"<< Objectives >>The project comes from the commitment of the organisers to the implementation of inclusive activities mainly addressed at youngsters who live in vulnerable contexts. It operates mostly through the use of sport, intended as an effective non-formal tool for the acquisition and transmission of core values such as fair play, collaboration and cooperation. The project, therefore, aims at promoting a ""culture of sport” as a tool to enhance social cohesion and stimulate participation and citizenship, but also to build a bridge between different cultures, stimulate intercultural awareness and promote antidiscrimination values among young people coming from suburban areas. The specific objectives of the project are: ●Facilitate the improvement of individual skills of young people between 20 and 30 years old participating in the exchange;●Encourage a greater involvement of young people coming from isolated and suburban areas, to become aware and active citizens in society;●Raise awareness among young people on anti-racism and anti-discrimination issues;●Strengthen foreign language skills and increase awareness and understanding of cultures and countries other than one's own, in order to stimulate a greater and active participation in society and the development of a sense of citizenship and European identity;<< Implementation >>The proposed activities include the implementation of a program in which non-formal learning practices and sports activities will be strongly correlated and aimed at the active involvement of the participants at all stages of the project. The core of the entire program will be: fair play, respect of the rules, teammates and opponents, rights and obligations, cooperation and sharing. The project consists of the following phases:1.PREPARATORY MEETINGPreparation meeting for the implementation of the Youth Exchange, will be held in Lecce from 6 to 8 March 2023. The meeting will see the participation of a representative/group leader for each partner organization, in order to jointly define the road map of the project, establish communication strategies, evaluate intervention methods, also refer to how to support participants. The meeting will also strengthen the relationship among all partners and to take action more successfully in case of any critical issues.2.YOUTH EXCHANGEThe youth exchange will last 8 days, from 18 to 25 June 2023, and will allow young participants to experience inclusion and active citizenship practices through sport. The use of Ice-breaking and team building activities will facilitate the process of mutual knowledge of the participants - and therefore of the different cultures and traditions they represent - team building and intercultural dialogue. Moreover, through Role Playing and Focus Group, participants will be lead to reflect on specific topics, stimulating empathy, active participation, shared responsibility and an improvement of individual and team working skills.Guided tours and moments discussion with local realities will allow a greater knowledge of the territory. The exchange will end with an anti-racist football match.<< Results >>Participants involved in the activity will have the opportunity to increase their transversal skills in an international context, which will allow them to meet other young people, compare themselves with peers and learn from each other; appropriate those healthy values that characterize football and sport in general, such as fair play, cooperation and mutual respect, which can be replicated later in life, as well as sharing good practices that guarantee equitable, participatory and inclusive growth. The activities promoted by the project will make it possible to develop greater sensitivity and attention to important aspects such as the fight against stereotypes and ethnic, religious and sexual discrimination; the value of team building and respect for the rules. Another key concept on which the project wants to affect is the reflection on the importance that sport has on psychophysical well-being. Promoting a healthy lifestyle is extremely important in both individual and community life.Through direct comparison between peers and through constant collaboration with people from different nationalities, participants will understand the value of diversity as a source of mutual enrichment and of cooperation as an instrument of strength. From a qualitative point of view, young people involved are expected to acquire more awareness on diversity and the intercultural approach; greater competence in identifying and critically and constructively analyzing issues and social barriers and developing proposals or strategies to overcome them, increasing one's spirit of initiative; strengthen the values of solidarity, democracy and friendship, cultivating social dialogue."

