A record of Youth population is living today : more than 1.2 billion people are aged between 15-24 years. To help save our planet and give the younger generations a future, we - the NGOs, citizens, communities, elected officials, businesses) to be aware of the issues of resources and our responsibilities to act as actors by changing our way of doing things. produce and consume to become more sustainable by purchasing eco-designed products that rent, trade, share, repair and recycle. The circular economy is the way in which use replaces consumption, upsetting ""traditional"" professions, with the mobilization of young people, creating and adapting new jobs, innovating and otherwise conceiving the organization of work or imagining a product taking into account its environmental impact. While fighting against planned obsolescence, the circular economy mode involves repair, recycling, reuse and reuse. The European Commission predicts that the circular economy will generate around 2.3M jobs in the EU in the future. In France, the repair sector had 275,000 jobs in 2013, with a growing need for labor, and today, recycling employs 110,000 people, generating 25 times more jobs than landfilling. waste. As a result, the job potential in the circular economy is innumerable and everything remains to be invented. As a result of these findings, the partners from Europe, MEDA and the Caucasus wish to respond to the crying needs of a lack of awareness, knowledge, tools and good practices of the circular economy to become multipliers in their turn. acting with young people. The main objective of the project is to develop the key and transversal skills (knowledge, attitudes and skills) of 48 underprivileged youth and youth leaders in the setting up of non-formal education youth initiatives and projects related to the circular economy. , improving their personal and professional development, their participation in society as active and responsible citizens, promoting their employability in the labor market resulting from this new model. The specific objectives and pedagogical progression of the project are structured as follows:-Stimulate understanding of sustainable development, circular / linear economy, global warming and carbon emissions, ecological footprint, green entrepreneurship, eco-citizenship, disadvantaged youth, employability, start-ups;-Identify and understand the contexts and needs of youth workers in the circular economy and its sustainable development issues generating jobs and experiences for young JAMO;-Share and exchange experiences, solutions and good practices related to the circular economy facilitating and improving the socio-educational and professional inclusion of disadvantaged young people;-To provide participants with fewer opportunities for skills in youth support and employability tools by building their capacity and autonomy;-To multiply the synergies between different actors (young people, civil society, communities, elected officials, decision-makers, companies, media) to identify employment potential in the circular economy;-Capitalize and create tangible tools with multiplier effect for youth workers facilitating an innovative and creative ecological transition including young people on the labor market by creating an e-booklet on ""the potential and the employment niches in the 'circular economy' and a tutorial 'Young, I create from A to Z my start-up in the circular economy';-Develop new partnerships and an e-campaign promoting the circular economy and recommendations by ensuring maximum dissemination among young people, NGOs, media, elected officials, decision-makers, public authorities and the general public (consumers and chambers of consumption). This project joins the Erasmus + objectives by improving skills and raising the awareness of youth workers with fewer opportunities, environmental challenges and acting through the circular economy as a lever for inclusion and inclusion. professional integration of disadvantaged young people; exchanges of good practices: acquisition of key and cross-cutting skills, increased capacities of NGOs to understand and respond to the needs of a mode of consumption and alternative production promoting employability; and improving the quality of youth work and professional learning through innovation in the youth sector.<< Activities >>The seminar will be held in Strasbourg, France, from 20 to 29th of July 2019. The activities will be interactive, innovative, participatory and varied, based on NFE methods involving participants in all activities according to their resources, motivations and needs, giving priority to peer education and ""learning by doing"" where they are considered resources. The mobility will start with the sharing activities proposed by the trainers, facilitating the cohesion and dynamics of the group and creating a climate of trust conducive to learning. A presentation of the objectives, methods and program as well as an activity on the expectations, fears and contributions of the participants will take place. The latter will explore in a participatory and interactive way (intercultural subgroups) the theme and analyze different concepts related to the topic of circular economy, sharing the realities in participants' contexts by identifying pollution, causes and their impacts on the environment. In plenary session, Terre Solidaire and ADEME Grand Est will hold a conference introducing the issues, perspectives, legislative instruments and European tools of the circular economy. The trainers will organize an activity of simulation of the ecological footprint to raise awareness and make participants aware of the environmental impacts of their behavior and consumption and to promote eco-friendly actions.Other activities include organization of Capacity-building sessions for youth workers where trainee participants from Europe, Meda and Caucasus will facilitate their session through the exchange of best practices in circular economy and job creation. Participants will make recommendations to stakeholders where they most feel comfortable: ONG, policy makers and elected officials, media and the general public ranging from local to European... and create an e-booklet on the potential of job markets in the filed of circular economy as well as creating a tutorial ""Young, I created from start to finish my start-up in the circular economy"", facilitating the employability of disadvantaged young people.Various activities of local immersion and intercultural learning are planned: street interviews made by the participants on the circular economy and the short circuit economy, the safari photo which will allow participants to interact and sensitize the local population to the themes of the project (co-animated by French, Turkish, Algerian, German and Armenian participants), informal