"<< Objectives >>To carry out at least one hour of language animation per day on international mobility projects is a quality criterion for many organizations because it helps participants to overcome their fears learning different languages and valuing the languages of others. In this project we will use games as a tool that offers us the possibility to overcome the language barrier in order to share experiences. The common rules of the game and the similar types of games in several European countries allow people speaking different languages to play together. With the use of language animation we will discover the same or similar words in different languages, create confidence in the foreign language skills of the young people and strengthen the motivation to start or continue their learning in the same ones. The specific objectives of this project are the following: - To use language animation as a very useful tool to encourage communication in Erasmus+ projects and motivation for language learning. - To give young workers different tools to use language animation both in participation and in the organization of international projects. - To exchange experiences, good practices and methodological tools related to language animation. - To work on the creation of language animation resources that can be consulted and used in future international projects. - To create a network of partnerships to develop future projects promoting language animation in different social areas. << Implementation >>""LET’S SPEAK"" is a project for 26 youth workers from 8 organizations from 8 different countries (France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Spain, Turkey, North Macedonia, Romania). The training will take place in Hamburg from 11st to 18th March 2024. The participants of this training will be youth workers, who are interested in or work in contact with young people in their associations or at work in their local communities, such as teachers, trainers, volunteers, mentors, etc., and who want to have a first approach to the project theme. In addition, youth workers must have knowledge of at least 2 languages (English and mother tongue) and knowledge of another language would be a major asset. Specific activities to the non-formal methodology will be developed with planned objectives according to the needs of the participating organizations. << Results >>Youth workers will acquire new knowledge and tools and develop attitudes and skills necessary for the implementation and development of projects within their respective organizations and local communities. In particular, this project will help youth workers to: - Discover the language and culture of other participants and reflect on their own language and culture. - Develop awareness and curiosity about the language and culture of others. - Become familiar with the principles and objectives of language facilitation, language acquisition activities, group dynamics, the role of the language facilitator, intercultural learning, etc. - Meet a new professional figure: the ""language facilitator"", an innovative set of skills that combines language teaching skills with the typical skills of social facilitators and intercultural mediators. - To get playful resources in language animation to apply in their daily work with their organizations and with the their local communities."

<< Objectives >>The 21st century has seen a rise in conflicts, whether armed, psychological or otherwise, which has inevitably led to a human rights crisis like never before. Sustainable peace and security can only be achieved when all human rights are respected. Building and maintaining a culture of peace is a common challenge for humanity. Therefore, the subject of peace education has become increasingly important in the broader field of education, as it promotes the development of people and society in a peaceful manner, based on the principles of harm, tolerance, equality, respect for social justice and social justice. In light of the current critical situations that put peace at risk around the world, it is important to address the need for peace education as a tool to combat youth radicalization and to provide youth workers with skills and knowledge on peace building, conflict prevention and peaceful conflict resolution that they can pass on to young people in a non-formal and sustainable way. Peace education has a profound effect on forming attitudes about the meaning of peace, preventing the emergence of conflicts and creating conditions for sustainable peace. Therefore, the Up4Peace project - Upgrading youth workers' potential of Peacebuilding in a human-rights education context addresses the following objectives:- Develop participants' understanding of the concepts of peace, peace education and human rights education at the personal, interpersonal and institutional levels;- To explore and develop participants' skills in designing, managing and evaluating non-formal education activities in the field of peace education;- To design a collection of good practices in youth work, based on the notions of inclusion, equality, prevention and resolution of all forms of conflict and violence;- To stimulate European cooperation between organizations active in the youth field within the framework of Erasmus+.This project took place from 31 January 2022 to 07 February 2022 with the participation of 30 people with the 10 partner organizations.