confidence and the desire for life-long personal developmentaccording to European standards.The activity of the project initially was 22 months (01.09.2018-30.06.2020), but in the context of the pandemic it was extended to 36 months (01.09.2018-31.08.2021). The target group was 42 students, and the mobilities took place in 3 flows, each consisting of 7 students from the Car mechanic qualification and 7 students from the Car plater-painter qualification ORGANIZATION FOR PROMOTION OF EUROPEAN ISSUES (OPPEI), as an intermediary organization facilitated the development of training activities at AUTO CLINIC GARAGE LTD, Paphos, Cyprus, 2 weeks / 60 hours, during periods 1-14.04.2019; 21.10-03. 11 2019 and 19.-30.07.2021. As a solution for removing the issues requiring improvement and meeting the needs of the high school, of community, of teachers, but especially of students, the project aimed at the following outcomes: - Improvement of knowledge and development of key competences targeted by the professional qualifications by improving the skills and attitudes embedded in the specialized technical learning outcomes units in order to increase the degree of completion of graduates in the field of their qualification; -application of theoretical knowledge from formal education and practice in non-formal environment; - improvement of English language and knowledge related to professional terminology; - developing a sense of European membership, appreciating the European values of education and developing self- and interpersonal confidence; - certificates for international recognition of acquired knowledge and skills, Europass type, for students; - certificates of participation in internships in the European Union for students, accompanying teachers and monitors; -guide for good practices; - regional workshop for sharing best practices. The impact on students was materialized in improvement of professional training both in the non-formal and personal environment by overcoming the boundaries of the national space and the linguistic networking. The impact of the project on Automotive Technological High School was be the improvement of quality in education through transnationalization and thedevelopment of competences for preparing the internationalization strategy proposed by the school mission and vision. The impact of the project on the participating organizations, Automotive Technical High School Craiova, ORGANIZATION FOR PROMOTION OF EUROPEAN ISSUES (OPPE) and Auto Clinic Garage LTD in Paphos Cyprus, at the European level was to represented by the consolidation of relationship, which offers new opportunities for cooperation, for the development of other European projects aiming at socio-professional integration of students with other professional qualifications. While the project is a small component of education, over time, alongside with the multitude of Erasmus + mobility projects, it can have a long-term impact on educational systems in the countries participating in the program by developing new strategies or new directions for mobility in Europe or outside it.

The trainees-participants were 48 eleventh graders –high school level 3-students from the vocational school with auto-mechanic qualification and level 4- students with qualification in Electro-technical technician and Mechanical maintenance. The involved organizations:-The beneficiary: The Technical College “Alexandru Roman”-Alesd-The hosting organizations: P Kousios Electrical Ltd Paphos and Neiva Luz Barcelos (initially entitled Barceltecnica) (Electro-technical technician and Mechanical maintenance and repair technician) and Auto Clinic Garage Ltd Paphos David Octavio Martins da Costa (initially entitled Jomicarauto) from Barcelos, Portugal (auto-mechanic domain).-Intermediate Organizations: Organization for Promotion of European Issues from Paphos , Cyprus and Associacao Intercultural Amigos da Mobilidade, Barcelos-Portugal. The objectives of the project were:-An improvement in the professional training for all the participants according to the specific SPP, through access to the new technology and connection to specialists and companies in the field with a view to a better career and better employment chances.-To enable students to adapt to various professional, social and cultural environments through an improvement in English communication and culture and the development of some European values and attitudes for their better mobility.-The achievement of a long-lasting partnership with institutions from the European space for a high-quality practical training.-The development of an institutional management through the use of recognizing the results tools of learning in various contexts and the acquisition of the skills to implement European projects. They reached 100% and contributed to the achievement of the objectives stated in PDE: the promotion of some European partnerships for professional training, the IFP harmonization with the E.U. standards, the implementation of the European instruments for the qualification transparency, the development of competences in writing and accessing European projects, the facilitating of forming the key-competences of the European behavior, the development of some attractive learning surroundings. The mobilities were carried out:-9th March -23rd March 2018-10 level 3-students, the 11th grade-trade school, auto-mechanic qualification+14 level 4-students, 11th grade high school students, Electro-technical technician qualification, at the hosting organizations: AUTO CLINIC GARAGE LTD and P. KOUSIOS FROM Paphos, Cyprus.-19th October-2nd November 2018-10 level 3-students, 11th grade –trade school, car-mechanic qualification+ 14 level 4-students, 11th graders, having the qualification as Mechanical Maintenance and Repair Technician at the host organizations: DAVID OCTAVIO MARTINS DA COSTA and NEIVA LUZ from Barcelos, Portugal.Understated activities:-Fault finding and repair services of electronic circuits, the use of testing and measurement apparatus, the production of mounting schemes of the electronic equipment, the production of mounting tasks, the commissioning of electronic circuits, the connection between the electronic components for the obtained circuits, the checking of the produced circuits, measuring the parameters of a circuit , the design and the construction of the wiring networks of the electronic circuits.- The initial assessment of a car technical state , fault finding and repair services of the car systems , the right use of the technical means for examining the technical state of the car , examination operations , checking and measuring according to the diagnostic schemes, diagnostic systems use of a car and the establishment of the car diagnosis.The obtained results: practical and professional abilities and competences stated in SPP, the improvement of key-competences, a better training for a workplace, the development of writing and implementing European projects, the improvement of training practices and of institutional management, teachi
