The education and training in tourism should target at raising awareness on tourism sources, protecting the touristic values and maximizing touristic contribution to the national economy. The organizational capacities of the institutions that give training in tourism should be improved for better quality education and training. The reputation and profitability of the sector depends on maintaining the training quality. Training and education programs should be prepared through appropriate findings of analyses of current changes and possible future changes. “Quality awareness in education” should be raised in vocational training centers and the society. The main priorities of the sector are standardization, appropriate assessment and evaluation, productivity at international levels, the development of service quality and improvement in the skill levels for employment. While identifying the academic education policies that will lead the development of managers and researchers who will give direction to the sector, vocational training and education for highly qualified personnel should simultaneously be taken into consideration. The priority should be on creating the highly qualified and adequate labor force to the sector. The project called “Tourism Education Coordination in Turkey and Europe” was for 12 months and its effects will be spread over years through the dissemination activities. During the project it became clear that the numbers for this group were not met. There were plenty of places and work abroad, but reaching the young people who also have the opportunity to go 2 weeks on labor market survey proved difficult. There are several presentations to classes that were just before graduation, but this saw it as vacation than as an opportunity to go to work. In addition, with the municipality of Leeuwarden and the UWV looked for opportunities to reach young people, this has not led to the desired result. With Boundless Arts, an organization that mediates jobs and internships abroad, worked together to let people go to France to see if there is seasonal work could be found. After a long search, there are ultimately three recent graduates went to Perpignan which one is going to also work in the season. The preparation consisted of hiring and language training site.In November 2015, the target group of the project in consultation with the NA broadened to also graduate students who were in school. Eventually, there have been 10 graduates and 29 graduate officers on labor market exploration. There are some groups went to Malta there to explore the labor market or to work on a project as part of the Capital of Culture in 2018. One of the participants found a job in Malta and has worked there more than one year. The others have been working mainly on improving language, English, and getting to know the culture in Malta. For water sports students from the CIOS there were three possibilities, Mallorca, Pescara and Malta. Mallorca and Pescara have the students experience at a school where the SUP Suppen at sea was a new experience, which increases their chances of employment in the rest of Europe. In addition, various events are supported by the students with whom they have built up an international network for their future career. One of the students has his experience in Mallorca found a job in Tarifa (Spain). In Malta, the focus was on the further development of the English language and the SUP sport. There are also three students went to Berlin after completion of their studies, there have been talks with potential employers and they all have a language course to improve their chances on the labor market there and in the Netherlands. For recent graduates with the opportunity to go abroad on employment exploration is much effort required to disclose the possibility. The relative obscurity leads to many questions. Which only after a lot of calls resulting in a final mobility.

We cooperated with our recipient host partners in Europe to develop our school teacher’s reading teaching skill and to learn about the factors that affect the acquisition of reading skills, the national and international policies applied, the systems of successful countries in practice, and the examples of good practice. Our recipient host partners are UAE ""Globalios idejos"" (Lithuania), dtz-bildung & qualifizierung gGmbH (Germany), BragaMob (Portugal). In the project, we have planned to train qualified and knowledgeable teachers in acquiring skills of reading instruction through our trainings. We can specify the project objectives that we have achieved in this context as follows: - Our teachers have learned innovative teaching methods in upgrading the reading skills. - We have improved our student’s reading achievement. - We have learned about the reading instruction approach in European countries. -We have learned about European education policies. - We have increased the quality of school and teachers in reading instruction. - We have found out-of-school factors that affect reading performance. - We have developed the measures to support students who are learning hard and need special education. - In the development of reading skills we have brought good practices and resources in Europe to our country. - We visited training institutions and conducted on-site researches. - Through our teachers who participated in the trainings, we have learned how to be successful in raising the reading levels of students on the European dimension to increase the success of our school. This project has achieved the above-mentioned goals. The target group of our project is the teachers and the administrators at primary school level. Indirectly, there are also the students among the target group. The effects of our project on the target audience are as follows:With the development of reading skills, the students have gained not only the ability to understand what they read but also the ability to interpret, criticize and evaluate what they understand. They have liked reading more and gained the reading culture. They succeeded in their lessons.Teachers have gained the skills of practice, analysis, synthesis and evaluation in the development of reading skills. They could make their lessons more enjoyable, their motivation and knowledge have increased. Their interests in foreign languages have increased and they have learned to investigate foreign resources. Thus, our school has become an institution that has adopted reading culture. Dialogue quality between teachers, administrators and students has improved.Three flows were made in our project. Flows were made in Germany, Portugal and Lithuania respectively. In Germany, Lithuania and Portugal, 10-day trainings were carried out except for the road times for teachers’ specialization and establishing relations between reading approaches. Institution / school visits and monitoring activities were also carried out during the trainings. Four people participated in each movement. Because of the number of school teachers and administrators being 6, 5 teachers participated in their activities. 1 of our teacher did not attend because of pregnancy. Our teachers have made dissemination activities at the end of the project and have organized project activities. Since the project communication language is English, our teachers have participated in EBA foreign language training in order to increase the teachers' language proficiency.Teacher and student seminars were held to disseminate and share information. At the end of the project, a booklet ""Developing Reading Skills in Schools"" was printed and distributed. Various activities were carried out in our school as dissemination activities A ""Project Management Team"" was established to organize activities and mobilities Expansion activities continued throughout the project and all kinds of news media were used. Our project is an open prospect of development that will love reading in the long term. Thus, it contributes to the development of the National Education Policy. It has also been launched as a project E-twinning project to collaborate with other schools and institutions in Europe to maintain project continuity."