<< Implementation >>AJPN is an organization with extensive experience in organizing European youth projects and human rights education. We work with a varied and diverse public that is often confronted with the issues developed by the project. The training course is based on a non-formal education methodology, including but not limited to the following methods:- name games, icebreakers, team building games ;- cross-cultural group work- case study;- world cafe;- fishbowl;- mind map;- digital workshops using digital tools for audience engagement;- creative expression (role-playing, drama, etc.);- feedback and reflection methods (reflection ball, learner mandala, Dixit cards). The activities involved youth workers interested in the topics of human rights and peace education and motivated to work in an international setting to develop their skills as trainers by addressing topics such as public speaking and improvisation, understanding groups, conflict management, non-formal education methods, but also creating a collection of activities for youth to learn about peace education. Through the combination of approaches (learning from certified trainers, then becoming the trainers and creating activities they can use in their work), we ensured maximum involvement of the participants and a sense of accomplishment from having improved the field of youth work and created new activities that helped not only them, but also other youth workers. Participants were over 18 years old and no age limit was set, in order to ensure equal opportunities and participation for all. We therefore looked for people who had worked with young people (14-35 years old) for at least 20 hours in the past months, conducting activities related to facilitating a learning process, guidance, mentoring, coaching, informing or supporting young people, online and/or offline, outside the formal education setting. And all partners played along in the selection phases and we shared information and procedures. The project brought together 30 participants from 10 partner organizations from January 31 to February 7, 2022.<< Results >>Participating in this training had a positive impact on the participants in several ways. Being part of an organization with a constantly busy schedule gives them little opportunity to take a break and focus on their needs. This is an important aspect that should not be overlooked. This training provided participants with professional growth as it is important that participants are continually equipped with innovative tools and additional skills and knowledge that will help them better target the needs of the youth they work with. At the same time, participants have benefited from a positive personal impact. The project has contributed to their personal development and helped them to be more motivated in their work while giving them the opportunity to meet new people and share best practices. The project involved 10 organizations from 10 different countries (Cyprus, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Republic of Northern Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden), organizations that all have different backgrounds but expressed the common need to equip youth workers with the right set of skills to become peace education trainers. In most cases, peace education is not part of formal education. So this project initially trained youth leaders on the subject, who in turn shared this knowledge with their NGOs. We also had the opportunity to discover new tools and methods to integrate into their work within the organizations, thus promoting the development of quality in youth work. In addition, the project connected organizations with similar interests and expertise, which will encourage and facilitate future cooperation. The methods and content of the training course were chosen to allow for high transfer and use of the participants' newly acquired skills to other parties: youth, NGO workers, and local community members. Participants returned to their home organizations as knowledgeable youth workers, ready to share the knowledge and experiences they had gained with the participating organizations. This project promoted diversity and intercultural dialogue, tolerance and respect for human rights, and helped create a social, cultural and educational impact for groups and communities in need. In addition, we have always sought to help participants increase their social responsibility, to involve youth in discussions and decision-making in an international environment, to keep youth active and improve their social skills and multilingualism, and to help youth workers develop professionally.

<< Objectives >>Due to the growing world population and the changing nature of consumption practices, our natural resources are decreasing every day. Therefore, the effective use of these natural resources is necessary in order to minimize the consumption of materials by recycling potential waste materials. In the production process, natural resources (for example, forest, water, oil, etc.) as a result of its use, packages such as glass, paper, metal and plastic are obtained. After these packages on the market become waste, they are separated according to their types and delivered to the recycling sector for use as secondary raw materials in the production process of various products. Thanks to this, we use natural resources less and contribute to nature. Waste is not only an environmental problem, but also an economic loss. For example, we can save oil by recycling plastic waste. 