    "To react for the growing problems of the EU with immigration in Europe and the rising antipathy of EU citizens in relation to foreigners, Europejskie Forum Młodzieży has developed the project ""YOUTH and DIVERSITY - EVS OpenMind ZONE"", which very important aspect is to help young people to gain the ability to build their own opinion on diversity and problem of immigration, strongly connected with current EU policy. With the participation of foreign volunteers hosted in the framework of our project, we helped young people to better understand what is diversity, how to use media properly and not to be manipulated by them, how to build their own views and opinion independed from media, what is xenophobia and intolerance and what risks it brings, and above all we keeped a constant discussion with young people about information everyday coming through many media types about immigration, EU current policy and its role in today’s world. In the project we have realized 1, 3, 5 and 6-months EVS activities in various institutions in Poland from the Kłodzko region in which participated of 21 volunteers from different European countries such as Romania, Spain, Slovenia, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Germany, United Kingdom and Finland.Objectives achieved thanks to the implementation of the „YOUTH and DIVERSITY – EVS OpenMind ZONE” project:- supporting international mobility of young people and multiculturalism;- supporting young people in gaining new competences in order to increase their opportunities for self-development and to increase their chances for employment in the European labor market;- supporting young people from less-privileged areas, with fewer opportunities;- increasing the capacity of organizations active in the field of youth in order to offer activities that better meet the young people’s needs;- supporting non-formal learning and cooperation in the field of youth with partner countries;- broadening awareness of young people from the Kłodzko region in the field of diversity, multiculturalism, immigration, EU policy, role and impact of media on their life;- involving 21 young people from different countries, aged between18-30 years, in free and unpaid full-time voluntary activities in Poland;- providing to young people volunteering activities strongly influencing on their self-development and which goal is to improve their position in the labor market by raising their key competences and skills;- using experience gained through implementation of this project to improve the quality of youth work among partner organizations;- equal opportunities of young people from the Ziemia Kłodzka region in becoming active European citizens by providing them possibility to contact with peers from other European countries."

    In extent of the EVS project 30 youngs that fewer oppourtinities will join EVS activities in EU by 5 hosting organisations. Each activity will last 30days with 2 volunteers as well. By the projectfollowing aims estamtedt:improved the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities, as well as to promote participation in democratic life in Europe and the labour market, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity, in particular through increased learning mobility opportunities for young people;iimproved learning performance; enhanced employability and improved career prospects; increased sense of initiative and entrepreneurship; increased self-empowerment and self-esteem; improved foreign language competences; enhanced intercultural awareness; more active participation in society; better awareness of the European project and the EU valuesThe procect activities focus on youth center- child activities.Additional that planting and cleanin in publicreas like beach park etc and in refugee camps youngs activities will be carried out in the project. EVS ad EU options seminers will be held in rural district cities in faculties and vocatioanl school, after that motivation letters for the project weill be requested from willing youngs. 15 female and 15 male youngs will be choosed for the evs activity in the partner orgsantions that Ordu University in contact with since 2006.After project we wait the out comes language capability- inter cultural awaraness- Improve learning performance and sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.increased motiation for working life else.In the project nonformal learning metology will be issued . by that volunteers will learn see- act or know how.

    In our projects will cary out genarally on youth center , school and enviroment. Our projects intent to support volunteering feeling among volunteers inter cultural dialog and to gain . Our volunteers 30 pax and they will short evs thats why they are fewer oppourtinies young. eu citisen sense in 2011 HU-17 The volunteers have to organise leisure time activities for the target groups.In 2011 IT 64 some typical activities for the volunteer will writing articles for the local newspapers or for our website and our newsletter,helping in creating advertisement for the activities and projects. In 2013-RO-70 getting information to write a book on the town of Arad, or creating a 2 In 2012-Ro-23 Making presentations in order to plan current activities and to communicate by their mother tongue with Romanian volunteers with whom they will get in touch with; Making street sports events with other Romanian leaders and volunteers to promote equal opportunities for all young people in Romania (in these activities will be involved and institutionalized youth and youth deprive.... In 2011-R0-82 work at a PC within the youth information office and reply to emails received and foreign volunteers attend as a trainee at the animator trainings that our organization holds monthly within the Club In 2012 RO-85they work in office and help youth activities In 2011-GR-21 the volunteer will join nature activities like cleaning public beach and plant roads etc. In Poland organisations volunteers will participate theatre activities and in Malta they wil l join rescue and maintain team.
