The project from Call 2018 was intended for 2 groups of 16 pupils of the Secondary Vocational School and the Secondary Apprentice School in Jindřichův Hradec, who were intended to carry out their internship in the north of Portugal in the city of Braga. Departures were planned for June 2019 and June 2020. Together with the first group, two trainees were to travel for a three-month program within ErasmusPro.The first internship to Braga went according to the plan in the previously planned period in June 2019. However, there was a change in participants, as there was not enough interest in the planned 3rd grade students, and therefore only 15 positions were filled by 3rd year graduates (IT and Economics with a focus on Tourism). One position was later filled by a recent graduate of the 4th year of Traffic Operation and Logistics. The graduate originally planned to participate in the ErasmusPro, but due to family reasons she preferred a short-term mobility. Nevertheless, the ErasmusPro programme was implemented in the planned number of 2 pupils - one pupil was, according to the original plan, a graduate of the field of Traffic Operation and Logistics and the other one was a graduate of the field of IT. The school preferred the participation of recent graduates because it recognized that this experience would be very beneficial for students and younger students would have this opportunity in the following years. The second group of the 2018 Call had a planned internship to Braga for June 2020. However, this internship had to be postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, the school requested the maximum possible extension of the project period. More favorable conditions did not occur until May 2021, and therefore the school decided to set the departure for August 2021.The internship was primarily offered to those students who met the conditions and were already selected for the original date of the internship in June 2020, when they were still 3rd year students. Despite the epidemiological situation pupils wanted to participate. It was planned that the second internship from Call 2018 would be combined with the first internship from Call 2019, so that 3 students of the new field of Mechanics of Machines could also take part in the internship. Due to the one-year postponement, the original third-year students became recent graduates. Pupils were very interested in the internship even after graduation, which was also the reason for choosing the August date, because it did not conflict with a possible start at university or employment. The school wanted to give students this unique opportunity to gain new experiences before the next stage of life. The remaining places were offered to third-year students who had to meet the same conditions of the selection procedure (English test, writing a cover letter, study results, etc.).The goal of the internship abroad was met, as the students applied their theoretical knowledge gained during the study and gained valuable practical skills, which they will apply in their future practice. The content of the internship corresponded to the principles of ECVET and Curriculum of individual fields. Thanks to the deepening of knowledge and strengthening of self-confidence, the interest of graduates in further studies has increased, which is evident among pupils from the internship in June 2019. Due to the date of the 2nd internship (August 2021) this cannot yet be objectively assessed. Pupils gained rich experience for the rest of their lives, joined the work teams and tried to establish themselves in them. They tested their ability to work independently and make decisions in an unfamiliar foreign language environment. They also got to know another culture and, thanks to independence, were able to deal with new situations. They have also changed their attitude in the perception of other cultures. At first, the pupils perceived other cultures and people of different skin colors with contempt and apprehension, because they had not met them in the home environment of the small town. After a few days, people took the diversity without any problem. As expected, the intangible outputs prevailed among the outputs of the practice - experience, knowledge, skills. European tools are considered to be material outputs of the placement: eg. Europass Mobility and Europass CV, which pupils have developed for the placement and can then use it in their job search. During the internship, the photo documentation was used to promote the project, the school and the participants themselves on social networks, after returning from the internship to produce promotional materials that now decorate the corridors of the school.

"„Anghel Rugina” College of Economics Vaslui has implemented the project „Internship – Bridging Theory and Practice” during a period of 24 months, bringing a change in the approach of the education that it offered to the students, a quality education that satisfied both the needs of students and parents and the local community. Analyzing the needs of the target group, the needs of the school and the local community, the way in which the theoretical and practical training of the students in the service profile was carried out, the opportunities offered by the local economic agents, we concluded the reduced capacity of the practical activities developed by the students from the 10th grade of the economic domain.Starting from the identified problem, the project has providedto the students with the services profile, the economic field, an appropriate environment for developing the competences needed for integration into the European labor market. In order to make a change in this direction, the following objectives were set and achieved in 100%: development of a Local Development Curricula for the 10th grade internships, services profile, economic field (Advertising and publicity); the development of key competences in the field of advertising for 25% of the number of 10th grade students, services profile, economic field; increasing the level of language skills of 42 students with emphasis on the development of vocabulary and language specific to their specialization. One of the objectives of the project was the development of a Local Development Curricula - ""Advertising and publicity"", for the 10th grade internships, services profile, economic field. Based on the detailed program of the training period developed by „Anghel Rugina” College of Economics and Braga Mob (APLICAPROPOSTA LDA) from Portugal, undertaken by receiving organizations, parents and pupils from the target group, a Local Development Curricula was developed with the title ""Advertising and publicity"", a curricular aide and a practice booklet. These are also the final products that are used in the project's sustainability period. In order to achieve all the objectives, 13 centers were set up to conduct practical training sessions (USE LABEL, BI PORTO, BRAGA POINT, PHOSPHORLAND, CRU, TIPOGRAFIA PRISCOS, CARTES E SOLUÇÕES, ALIANÇA ARTESANAL, LRB, MAISDECÓPIAS, ENTER PRÉ-IMPRESSÃO UNIPESSOAL, PUBLICIDADE E CONNOSCO, RECICLA PC), which provided the necessary framework for the development of the competences assumed in the project. At these internships, participated during to years, 42 students of the 10th grade, services profile, economic field. Throughout the internship, the students from the target group have gained knowledge and skills that have facilitated integration into the labor market. The project was implemented in three stages: the pedagogical, linguistic and intercultural training stage, the mobilities in the identified centers and the follow-up phase. In this last stage there were activities of multiplication of experiences by elaboration of auxiliary materials for the Local Development Curricula that was created in school and implemented in the 10th grade, services profile, the students created video materials to support the professional activity at the economic classes, an advertising and publicity workshop was set up and a contest took place at local level with the title ""Advertising makes the difference"". Achieving the proposed objectives has helped increasing the quality of the theoretical and practical education offered by our institution, diversifying the offer and developing the European dimension of the training we offer to the students, in order to better integrate the European labor market."