"<< Objectives >>“F.O.L.K. for Justice” was inspired by the last Erasmus+ projects in which Entrejuegos and the partners took part and it merged their main themes: “N.A.T.U.R.E.+”, “World Peace Too”, ""Youthgoals: a pathway to practical implementation"", ""While the wolf is not around"", ""Focus on democracy"" or “Totem R.I.S.E.”.The common point resulted upon the reflection on these experiences from our volunteers, was the figure of the forest outlaws from the past, which surprisingly, in one way or another, were present in many cultures in Europe, relatively during the same historical periods: Haiduci (Balkans), Briganti (Italy), Bandoleros (Spain), Klefti (Greece), Cossaks (Ukraine).Besides historical researches, lots of the information about them comes from songs, movies, books, poems and other forms of arts and culture, diverse from country to country or from region to region, generating similarities and differences.High social classes of the past were imposing taxes for their own economic stability, creating a gap with the lower classes also in terms of social, educational or cultural opportunities. The outlaws were fighting against social injustice and corruption, helping the poor ones and the social progress, considering forests and mountains their home.Lack of economic stability as individual, family, community or region, leads to a general deficiency of literacy, civic sense and even health or self-esteem, while poverty, hunger or social exclusion are around the corner.Inspired from the past, nowadays, we consider Outlaws as form of activists and independence lovers, promoting peace, its values and general well-being, equity among citizens, equality in rights, respect for nature, democracy and freedom, aligning with the European values or priorities.According to EuroStat, Romania was leading at the risk of poverty among EU-28 countries in 2017, with a rate of 23.6%, followed by Italy, Spain and Greece with an over 20% rate as well, while according to United Nations Development Program “despite economic growth, about 60 percent of Ukrainians live below the official poverty line”. Considering that the Debt to GDP ratio in these 5 countries (involved in the application) is on average 100%, and 80.4% in EU-28 countries (in 2018), questions arised among young people regarding the future of social progress and sustainable development, or else, if the general sense of well-being in the future will be wide spread or rather stretched. With the COVID-19 lockdown, more and more people were at the edge of poverty and there was a strong need to debate the future of economy and social classes during and after this pandemic. The motivational heritage from the outlaws’ forms of art is inspiring us, the young generation, to step ahead and stand for our rights and needs of self-connection, connection with the others and their cultures, with diversity or nature. There was also diversity in the perception of the outlaws, as on one hand, they are seen as bandits, and on the other hand, which we are plan to focus and explore more about, is their romantic heroes’ perspective, in order to create a thematic and interactive atmosphere for an increased quality of the project and the learning process.More so, this application came out from the need and curiosity of young people to approach serious issues in an entertaining way, so 4 main objectives were to be underlined, together with 4 main concepts:– to make a parallel of oppression and discrimination matters from the past and from the present, by offering 30 participants educational tools in order to create and share good practices during all the project’s phases, towards solidarity, equity, inclusion and social justice,– to enhance European Citizenship and European values (human rights; dignity, freedom of speech, democracy), regarding the topic, among 30 participants, empowering creative and critical thinking through the confrontation of ideas and experiences, using a non-formal methodology towards defining individual needs, sense for responsibility and selfawareness,- to explore the outlaw folk culture in 5 different European countries and how they shaped part of our history and our cultural identity, embracing diversity by appealing intercultural dialogue and different forms of art, according to the participants’ knowledge, talents and interest,- to encourage sustainable approaches, respect for nature and spiritual introspection by developing an 8 days youth exchange in an inspiring natural background, where responsible use of resources, outdoor activities and reflection will be heading the community spirit, empathy and environmental awareness.<< Implementation >>30 young people from Spain, Italy, Greece, Romania and Ukraine took part at the project, most of them younger than 24 years old, university students, unemployed, young people at risk of social exclusion and from disadvantaged rural areas. The Ukrainian team was also a highly delicate group, due to the situation going on in their country. The working dynamics were based on cultural and experiences exchange, typical traditions and heritage linked to folk outlaws, outdoor activities, interaction with the local community, theater methods, video-making, crafting and creative workshops.Day 1 – FOLK for Justice!- Name games and common agreements- Team building- Projects overview in group works, debates and creative presentations- Evaluation methods of the learning process and the objectives (Youthpass Horseshoes, Coins for Change, Aiming Targets)- Romanian “Outlaw” PresentationDay 2 – Forest Outlaws- Presentations of cultural elements and heritage linked to forest outlaws from Ukraine, Italy, Spain and Greece - Open discussions on differences and similarities and overview of the concepts of Cultural IdentityDay 3 – Environmental Awareness- Exploration of the surrounding forest of the accommodation place and storytelling about the Outlaws – Bandoleros of the area, cultural and artistic movements dedicated to them- Sensorial and connection with nature activities, observation and study of the typical local trees and wildlifeDay 4 – Lost Knowledge- Division of the groups into: Guardia Civil, “El pueblo” pobre, The nobles and the Outlaws. Each group created objects through crafting techniques, working with wood, cardboard, stones, fabric and available material, in order to create items, decorations, weapons and clothes typical to each of the assigned groupDay 5 – for Justice!