We did not send as many as we aimed to, we did however send one of our apprentices on a longer mobility (5 months) and several that where more than 4 weeks. The main objectives of ICEAPP- EURO II is to;a) enhance and make mobility a real choice for apprenticeship students in the certified trades, b) strengthen the competencies of IÐAN and supporting parties to promote domestic reforms towards transparency and permeability,c) validate credits and develop ECVET knowledge in regards with the recognition of acquired learning outcomes andd) build and organise a network of competent and high quality host providers.e) to encourage young people to test their professional abilities and strengthen their professional network.f) to introduce global and social awareness through sustainability.g) giving an added value to the companies through transnational mobility projectsImpact:a) Never has IÐAN sent as many apprentices in one single project thus underpinning the fact that this is becoming a real choice for apprentices in the certified trades. A total of thirty nine mobility flows there of three, first year graduates. b) IÐAN is has strengthen their competences through reviewing current procedures and ways to give mobility a more transparency profile. A new webpage for IÐAN has been launched where Eramsus+projects will have a special spotlight. According to our strategy plan this will be complete by the 5th of January 2018. This space that Mobility and Erasmus+ is getting on IÐANs Webpage is a result of over 10 years of work that IÐAN has stood for and that has laid the foundation of a growing interest and the understanding of the importance of the mobility program.c) All mobility flows that apprentices take part in are validated by IÐAN as a part of their apprenticeship contract. Newly graduated journeymen receive a certificate that has been registered in Náman (Life long learning data base).d) Never has IÐAN collaborated with as many companies before. This means that we sent apprentices directly to companies, not going through intermediate partners. It should be noted that we ensured the quality of the placement, cooperation through dialogue or email to one of or all of the following: Our Euro apprenticeship partner, the Master craftsman responsible for the apprentice (always) and the responsible person in the hosting company.e) We produced a new brochure for our mobility projects that are disturbed to our member companies during company visits. IÐAN visits VET schools in regards with the apprenticeship contracts, the brochure is disturbed there also. We have a booth during (ICE skills) where we promote the mobility program and for the first time we maid a point of this opportunity at the Journeyman graduation. Where master craftsmen, journeymen and others attend. f) We did not follow through on this point as we wished, except through our before and after the mobility flow meetings with the apprentices. Our chief expert attended a Erasmus+ training course in regards with internationalization strategy making giving the greater importance to sustainability and global/international importance to this work.g) We systematically communicated and collaborated with companies. We have invited representatives to participate in discussions. This work is a result of a KA2 project we participated in called EQAMOB. Putting the company in focus and emphasis on In company mobility learning through a quality mark. EQAMOB&Co and what it stands for http://www.euroapprenticeship.eu/en/about-eqamo-co.html

The project has finally mobilized 14 organisations of the network of chambers of crafts in 7 regions• Alsace-Lorraine-Champagne-Ardennes (CERFAV)• Bourgogne - FrancheComté (CMAR Franche Comté)• Auvergne Rhône Alpes (CFMAC, SEPR, CFA Lanas, ADAFP Drôme, ARFA, CMA du Rhône)• Nord Pas de Calais Picardie (URMA Arras)• Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (indiv)• Midi Pyrenees - Languedoc Roussillon (CRMA Midi Pyrenees, Aveyron CMA)• Ile de la Reunion (CMAR)The project was based initially on an inventory of network needs. Nevertheless, it has undergone a complete change in the composition of CMA / CFA participants and accordingly to that changes of the destinations / mobilised European partnerships. Despote he recomposition teh project suffered from last minute cancellations. In particular, the cancellation of a project of the regional craft chmaber of Ile de la Reunion calibrated for 21 days for 20 apprentices and a group of 10 trainers to Germany and the support by the LADOM for the transportation expenses has reduced overall spending. The project displaying a completion rate of 73% with 89 placements carried out. 54 COMP VET and 6 accompanying teachers:38 apprentices in initial vocational training (duration from 14 to 23 days)Host country: UK, Finland Germany, Denmark16 graduates (15 to 184 days)Host country: UK, Iceland, Spain, Germany29 VET STA in three groups moved to Finland, the UK and Italy. The description of activities, methodologyNational support deviceThe APCMA guarantees the feasibility and quality of projects CFA by a national support system via the www.euroapprentissage.fr interface which identifies projects and accompanies flows of learning mobility and of the project leader (CFA) in the field. Note that the world of Craft in Rhône-Alpes represents about 120,000 companies with fewer than 5 employees on average and exercising 500 activities around 4 sectors: construction, food, manufacturing, service. These companies train more than 10 000 apprentices per year. The consortium sending partners are key players for training in the craft of the Rhône-Alpes Region. The organization of 10 mobility projects (8 for apprentices and 2 for companies members of Chamber of handicrafts) was planned. This represented 61 scholarship : 28 apprentices ( stay: 2-3 weeks) preparing a Level IV or V for food trades , automotive, hairdressing and beauty , 5 trainers / staff ( stay: 2-5 days), 23 companies members and staff of the Chamber of Handicrafts ( stay 3 days) and 5 coaches ( stay: 2 days to 3 weeks). In terms of destination projects : 1 in Germany, 1 in the UK, 2 in Italy , 1 in Finland, 1 in Iceland, 2 in Spain, 1 in Belgium and 1 in Estonia. These various mobility projects were designed to provide training and / or exchanges of experiences, Specifically for apprentices : opening to another culture for young people, independence improvement , self-confidence and adaptation, learning new ways of working , developing career , expanding employment opportunities, understanding a foreign language .In terms of consortium management, CRMA has a role of administrative and partnership facilitator (setting up a partnership agreement formalizing roles).. Each partner in the consortium organizes formalization with his interlocutor (sending partners, hosting and / or individual beneficiaries) through specific conventions. Each consortium sending partner has prepared a work plan for his mobilities with six common activities (excluding the mobility activity itself).Activity 1 - Implementation or renewed partnership with host partners.. About 40 % of mobility consortium come from a renewal . For new mobility, contacts were made through the Rhône-Alpes platform for international mobility and ""exchanges"" between the consortium partners.Activity 2 - information to potential beneficiaries: through various tools, sending partners informed their apprentices or firms about the purpose of organized mobility and logistical aspects . Activity 3 - Selection of candidates based on the selection criterias. Activity 4 - : logistics mobility : under the terms of partnerships developed with host partner , the transportation, part management with the sending , administrative and social management was made by the sending partner, the section on finding hospitality businesses, finding accommodation , organization of socio-cultural program by the host partner. The part relating to the monitoring was a joint work between the two partners.Activity 5 - Preparation of applicants: the sending partner planned preparedness actions . The consortium has been working on a training content ""ante"" mobility and could test.Activity 6 - Dissemination: A majority of sending partners has planned specific dissemination activities. Actions under the consortium were also implemented.Apart from the impact on improving personal skills ( self-empowerment , improved self-image , confidence in his abilities ), the consortium expected that the projects for apprentices allow, in the short-term, participants to bring themselves a new structuration to contribute to the success of their degree course and in the medium / long term to ensure their employability. This impact was made by the beneficiaries were able to graduate and have had some job offers. For the coordinator of the consortium, the impact was mainly in terms of image and rooting with CFA and European partners to promote partnership activities for the training of craftsmen and apprentices ."