Procedures related to determination and usage of right of property, which are guaranteed by constitution, are under the liability of government and they are performed by mapping, land registry and cadastre sector.Mapping is an information system where earth’s surface and immediate environment are downscaled to a certain extent and modeled.Cadastre is the process of determining real estate legally and geometrically.Land registry is inscription to display the condition of real estate and the rights on it in accordance with registration and clarity principle under the liability of government. When these three descriptions are turned into action, they create an interdependent synergy. The first mapping and cadastral work in our country has started in Ottoman Empire period.Although the number of these Ottoman titles disembarks, there are still a few of them today.Cadastral works, which have started long ago and are very important for a country, have not been completed unfortunately.According to the 2015 statements by Ministry of Environment and Urbanization cadastre of the country is completed of 80 %.That means all of the existing land of the country is not registered formally.Cadastre is like a living organism and it should be updated constantly because it undergoes changes.A lot of reasons such as properties changing hands constantly, experiencing urban and rural changes, building new roads and new power plants, occurrence of new zoning areas make updating a necessity.Unfortunately since cadastre process has not been completed in our country, updating process has not started yet.People try to manage with supplementary and position plans. All EU nations completed their cadastre processes and there are some countries among them which started the 4th updating process. In order to solve this problem, cadastre works are transferred to private sector by the government with a constitutional amendment in 2005.Another privatization was in electricity generation sector. Energy generating private companies needs cartographers to locate electric poles and to conduct transmitting lines correctly.Title deed transactions are carried out at title deeds registration office. These offices are found in every province and state of the country, and these are public institutions with a lot of workload. Therefore these institutions need graduates of land registry department.Changing practices increase the need of intermediate staff related to mapping and cadastre in private and public institutions. In order to meet this need, map, land registry and cadastre departments were established at vocational high schools in 2008.There are no departments at faculties of technical education or faculties of technology which can train teachers to provide necessary education for related field. In order to meet necessary teacher demand, teachers of Construction Technology, which is the closest field, are assigned with a change in government order.Assigned teachers are trying to teach in a struggle for learning the new field.Teachers improve themselves by supports of private companies and inservice trainings in summer holidays.Students who graduate from high school have the opportunity to find a job in their own sector without graduating from a higher education institution because of the need in the market.Students of title department can be officers at title deeds registration offices. Since the students and teachers of this department need to be well – equipped, teachers and students of Mapping land registry and cadastre department will be participants of our project. For this purpose,we intended to see mapping practices, cadastral works and European dimension of our department. We are planning to do mapping practices, applications on construction site, analyze our measurements on computers, and learn cadastral works in the area which is assigned for us in twenty days. Two teachers and seven students of mapping land registry and cadastre department of our school, two teachers and seven students of Sivas, three teachers and ten students of İzmir will participate to the project.Total participants will be 31 people.Since the maximum number of students and teachers are from İzmir, the quota of that school in the project is higher. When the targeted trainings of the project are completed, an educational deficiency will be fulfilled.Through teachers and students equipped with new and modern information, the quality of the related department will increase.Staff with necessary qualifications which are demanded by labor market will be trained.Teachers who are trained in Europe, will transfer their knowledge to the students as long as they work.Students who are educated with this knowledge will use their knowledge when they work in different places of our country. In this way,we are going to benefit this project’s results in the long run.In parallel with these needs,we are going to be on journey in Portugal for twenty days (except the time on route) between 10-29.04.2017 and 08-27.05.2017.