- Participants were split into 3 main groups: Nobles, Bandoleros and Guardia Civil. Each of the 3 groups had different missions to deliver while walking through the forest, with every of the group being hunted by the other! With the use of the materials created in the previous day, the morningactivity ended with an active role-play performance.- The activity continued (playing the role of judges, high society, poor people and outlaws) in the afternoon with an ethical open debate one the positive and negative aspects of the Outlaws, discussing subjects like social justice, social classes and concluding with elements of EuropeanCitizenship and Values.Day 6 – Workshops!- The participants were guided to perform and improvise different theatric and creative writing exercises, inspired by the previous activity days, exploring the main topics from the project’s objectives: Cultural Identity, Environmental Awareness, European Citizenship and Social Justice- In the evening, the group took part in a theatric event about banditry in Andalusia organized by the ""Cultural Theatre Association Blas Infante de Humilladero"". "<< Objectives >>To carry out at least one hour of language animation per day on international mobility projects is a quality criterion for many organizations because it helps participants to overcome their fears learning different languages and valuing the languages of others. In this project we will use games as a tool that offers us the possibility to overcome the language barrier in order to share experiences. The common rules of the game and the similar types of games in several European countries allow people speaking different languages to play together. With the use of language animation we will discover the same or similar words in different languages, create confidence in the foreign language skills of the young people and strengthen the motivation to start or continue their learning in the same ones. The specific objectives of this project are the following: - To use language animation as a very useful tool to encourage communication in Erasmus+ projects and motivation for language learning. - To give young workers different tools to use language animation both in participation and in the organization of international projects. - To exchange experiences, good practices and methodological tools related to language animation. - To work on the creation of language animation resources that can be consulted and used in future international projects. - To create a network of partnerships to develop future projects promoting language animation in different social areas. << Implementation >>""LET’S SPEAK"" is a project for 26 youth workers from 8 organizations from 8 different countries (France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Spain, Turkey, North Macedonia, Romania). The training will take place in Hamburg from 11st to 18th March 2024. The participants of this training will be youth workers, who are interested in or work in contact with young people in their associations or at work in their local communities, such as teachers, trainers, volunteers, mentors, etc., and who want to have a first approach to the project theme. In addition, youth workers must have knowledge of at least 2 languages (English and mother tongue) and knowledge of another language would be a major asset. Specific activities to the non-formal methodology will be developed with planned objectives according to the needs of the participating organizations. << Results >>Youth workers will acquire new knowledge and tools and develop attitudes and skills necessary for the implementation and development of projects within their respective organizations and local communities. In particular, this project will help youth workers to: - Discover the language and culture of other participants and reflect on their own language and culture. - Develop awareness and curiosity about the language and culture of others. - Become familiar with the principles and objectives of language facilitation, language acquisition activities, group dynamics, the role of the language facilitator, intercultural learning, etc. - Meet a new professional figure: the ""language facilitator"", an innovative set of skills that combines language teaching skills with the typical skills of social facilitators and intercultural mediators. - To get playful resources in language animation to apply in their daily work with their organizations and with the their local communities."

"<< Objectives >>Reducing youth unemployment is undoubtedly one of the most important and urgent challenges we face in the current labour market. Spain, along with Greece and Italy, is one of the countries with the highest unemployment rate in Europe, being over 30% in young people under 25 years of age (Eurostat statistics of July 2021).In recent years, there has been an increase in entrepreneurship as a way of generating employment, while the figure of entrepreneurs has been considered as fundamental agents that take the reins of their work autonomy.Youth entrepreneurship occupies a prominent place in the European Union as a tool to combat youth unemployment and social exclusion and to boost innovation among young people. Fostering the entrepreneurship of young people was one of the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy and its ""Youth on the Move"" initiative.Youth work and non-formal learning are therefore very important in developing young people’s creative and innovative potential, including for their entrepreneurial skills. In a society like today whose social and economic context obliges us every day to be more competitive and to offer added value when undertaking, we will take as a reference sports values as an object of inspiration.Passion, vision, strategy, leadership and teamwork are all necessary values when practicing sport but equally valid in many environments of our life, including business. The specific objectives to be achieved by this project are:1. To promote the entrepreneurial spirit and culture among young people in order to improve their employment opportunities.2. Develop entrepreneurial skills among young people using sport values as a reference.3. Use useful tools to enable young people to identify their entrepreneurial skills.4. Experience the process of creating and presenting an entrepreneurship project.5. Provide participants with information on funding opportunities for entrepreneurship projects in Europe.6. To promote the use of the Erasmus+ programme as a tool for the development of entrepreneurial skills in young people.