"The Move2Market project was born with the assumption of enhancing and perfecting internationalization skills in Tuscany, Emilia Romagna and Veneto so as to be able to provide the territory with innovative and up-to-date professional figures with effective professional knowledge and skills which, combined with a correct policy of development, could raise the quality of life standards of the entire area.Specifically, the objectives set were:In general:1) promote the objectives of Youth on the move, Agenda for New Skills and jobs and Youth Guarantee2) improve the conditions for job creation thanks to the sharing of best practices between school, training and businesses3) simplify the recognition of the skills acquired during transnational experiences to improve the transition from the world of school to that of work4) experimenting methods and tools for recognizing competences and credits through the use of UC easily traceable and translatable into scholastic and / or training credits, measuring, recognizing, validating LOs with linear and transparent procedures in line with ECVET indicationsSpecifically, in favor of the participants:5) the realization of articulated activities (preparation, internships, follow-ups) that could broaden their horizons, putting them in contact with social and work realities for their own professional and personal growth6) the emergence of training and personal needs and the raising of ""soft"" skills, ie transversal, linguistic, intercultural skills etc.7) the increase in skills relating to one's study plan and work environment8) increasing their awareness of being part of the European Union and being a citizen with recognizable rights and competencesThe aforementioned objectives have all been achieved effectively, with results beyond expectations in particular with respect to the increase in transversal skills; in particular:- exchange and communication practices have been initiated between companies and schools, especially in relation to the new commitments set by the ""Good school"" law on school-work alternation. The internships carried out within the project, in fact, have all been recognized as an alternation experience by the participating schools and have constituted a good practice, also at managerial and administrative level, for the alternation experiences in Italian companies.- in the same way the use of the ECVET instruments was further consolidated, with particular reference to the credit recognition process (in respect of the autonomy of the single schools) and of making the competences transparent in terms of UC and LO.- on the front of the participating students, as mentioned, very important progress was made in the area of transversal skills, on which a specific training action had been activated before the start (team building), ie:motivation, adaptability / problem solving, virtuous group dynamics, pro activity, communication skills and interaction in the workplace, self-esteem, creating relationships and integrating with the inhabitants of the different localities, mutual trust and fairness- in particular the ability to create relationships with the local context has undoubtedly favored the achievement of the last objective, namely that of increasing awareness of the sense of belonging to the European Union and of Europe as a common space within which to spend both as workers and entrepreneurs as citizens."