moments, intercultural evening (co-hosted by Finnish, Moroccan, Croatian, Bulgarian and Ukrainian participants), work in subgroups and workshops of language release (each morning 1 national group will present their language) in order to enrich themselves and discover other cultures & languages.Activities such as partnership building and project management will be held, with a first session including the presentation of NGO partners, that be co-hosted by Tunisians, Hungarians, Portuguese and Dutch participants. This will be followed by a workshop on the methodology of a youth project related to the circular economy and 3 sessions will be dedicated to the creation of projects: brainstorming to find common ideas in subgroups, structuring projects and presentation to other participants in order to get their critical opinion.Collectively, the participants will develop a strategy for dissemination of results and evaluation of learning by exchanging tools (social media, website 3.0, writing articles, e-booklet, tutorial, film, recommendations) that will help transfer the results of the training project beyond the direct target group. The evaluation will be carried out via daily focus groups, an intermediate and final evaluation will be organized via the writing of articles in the mother tongue and the development of the Youthpass Certificate and the Europass CV.French participants will play the role of facilitators for the integration of foreign participants in Strasbourg. Also in the evaluation and feedback phase after the project, they will testify and share their experience with their peers during valorisation and dissemination events organized by AMSED and its local partners.Regarding the profile of the participants, we aim to reach a well-diversified group in terms of contribution, to ensure a multiplier effect of learning during the project. The 48 participants will be at least 18 years old, the majority will be disadvantaged young people (18-25 years), NEET or from disadvantaged backgrounds. Selection will be based on youth profile, motivation, active participation and commitment to being multipliers, through the creation of new projects. The priority group of young participants will be young people, disadvantaged youth workers, facing social, economic, geographical or educational obstacles, young people with low skills and / or excluded from society, long-term unemployed (or NEET) and / or living in sensitive neighborhoods or isolated villages.<< Impact >>Various complementary tools (both online and offline) will be used throughout the project to reach target audiences from local to international, especially at European level, to raise awareness and advocacy in different elections to young people, youth organizations, elected representatives, decision-makers, media, integration organizations, consumers and consumer chambers, governments, the general public, pleading for a more respectful use of our planet and its ressources.Upstream of mobility, participants will create street interviews - a multimedia tool on climate challenges- identifying the types of pollution in their countries and a summary of good practices in connection with the circular economy. They will share them during mobility (online and offline) to better understand the differences and similarities on possible environmental and alternative issues faced by youth workers and youth in different countries.Local, regional and national media, elected representatives, decision makers and companies will be invited to the various public activities: a conference, presentation of the participants' reports, presentation of the recommendations, the creation of the e-booklet on "" potential employment niches in the circular economy"" and the creation of the tutorial ""Young, I create from A to Z my start-up in the circular economy"" (that will be accessible online), to organizations fair, the sharing of good practices and the intercultural evening. The general public will be able to participate, discover and exchange with the participants around the themes of sustainable development and the principles of the circular economy. The created tools (e-booklet, tutorial, multiplier projects, articles, recommendations, e-campaign) will be shared according to the target audience from the local, national, European to international levelrs via the Internet. A Facebook page of the project will be created and updated regularly (it will gather project participants and partners so they can stay in touch after the mobility and continue sharing tools (the e-booklet, the tutorial and the e-booklet). -campaign), good practices, recommendations, articles, trainings and conferences related to the topics dealt with). This Group will also serve as a dissemination tool but will also help participant parties to stay in touch after the project and to monitor the progress of projects born out of mobility. The different non-formal and informal moments will be filmed and edited to create a film that will be posted on the Youtube channel of AMSED and its partners. This video will be screened in the districts and villages of the participants and shared by the partners in their respective networks (website, Facebook page, etc.). The results of the project will thus be shared, which will raise the awareness of a wide audience beyond the participants and their associations (businesses, consumers, public insertion services, consumer chamber ...).All the different publications and videos shared on social networks, before, during and after the mobility will be valued by participants in national events with their peers and via their networks. The impact of the project will be ensured during all its phases: preparation, realization and dissemination, thanks to the press release, to the direct interaction of the participants with the population, in particular the realization of the street interviews, good practices, visits of local structures during the safari photo, the conference and discussions with local experts (Terre Solidaire, ADEME, AMORCE, ObjectifZ and OXFAM). The impact will be reinforced by Press releases, meeting with local, regional and national media, elected officials and other stakeholders invited to the intercultural evening, presentation of organizations and recommendations as well as the e-booklet on job niches in the area circular economy and the tutorial of creating a start-up. At transnational level, 5 project ideas and new partnerships will emerge. Sharing the new tools created will help improve the quality of youth work at European and international level. The partners and the general public will carry a discourse raising awareness of the issues and prospects of the circular economy, a lever towards an ecological transition and generating new jobs facilitating the socio-educational and professional inclusion of young people."