100 Liters of oil are saved for each ton of recycled plastic. The first step of a healthy recycling system is to collect materials and separate them by their type. If these waste materials that have the potential to be recycled are mixed with garbage, the secondary products made from these waste materials are of lower quality, which causes problems with cleaning work. Therefore, the most important step in the recycling process is the decomposition at the source. People who are the first source of recycling waste materials should raise awareness of this issue and ensure that they adopt this behavior in their daily lives. The objectives of our project are as follows:- Instill awareness of environmental responsibility,- To develop positive attitudes about recycled products,- To increase the number of studies aimed at minimizing the damage of waste materials to the environment, health and economy,- Giving people ideas on how to reuse recyclable waste materials,- To increase the number of studies aimed at minimizing the damage of waste materials to the environment, health and economy,- Giving people ideas on how to reuse recyclable waste materials,- To make people understand the importance of recycling in terms of sustainable consumption and Environmental Protection,- To make children aware of the importance of recycling and to increase their sensitivity to the environment,- Increase the recognition of the Erasmus+ program and participation in the project,- Creating awareness about the concepts of equal opportunities and gender equality,- Developing tolerant attitudes towards different cultures and lifestyles,- Raising awareness of young people about global problems,- To enable young people to increase their creativity and improve their skills,- To raise more awareness of people about the importance of volunteering activities,- Contributing to the elimination of prejudices and increasing cultural awareness.<< Implementation >>Our project will be held on August 08-13, 2022 in DREMIL LAFAGE. Each partner will send 8 participants and there will be 40 participants in total. Paying attention to gender equality, we included 4 female and 4 male participants from each partner country. Each partner has its own leaders, and there is no age limit for such leaders. The age range of the participants is between 18-30 years. And each country will offer 3 less opportunities to participants. Participants will carry out project activities by addressing these problems and needs during the 6-day project. One of the reasons for the participants to participate in the project is that they want to know what kind of work can be done on the protection of the environment and nature. Thanks to the project, the participants will raise awareness about the benefits of recycling related to environmental pollution and the use of Natural Resources. They will also have an idea of the methods of recycling waste materials. Another reason is that they want to contribute to increased recycling awareness. They will disseminate the experience and knowledge they will gain with the project, direct people to act consciously, and eliminate their behavior that can harm natural resources and the environment. In addition, participants want to participate in the project to get to know the Erasmus + program, gain project experience, get to know new cultures closely, meet people from different geographies, promote their culture, improve their communication skills in foreign languages, see new places. to gain experience abroad, to take advantage of the experiences of different people, to strengthen social communication skills, to gain new knowledge and experiences and to increase their personal knowledge. These needs of the participants will be met through information, workshops, discussions, evaluation, dissemination and cultural activities during the project.<< Results >>The participants will raise awareness about what recycling means, its purpose and benefits for the economy, the environment and living things. Problemleri tanıma, ilgili çözümler üretme ve bunları tartışma gibi beceriler geliştireceklerdir. Consumer practices will change, they will use environmentally friendly products. Language skills will develop by communicating in foreign languages. They will be more tolerant and respectful of different cultures. They will raise awareness about equal opportunities and gender equality. They will be more involved in volunteering activities. They will become more sensitive individuals on global issues. They will receive information about waste materials that can be recycled. They will learn how to recycle glass, paper, plastic and metal. They will acquire such habits related to the environment and use them to achieve success throughout their lives. They will raise awareness about the protection of Natural Resources. They will discover their creativity and skills. They will be more willing to participate in such projects by gaining experience in the Erasmus+ program. The expected effects on target groups will raise awareness about Youth, Erasmus + Youth Projects.Teenagers, students and children will learn that waste materials should not be thrown away randomly, and not every piece of garbage is priceless. With the project, we will enable them to change their consumption practices. They will raise awareness of the harms caused by waste materials, such as pollution, increased consumption of Natural Resources and reduced biodiversity. We will ensure that they respect cultural differences and a culture of Change. Our target groups will raise awareness of the negative aspects of waste materials and contribute to the recycling of these materials. Students and children who are included in our target groups will be environmentally conscious and will avoid environmentally harmful behavior. We will experience what kind of solutions can be produced as a result of volunteer work. We will enable young people to understand the importance of the Erasmus + programme. We will achieve all these effects through dissemination, workshops, discussions, information and cultural activities that we will carry out during the project.

