We have partnership arrangements with Spain, Zaragoza Dinamica Oliver's training center who can provide job shadowing days for our teachers, and five days have been set aside during the first term so that we can arrange it.This is an opportunity to spend time with spanish professionals currently working in our field of interest. Job shadowing offers a chance to see what it’s actually like the social worker job and teaching in Spain. Not only do job shadowers get to observe the day-to-day activities of someone in the current workforce, they also get a chance to have their questions answered. Our school has two professional instructors who are involved in a professional theoretical and practical training of the social worker. They will participate in educational lessons and visit several practical institutions. Their goal is the theoretical and practical education interconnection and observing learning and their education infrastructure, monitoring, methodology and a new culture in the social worker world.Their experiences are shared in the form of reports and presentations within the school their colleagues and partner institutions, professional colleagues of the day. The Spanish relations transposed by the new knowledge and incorporated in the local school curriculum. The experiances will disclosure of collected knowledge by appropriate means publications, like workshops at Maltese Charity, web-based activities and publications in a Hungarian vocational magazin.

The parties contributing in this project are the following institutions: Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta Charles Robert Secondary School, Savonlinnan Ammatti-ja Aikuiskopisto from Finnland, the Instituto Professionale di Stato per l’Enogastronomia e –l’Ospitalita Albergiera „Raineri Antonello Costaggini” from Italy, Zaragoza Dinamica from Spain, Constatin-Vanotti- Schule from Germany, Berufsbildende Schulen Rohrbach from Austria and the Zespol Szkol Przemsylu Spozywczego from Poland. These last institutions host our students in two terms in a year. Hungarian Charity Service of the Order of Malta Charles Robert Secondary School has been making the effort of innovation, dynamic development and to provide the most modern and professional aids and opportunities possible to the students of the instution.Education takes place on three different levels in our institution; secondary vocational, secondary vocational high school and professional courses that may be attended after receiving the certification of the matura exam. We constantly take part in different projects so that our students will have been ensured all the necessary opportunities to improve their professional knowledge and skills which they can later apply in their workplaces. In this sector gaining work experience abroad is of paramount importance in order to increase the possibility of finding suitable employment to our students in their future. For this reason maintaining the cooperation with foreign institution across Europe stands among the long-term goals of the institution because this program ensures the students added value and also evolves the importance and fame of this school in the region. Those students who obtained professional course abroad are employed gladly. Students who had joined in the program drive up the quality of turism in the region of Souther-Mátra and County Heves. It is also an essential long-term goal to operate catering and turism at high standards in the region with the generations growing up with our tuition and in addition to that having professional language skills and work experience play an important role to keep our high quality services. The European Union has raised the development of gastroturism in order to establish new worklplaces. In Hungary gastroturism has become the most rapidly improving industry. According to statistics the year 2016. was one the best years concerning turism and catering. Mátra and its region played an important role in achieving this result. The development of the infrastructure related to gastrotursim and the effect on workforce and competitiveness, the increase of the role of local manufacturers and support of innovation promote the economic growth of the region. Our institution took a major role in this process. The Chamber of Industry of County Heves especially acknowledges our school as coordinator of vocational education in the county. The institutions which hold partnership with us and participate in the project have the same educational profile as our school has. This partnership is not regarded as recent; in previous years several intercultural meetings Leonardo and Erasmus+ projects were carried out with student exchange and professional language programme as well as student mobility in greater number. Our school constatly broadens its international relations. The major languages of the project and work are English and German and in smaller proportion Italian,Spanish, Finnish and Polish. It is an exceptional opportunity in the enhancement of future employment to the students in their future to be part of this project which our school would like to offer to as many students as possible with the help of Erasmus+ project. Our students receive Europass certifications at the end of their professional course abroad which they have greater chances to have employment on the labour market with.

Boarders of European Union are quickly expanding and the development of skills for our European workers is essential nowadays. Indeed, crafts and companies are now dealing with international exchanges and facing a multinational competition. Qualifications and skills are therefore put into question. In order to contribute to this expansion, it is primordial to provide each apprentice with the possibility to be trained and to work on a European level. It is our duty to offer our learners such training. Les Compagnons du Devoir have always given priority to the long life learning and perform to value on-the-job learning and mobility, mainly through shared experiences, human relations and knowledge transmissions. Long-term mobility projects have always existed in our Association. It is part of our specific professional training “Le Tour de France” to have a one-year experience abroad. So far, more than 6276 of our young professionals have already benefitted from such an experience.Since 2004, almost 14900 apprentices have therefore benefitted from a 3 weeks mobility project in European Union, owing to our trusted partners. Our experience allows us to choose the most suitable partners to provide our apprentices quality trainings in any of our 29 trades (industry, construction, building, baking, leather and textiles trades). Thanks to Erasmus + agreement for 2015-2017, we sent 825 apprentices in gathered mobility projects together with their class and their trade teacher (72 teachers in total), 168 post-apprentices for a one year mobility and 65 apprentices in a technical training for 2 weeks. In September 2009 we managed to officially join in the learning annex of the apprenticeship contract the 3 week mobility project abroad for all our level 4 apprentices. The enhancement of the quality of our project is owing to the developed teaching skills of our partners, who suggest a precise programme compatible with our apprentices’ modules in France, with the specificities of the host country. This approach brings a value to our programmes in France and comforts the employers of our apprentices, worried about this mobility project abroad of their employee. The project allowed our participants to acquire professional, language, intercultural and cross-disciplinary skills. Indeed, apprenticeship and trades are different from one country to another. Travelling is also a way to develop its adaptability and flexibility, two qualities required in the labor market. Our partners involved in our projects are training organizations, companies, social partners, consular chambers and intermediate organisms in 21 countries. Mobility is more and more recognized in those countries; therefore most of the previous work placements are renewed year after year. Years of experience with our partners allow us to organize those projects in mutual trust and prepare at best each participant for his mobility. Each apprentice’s mobility has been validated and recognized through a Europass, and for our post-apprentices, their skills and competences are highlighted on our online pedagogical platform “Aquisav”. With the idea of using ECVET system, our partners already signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The International Service maintained relationships with partners, prepared and coordinated the pedagogical projects if necessary. They helped also their training centres in France for organizing the gathered mobility projects and they supported apprentices following technical training or going abroad for one year (individual mobility). This ambitious project couldn’t be organized without the considerable investment our staff members involved in those actions, in particular educational staff and trainers.