<< Implementation >>This youth exchange will take place in Humilladero (Malaga) from 20 to 28 of June 2022 attended by 25 participants from five countries: Spain, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus and Greece.Participants will be young people aged 18 to 30, except for group leaders who will not have an age limit. In the selection process each association will include at least 2 young people with fewer opportunities, especially those that:- are unemployed and/or seeking work or have few resources economic,- have dropped out of school or young people who do not work or study,- who live in rural areas and who have never had the opportunity to meet and interact with others countries or cultures,- who have not previously participated in the Erasmus+ programme. The programme of activities shall be established taking into account the needs and objectives of the partners, using non-formal and experiential learning methods and will focus on the use of sport’s values as a tool for youth entrepreneurship. The sports values applied to youth entrepreneurship will be worked through individual reflection activities, debates, exhibitions, theater of the oppressed, etc., in which the facilitator will give examples of how athletes use these values in their profession and how we can relate them to the workplace and in this case to the process of creation of an idea of entrepreneurship. The development of these workshops will help participants in the realization of the final work ""Elevator Pitch"", in which each must create and present to a jury his own business idea or company.<< Results >>With this project we want to encourage young people with fewer opportunities to develop their own business projects and other types of projects (European, social, etc.), to develop initiatives and to act for achieve more social change and progress. In this sense, the training will deal with issues related to the youth unemployment and entrepreneurship by reference to sports values and by using education as instruments capable of bringing about change and encouraging positive action by young people. The project should be an incentive for more innovative and entrepreneurial behaviour among young people, and encourage them to take steps to ensure a change in their personal lives (as regards unemployment), making them more competitive in the labour market and more present in their local communities."

"<< Objectives >>With the European Union's worrying young unemployment rate, the European Commission has made youth employment a priority. The current work market in Europe has a structural problem with unemployment, which means that there are many available opportunities but young people lack the necessary skills and expertise. This is supported by statistics showing that the youth unemployment rate in the EU is more than 15% (as of January 2021, https://www.statista.com/statistics/266228/youthunemployment-rate-in-eu-countries/), as teenagers and those in their twenties who are fresh out of education do not find jobs right away, especially if the country's economy is struggling. The difficulties have deeper roots, such as the fact that young people lack all of the competencies required to join the labour market. Many times, their lack of public speaking skills holds them back. Young people are not educated to speak in public, and they have little understanding of how to present themselves in a job interview and with a well-written CV. As a result, the majority of young people nowadays are unable to pass an interview. The so-called ""lost generation"" is made up of many young citizens who are struggling to gain the necessary skills and experience. This is due to a lack of key competencies such as learning to learn and a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, which are being replaced with increased theoretical preparation at the expense of the hands-on approach to education required by both young people and the labour market. Another reason for the high prevalence of youth unemployment is a lack of understanding of personal branding (pitch), which leads to inadequate marketing and promotion skills and inexperienced young people. The following are the project objectives that we hope to achieve by the conclusion of the project: 1. Increase key competencies related to labour market entry among the 48 participants from Poland, Spain, France, Turkey, Italy, and Germany. 2. Develop the entrepreneurial skills of the 48 young participants from the six nations stated above. 3. Increase the capacity of the partner organizations to plan, organize, and carry out a KA1 youth exchange customized to adolescents in terms of the changing labour market conditions.<< Implementation >>The projects will employ non-formal, integrative, and participatory working methods: P1(D1-2) -Work on group building, getting to know one another, and developing a code of conduct. We will concentrate on a special session regarding safety and protection, during which we will discuss the European Health Card, potential danger circumstances, and risk avoidance methods. We will explore the significance of YPs through collaboration and will develop a visual based on their presentations, which will include expectations, worries, and contributions. Team building, nonformal evaluation, participatory integrative approaches, and trust fall are some of the strategies used. P2(D3-4)- During this phase, you will focus on developing critical abilities for increasing your career prospects, such as communication skills, knowing how to act in an interview with an employer, creating an amazing CV, and managing body posture, language, and