"<< Objectives >>In 2015, the United Nations launched 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), an urgent call to action for a bettereconomic, social and environmental future. The European Union and its member states have committed to Goal 12.3, whichis to cut food waste in half by 2030. Thus, with the ""COOK MORE, WASTE LESS"" project, we aim to achieve the following objectives: 1. To raise awareness of food waste and its impact on the environment. 2. To make participants aware of the fact that actions can be taken on a daily basis to reduce food waste. 3. To promote eating habits among youth that generate as little waste as possible. 4. To give participants the opportunity to share their experiences in a cross-cultural environment. 5. To make the Erasmus+ program known and the opportunities it offers to young people.<< Implementation >>The youth exchange will take place from 6th to 14th February 2024 in Hamburg, with the participation of 36 young people from 5countries (including group leaders): France, Spain, Italy, Romania and Germany, 10 of whom will be young people withfewer opportunities (social exclusion, educational difficulties or cultural differences, etc.).The participants will develop, with the support of the group leaders, a work program (presentations, debates, outdoor activities...) that was designed and prepared before the exchange.Introductory activities will be conducted to bring participants closer to the exchange, activities related to the project theme, activities to ensure dissemination of results and activities to promote intercultural dialogue and interaction between participants.<< Results >>With this project, we want to bring young people closer to the ""Zero Waste"" movement applied to sustainable cooking, as analternative to certain daily eating habits, in order to make them aware of the impact they have on the environment and topromote a lifestyle that generates as little waste as possible. After participating in this project, the young people will be able to share their experience with their entourage (family, friends,colleagues...) and with their organization and use the skills they have acquired in their daily lives. Through contact and exchange with people from other countries and cultures, we want to promote values such as respect, tolerance and solidarity among young people and awaken their curiosity about new things, creating a sense of belonging tothe European community."

<< Objectives >>Sahel Vision Deutschland e.V. has been established in Hamburg for many years and we work together with all public services to provide local support for young people and migrants. This puts us in the middle of many problems and interactions with the people we accompany in the field.Today, a lot of changes are taking place on a personal level and in interpersonal relationships in our society. And the excessive use of social networks, unemployment, the abandonment of studies or the stressful rhythm of life, they lead young people to face social exclusion. If we add to this the sedentary lifestyle or the influence of the media, the distance between the young people themselves is increased, which causes isolation between them and promotes the conception of negative stereotypes, which can be found in acts of marginalization or xenophobia. On the other hand, even if we live in an apparently developed society, the tendency to carry out activities separated by sex, especially sports activities, which59% of boys and 76% of girls between 12 and 25 years old do not meet the minimum recommendations of sports activities.do not meet the World Health Organization's (WHO) minimum recommendations for physical activity, with the highest dropout rate among 16- and 18-year-olds, mainly due to the heavy academic load.In the case of girls, other reasons for dropping out of sports are: concern for studies rather than sports, not finding a sports offer adapted to their motivations and having less support from the family and close circle to continue doing sports. In addition, girls have a fear of ridicule when interacting with boys in physical activities during these ages. The main objectives of this project were therefore the following:1. To promote sport as a tool for social inclusion to fight against marginalization and negative stereotypes in youth.2. To increase the participation of young people in sports.3. To promote equal opportunities through mixed sports.4. To exchange good practices and methodological tools related to sport as a tool for social inclusion.5. To make known the Erasmus+ program and the opportunities it offers to young people.6. To create a network of partnerships to develop future projects to promote sport as a tool for social inclusion. The specific objectives of this project were linked to the objectives of the Erasmus+ program, especially within the framework of Key Action 1, as the objective is to strengthen the self-esteem and initiative of young people to actively participate in society, to increase knowledge and understanding of other cultures and countries and to develop an awareness of European citizenship and identity. However, the current sports offer for young people encourages competitiveness and individuality rather than interpersonal relations and teamwork. This leads to a lack of interaction with others. In addition, girls identify more with values such as teamwork and group reward, so this type of sport decreases the interest and motivation for physical activity. Thus, through this project, we wanted to raise awareness among young people who are at risk of social exclusion and who need additional support to develop their identity, their social skills and their ability to face life's challenges, to use sport to stimulate their social inclusion process.