emotions under stress. The following methods were used: role-playing, dialogues, brainstorming, teamwork, and learning by doing. P3 (D5-6)-Time set aside for entrepreneurship. Participants learn about the business mindset, what attributes an entrepreneur needs, how to construct a company plan, how to promote their ideas and many other topics that will help them explore entrepreneurship as a potential profession. Games, simulation, role plays, conversation, and group work were employed as methods. The Mid assessment (re-evaluation of participants) will take conducted on D5. P4 (D7)- This phase is dedicated to a city study tour where participants will witness the realities of Bremen's entrepreneurial sector. Participants will go to Bremen to a firm where the director will discuss their operations, and difficulties, and answer questions from the young people. They will learn more about the local culture and the business sector in Bremen, as well as be inspired by best practices. P5 (D10) - During this phase, participants will be able to evaluate their work during the representation, develop a strategy for further disseminating the project's outcomes, generate material for the digital platform, and upload the information. They will finish the third section of their Youthpass and finalize the mobility route. Energizers, games, debates, learning by doing, Brainstorming, sociometric evaluation, anonymous evaluation, questionnaire, and individual and group reflection are some of the methods used. Sessions held every day: DS 1- Summary of the previous day: During the project, each national group will arrange one or more recap meetings to recall what was learnt the day before.DS 2- Day-by-day review: participants will be given an envelope in which they will write down their learning results, ideas, and feelings for the day. This action supports individual Yps filling. Participants in this programme include young people from tiny areas with fewer job options or from capital city neighbourhoods that are poorer and less developed than the rest of the capital. They are between the ages of 18 and 24 and are about to graduate from high school or university. This places them at a crossroads in their life, forcing them to choose between finding work and continuing their education, both of which need them to adjust to new circumstances. Many of them have attempted to get work but have failed to complete the selection process (failed the interview, did not pass the practical exam, etc.) while others are overwhelmed by the employment realities that they must confront professionally. The young participants have a strong desire to better themselves and overcome obstacles that prevent them from pursuing their desired professions or living more happy personal lives. The notion of establishing a youth exchange that fosters their critical competencies as well as their entrepreneurial spirit would boost their career opportunities. Participants come from six different partner organizations in Poland, Spain, France, Turkey, Italy, and Germany. Young participants from each nation will be directed and assisted by one group leader, for a total of 42 young people and six group leaders. The participant group will be around half male and half female. We strive for gender balance, and we will have a solid foundation for carrying out group activities (they will work in mixed groups according to their country and gender balance). Gender-specific accommodations will be provided. It is vital to note that the timeline was created with adolescent comments and learning requirements in mind. We discussed together, researched the strategy, and the group leaders guided individuals to contribute. The timetable was adjusted several times until it fit the needs and expectations of the participants. The five organizations will assist the young participants, who are the primary players in making the initiative a success.<< Results >>Participants In the short term Our initiative will help participants acquire cross-disciplinary skills. They will improve their essential competencies and entrepreneurship expertise, which will strengthen their self-confidence and prepare them for the realities of the job market. Furthermore, the learned skills will benefit them in their personal life, as they will be better able to adjust to varied social circumstances and engage with new individuals. This translates into stronger career prospects and more opportunities to adapt at work. In addition, because this is an international atmosphere bringing together six countries, participants will learn about various cultures and become more culturally aware and understanding. Furthermore, participants will have several dialogues through the methods employed, allowing them to practice their English and acquire another key skill demanded by employers. Through the planned sessions, the young people will develop their social and cultural awareness; learn how to interact in a nonformal context with other youths from a different country; and discover how they can benefit in the future from the opportunities that have arisen as a result of this Youth Exchange (YE). Their learning journey will be reflected in the Youthpass certificate. In the medium term, Participants will engage in follow-up activities aimed at addressing the issue and acquiring relevant labour-market competencies through artistic methods. As a result of the E+ marketing throughout the project, participants become aware of how they and their colleagues might benefit from further E+ possibilities. Our programme encourages participants to have a good attitude toward cultural diversity. In the medium term, we urge our members to engage in and contribute to the establishment of other E+ initiatives. Our project has a major impact on our participants' receptivity to different cultures. The group projects in which the participants will participate will improve their entrepreneurial and communication skills. Long term, our participation will help to raise cultural and social awareness in their communities, contributing to a more unified Europe. Our participation will help to achieve the E+ objectives and priorities outlined in the section ""Needs and Objectives."""