<< Implementation >>One of the reasons for the creation of Sahel Vision in our community was that there were few or no activities offered for young people to spend their free time. In addition to this inaccessibility is added to the high rate of unemployment that exists in our members and the excessive use of social networks by young people, which leads to sedentary and other unhealthy habits such as the use of tobacco, drugs or alcohol. Local organizations do not offer any type of sports activities to this group, which are often left to their own devices. Among these sports activities, soccer or basketball, are exclusively for boys, so that girls do not have the possibility to access them. While participating in other projects, we met members of other associations and we discussed this problem. That's how this project on the practice of sport to better fight against the social exclusion of young people was born. The problem of social exclusion of young people is not only a local or national problem, but a European one. And in the exchange of information with the partner associations and their participants, we looked for the best way to promote sport as a tool for inclusion in the youth field. The Mixed sports generate values such as teamwork, solidarity, respect and tolerance, becoming a tool for social inclusion, integration and equality, so we want, through this exchange, to encourage the practice of this type of sports and make them known to young people in local institutions. In this way we were able to raise awareness among young people who are at risk of social exclusion and who need additional support to develop their identity, skills and ability to face life's challenges, to use sport to stimulate their social inclusion process. The participants were young people between 18 and 25 years old, except for the group leaders who will have no age limit. In the selection process we evaluated their interest in the projectthe theme of the project, their objectives, their expectations, their motivations, their availability to participate in the preparatory meetings on 07 and 08 June 2021 in Hamburg and in the youth exchange from 01 to 09 September 2021, and in the dissemination of the project results. Each partner came with 7 participants plus the group leader (Sahel vision had 08 participants), but we ended up with more girls than boys in this project. Of these 9 participants, four or five were youth with fewer opportunities. Among these young people with fewer opportunities selected, a majority were unemployed with economic difficulties, others were at risk of social exclusion with very few possibilities of accessing leisure spaces and social relations, other participants had educational difficulties (dropping out of school) or lived in rural areas and had never had the opportunity to attend school.never had the opportunity to get to know and interact with people from other countries or cultures.<< Results >>With this project, we mainly sought to encourage these young people to be more active in different areas of their lives and environment. On the one hand, we wanted to facilitate their social inclusion through a very useful tool such as mixed sports and increase their levels of sports practice in order to improve their lifestyle. On the other hand, we wanted to offer them a new alternative of leisure and free time, where boys and girls can interact through these sports, promoting equal opportunities. In addition, we wanted them to know the Erasmus+ program and non-formal education through this exchange, encouraging them to continue participating in other projects. In addition, through the contacts and exchanges with people from other countries and cultures, we have encouraged young people values such as respect, tolerance and solidarity and awaken their curiosity about new things, creating a sense of belonging to a European community. In the volunteers of our association, our main objective is to awaken their interest in this type of activities, involving them in all possible aspects (preparation, logistics, management, etc.) and opening doors for them to participate in other projects in other countries. As far as the organizations involved in the project are concerned, we hope that their participants will bring all their personal contributions, skills and abilities to make the exchange an enriching experience both at a personal and professional level. We claim that the results obtained through the activities, but especially the organization of the sports event, have an impact on the participants and they can bring this and other future ideas to their sending organizations to implement them in their community. In this way, we will get the results of the project to reach as many people as possible to use mixed sports as a tool for social inclusion. We are a reference association for our partners and we will continue to work on future projects, as organizers and participants, to deepen sport, inclusion and youth and to give the possibility to other members or volunteers of our organization and young people of our community to participate in other projects outside Germany. Finally, through this project, we also sought to get closer to the local community, mainly to young people, local authorities (mayors, city councillors, etc.), sports instructors, teachers, sports clubs and associations, etc., so that they know about mixed sports and consider their use in sports and leisure programs for young people as a healthy, educational, participatory, inclusive and egalitarian alternative. In addition, the organization of this project by Sahel Vision was a good opportunity to bring the Erasmus+ program closer to our region, arousing the curiosity of young people and facilitating their participation in this type of activity.
